Along with the great experience I really felt like I got a great deal. I drove 3 hours to get my car and would gladly do it again. I went to change my oil here two times while my (2016 used BMW) car was under warranty. After the warranty was over I went to change the oil myself and I have a high suspicion that the oil was never changed at the dealership. How do I know? The safety cover underneath the car has a plastic seal from when it was fabric made that was never broken, and the consistency of the oil was close to that of water, as well as the engine making a help me noise that was resolved when I changed the oil myself.Staff is nice though.

By far the best car buying experience we have ever had. We live 100 miles from the dealership each way and it was more than worth the trip. I should note our local BMW dealership is five minutes from our home. Weetley was outstanding from our first phone conversation to the special delivery he put together for my wife. Flowers, Chocolate and even a cake! Outstanding! Im looking forward to our next visit and our next BMW. Thank you to everyone who made the day so special.

I was very imipressed with the people that dealt with my wife and I as we looked for our new 2015 used Toyota RAV 4. We had an outstanding service experience at this location, specifically with C (Celedonio) in the service department. Our vehicle took over a week to repair due to waiting on a part, and the dealership was out of loaner cars, but C made sure that a rental car was covered at no cost to us in the meantime. He coordinated picking up the rental and returning it so we didnt have to deal with most of that. He also clearly communicated every step of the way regarding our vehicle service. Overall, everyone at the dealership was so courteous and thoughtful and helpful, that what otherwise may have felt like a great inconvenience barely felt like a problem at all, due to the assistance at every turn by everyone. Not to mention the fun snacks and even meals available in the service lobby area if you are waiting on your car! The wonderful staff at this location is why customers remain loyal to BMW.

I seldom if ever write a review for device but in the case of BMW of Ocala, I have decided to write of my experience. First, I have to admit that I did not buy my car from this agency. It is a 2016 5 series that I bought as a BMW lease turn in. It had 31000 miles on it and was a BMW Certified vehicle. Be that as it may, when I moved to Florida I needed to find a dealer for routine maintenance and if needed repairs. I also must admit that I bought both the extended warranty and extended maintenance agreement with my car purchase. I have used BMW of Ocala twice in the past twelve months and both times the service and experience with this agency has been outstanding. The most recent visit was both for maintenance and repairs. One of the pulley bearings failed. I called my service writer, Celedenio, who immediately started the process. He did say they were exceptionally busy but would see what he could do to get a service loaner. We limped the car in and he quickly diagnosed the problem. As it was late Friday he said most like the car would not be ready before Saturday evening at the earliest. However, if I could wait thirty minutes he would have a loaner available. Within thirty minutes the loader was there washed and gassed. He had talked to the service manager and said that the car would need parts and that the vehicle would not be ready until the end of the following week. He said keep the loaner until my car was ready. During the next week he gave me updates on the car, the parts and the repairs. In each case and conversation, he was attentive and understanding. I have never in my adult life has had such EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. As long as I have this car, this is the only agency I will use. JON KIRK MUKRi . Commander, USN (ret)

Excellent. David Dufoe went above and beyond. No detail was to small during my service visit.While waiting the staff was professional and attentive. Robert is the best service person I have met in the 20 years in the United States. In August 2019, I bought a brand new BMW x5 from here. There were four failures in a year and a half. He tried his best to help me every time. Repaired, meticulous service, attentive, polite, and non-discriminatory, (I am a Chinese, my English is not so good), he is attentive service every time, solve all problems for me, he reminds me Lexus advertising: The Lexus experience is amazing. (My wife is a Lexus car owner. I have experienced them. They are more like fast food service.) This is my first comment in 20 years since I came to the United States. I want to give him my first time, thank you.

My husband and I own a small repair shop 2 hours northeast of Ocala. Even though we could order our parts from the nearby dealerships, those places cannot compare to BMW of Ocalas customer service. David has been our parts sales guy for years. He is professional, knowledgeable, dependable and represents BMW very well. In some cases when the parts are back-ordered or coming from Germany, he goes out of his way to contact us about the logistics and estimated delivery time. David has been instrumental in providing our business with quality parts, and great customer service. Together with Jason and Bonnie they form the best team. He was able to hold the truck I was interested in because I was not able to make it down to see it that day. Frederic was my sales person. He was very helpful and guided us through our car buying experience. I would highly suggest asking for him by name. Next Christina in the finance department helped us out with the auto loan. I have to be honest that we were interested in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle that we saw on the BMW website. Ive been a customer of Fields BMW, in Orlando, for years. I was in the market for a new BMW i3 and did my rounds with the major BMW dealers within a 1 hour radius of Orlando. Ocala BMW was by far the best! Their level of professionalism and honesty was superior to any other offering from the other dealers. Kia in sales was phenomenal. We have always had excellent service in all of our buying and service transactions, but the service department went the extra miles for us with the most recent service. During an engine software update, their system crashed and our car was inoperable. They notified us and shared their plan of action, which included BMW North Americas participation and a secondary plan for a rental car, if needed. The next day, the car was operating and delivered to our driveway, along with a very nice bag of BMW swag as an apology for the inconvenience. Weve owned 4 BMWs. This dealer is the very best weve experienced.

Great experience with the folks at BMW of Ocala. I started my inquiry online and received a quick reply compared to other local dealers, some of who I still have not heard from. Kia was my primary contact and she was very patient with all my back and forth on different cars as well as flipping between finance vs lease. She did her best to work with me and there was never any push or pressure. Mohammad also worked with us and was very helpful. Mel in finance was awesome, he took time during the paperwork to engage the kids and they enjoyed him. Would definitely go back for another vehicle.

Awesome dealership, amazing customer service. I recently moved to Florida and this is the second time Ive been here to have my 535i serviced. David Dufoe (my service advisor) was great. He answered all of my questions, 0 pressure, very helpful. Pricing is phenomenal. They throw the whole BMWs are too expensive to maintain stigma out the window. Buying a car is never fun. I have bought three cars in the past, and kinda been around some others a few times. This by far, was the best car buying experience I have ever experienced. Kia was my representative at the BMW of Ocala dealership and she made me feel comfortable buying a car I had never seen. For reference I live on the Space Coast of FL.Kia helped me by being present and available for all questions I had about the car via email/text/phone call and even a personal YouTube video so I could see the car up close.James then DROVE all the way to my home, sat in my house, and helped me sign all the documents. It took about 30 minutes and BAM I had a sweet vehicle. They even drove my trade in back to the dealership.I got a price I was comfortable with, a rate that was better than I expected, and more for my trade in than Carvana. Thank you BMW of Ocala, especially Kia and James. This car is so great and if I ever am in the market again (I might not be - this car is sweet) I will absolutely be back to BMW of Ocala.

What a great experience from start to finish! We busted a tire on our 1200 mile road trip from Michigan 25 miles away from the Ocala dealership on a Friday late afternoon. We called the dealership and spoke with a service advisor named Celedenio. He looked up our tire and found it was in stock. We were able to get to the dealership within the hour and they had our tire changed and car washed super quick. While waiting, Celedenio presented our kids with teddy bears and coffee mugs for my husband and myself! This is by far the best service I’ve received from a BMW dealership. It stinks we busted a tire on our trip, but, the experience to rectify the situation was amazing and I highly recommend this dealership.

Robert was an exceptional service associate and was more than accommodating to our overwhelming situation. Our 2012 BMW blew out a tire leaving me, my teenage son and our German shepherd stranded on 301 in Citra yesterday. When we called and spoke with Robert, he recommended to have our car towed and to stay at a nearby hotel. It was starting to get dark, so we ordered a tow truck and trusted them to do the tow without us, as we hopped into an uber to a hotel for the night. When we spoke to Robert in the morning, I was shocked to learn that my car was not on the lot! Robert helped by updating me several times, triple checking his lot., and personally speaking with the manager of Quincy wreckers (who were AWFUL). Robert took my call every time and never sounded impatient or annoyed even though he didnt have any new information until we heard from the driver of the tow truck who was not available.We needed to check out of the Best Western by 12pm(they were very helpful) so Robert ordered us an uber to pick us up. When we arrived at the dealership, he set us up in a comfortable conference room with our dog, waters and dog dish and ordered us lunch from Paneras. Robert has gone over and above with his customer service. I havent felt this respected or cared for by a company before. All day long I have watched Robert literally run to hustle for all the customers needs; even just hopping up to open doors. Please retain this exceptional employee by offering him a bonus or raise. He has also changed my perspective of BMW specifically since I didnt have this experience in NH. Thank you Robert!!

Those reviews are BS... maybe if you agree to everything like a puppet you get descent service but I have told them numerous times that I will not consider a certain vehicle because of must have features, but the PUSHY sales strategy continued until the sales rep by the name of James Niedermayer decided to send me a sarcastic smart a..! email.Is that what you have to do to by a BMW at BMW of Ocala? allow the dealership to tell you anything they want to tell you? and then be sarcastic? There are more options in Orlando that actually even get you better deals based on sales volume and size of dealership.

First time we have been to the new building, very impressive. We were well greeted as we had made an appointment for a factory recall on the airbags of my wifes BMW. I had spoke to a service rep before taking car in and told him the taillight recall that was last done still did not correct the taillight problem. He stated they would check and if the problem was not the previous fix I wold be charged. After leaving the car with them I also requested for them not to was the car as I had just detailed the car in and out. The last recall that I took it in for I also had just detailed the car in and out and they wash it and removed all the trim and tire protector off of it. I received a call from the service writer within a few hours of leaving the car stating that the car was almost ready for pick up. I than ask about the taillight recall that was done 2000 miles before and was told that to must time had expired and I would be charged a diagnostic charge for doing so. I choose not to except if they were not going to honor previous recall. We returned picked up our key and walked over to the service pick up lane to look at the recall work that was done and noticed a clear plastic sheet laying down in the seat and a paper mat on the floor. I removed them and took them to a nearby waste basket. My wife got in her car and drove off and I followed. Got a mile away for the dealer and got a phone call from my wife stating that the armrest was broken and hand-prints were on the dash were the passenger air bag was repaired. so I called and the response in short was we broke noting and we did not leave fingerprints on your dash, We are in the repair business not in the business of braking cars and also was told that they had never received a complaint from anyone concerning there work. Returned home and decided to check the taillight problem out myself. I right away found a poorly crimped ground wire from the previous recall work, and fixed. lights are now working. Time to do my own diagnostic and repair 10 mins. Glued the armrest hinge for now and ordered the parts online.WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO OCALA BMW FOR ANYTHING EVER!

We went looking to purchase a new X3, and turn in the car we had been leasing. A few more payments were left on our lease and we were told that the payments would be wiped out with the purchase of a new one. Drove two hours to sign for the car we wanted. Spent four hours waiting around, signing papers here and there. (We are both patient and understand things take time and people get backed up. Four hours is a bit much, but no big deal.) Got to the closing table to find out that the lease payments were not being wiped, and the final price of the car would be $3,000 more than we had agreed upon. Mohammed was a pleasure to work with, as was John in finance. Both of them did their best to work with us and try to find a solution. The sales manager, Frank, however, should not be interacting with customers in any capacity. When they could not offer the price we had agreed upon, we were told by Frank that WE had wasted HIS time. I’ve seen my husband lose his temper maybe 3 times over the years, but Frank managed to make him lose it for a 4th. We were misled, and instead of owning up to the mistake and trying to make it right (or, at the very least, apologize), we were spoken to like we were idiots. The sale was lost thanks to Frank’s utter lack of customer service skills. Went to Fields BMW in Winter Park, got a better deal, and were treated like human beings.

Robert was very consistent and kept me up to date through out my cars service. Ive never had a service advisor be as thorough as him! The service was hassle free and quick. Very nice lobby. Beautiful inside. COFFEE and SNACKS. Very impressed.Internet reps tho are not your sales people. I delt with a Internet rep over the phone and then a completely different person once I got there. Wasnt thrilled, but my rep was very nice.Girls at the front desk didnt even welcome me when I walked up to the desk, there were to busy on their phones instead of working, time and place ladies, time to work, not to facebook.This is my first time buying a car for myself and I did bring along someone who had more knowledge of cars.Once certain things were discussed about the car, the manager comes on out with my rep and she had such a demeanor on that it was no longer a pleasant experience.She spoke to my friend more, then discussing it with me as well.While she spoke with him, there was a moment he knew she lied, he stopped making eye contact with her.She then started to speak with me with such a rough demeanor, I knew she was no longer interested in trying to sell the car and reassure that the list she gave me will help me choose options that in my price range and wont find nothing with this mileage with this price, yet, it was on the list.And I just know that, my first time trying to buy a car on my own and she was just a Sheman about it.But, I understand you wanna make profit.I get it... but dont keep giving me excuses like, you just got this car in and theres only one Key fob to this vehicle, which is a push start. (yet you asked me how many people will be driving it), told me it cost 60 to get another one(thats the lie) and the guy comes only on Wednesdays to make copies(yet its Sunday and you got the vehicle in on Monday) and then the tire arent old... (they were stock and this was a 2015, theres dates on tires btw) and there was a dent with a scratch on the vehicle but that wasnt enough to discount the car, until Sheman came out to only discount the car to $400... where that would only cover the new set of tires, not including the fob, nor the huge damage on the right side of the car...Overall repairs that would have to be done is around $1600...(thats a guesstimate) for this used car.If you know this car has all of these issues, dont list the vehicle period until you can make the car, the amount your asking for.Thankfully the overall experience was nice with my rep... but the main lady ruined for me and I will not be returning. Especially they way you shook my hand in the end, showed me how you are.No thank you.Trust me, Ill take another 10,000 miles with a new set of tires and a vehicle that has two keys and a non damaged car, somewhere else.

We just bought a car from the folks at Ocala BMW and had a great experience. We initially saw the car online and I inquired about the availability through the web. Within minutes, we got a call back from Alysia! She was great and more than happy to answer questions and take videos of the car for us. We are in Oregon and couldnt see the car in person! Once we decided to move forward with the purchase, we dealt with the fabulous Kiah! She was there for us every step of the way, even when our time zone differences meant communication with us after business hours! She was very helpful, honest about the car and its condition. She even sent us a surprise gift bag in the car with sweet gifts for each member of our family! They detailed the car before the shipper picked it up and even topped off the fuel tank! The car arrived and was exactly what we were expecting - no surprises. Its tough buying something sight-unseen but Kiah and Alysia were so gracious and diligent that it made the whole experience easy and transparent. Thanks again and if I am ever in Florida, I will be sure to stop by and say hi!!

My tire exploded on I-75 just north of Ocala and Brent in the service department stayed after closing to help me get a new tire and on my way to south Florida. They were the kindest and most helping people, even after staying open past closing for me to bring my car in . Traded in my BMW M4 for a BMW M6 Gran Coupe. This is the 6th BMW Ive owned and I never in my life has a sale and trade in go this smooth. Alot of people told me it was because I was buying a higher end BMW they treated me like they did. I dont believe that at all 3 or 4 salesmen came up to me and asked me about my modded M4 I was trading in and what I was going with. Great people go see the fine people of BMW Ocala!

They greet you, serve you (and I do mean serve you, food and all), small talk, etc. The entire service staff is awesome. My service advisor, Robert, is second to none. Terrible experience!! First I would like to thank my sales person Brad Waller. He did a great job staying available and on top of the sale, he really showed he wanted to earn my business. Unfortunately I had to deal with manager Dan Letourneau. He was everything you can think of when you hear used car sales manager. He said whatever he thought you wanted to hear. Changed prices whenever it suited him and couldn’t hold to any of his words. I’ve been in professional sales for over 10 yrs and I’ve never met a company that had a manager that wouldn’t call back his customers or potential buyers when he said he would. Save yourself tons of time and stress; go to Reeves in Tampa way better staff!I purchased the same exact car with less miles and 12% less $$ then what this overpriced dealership wanted and the other dealership would actually call me back. I rarely leave reviews due to the unprofessional behavior from Dan Letourneau I felt a review was needed. I hope this helps others looking for an honest review.

I just purchased my fourth vehicle from these guys! I have had the pleasure of being on the receiving end of excellent service for more than 10 years from this dealership. I am always impressed with warm, personal service that I receive from this whole team. There is never pressure when buying ..always a fair value on the trade-in ....no smoke and mirrors here. Even signing the paperwork is a quick, refreshing and technologically advanced process. And New cars today can be scary with all the technological gadgets on them. Scotty, one of their BMW tech - geek geniuses went over all of the new electronic features and equipment with me one on one.Longevity is key in my book.. seeing the same faces year after year is a huge plus. But what really keeps me coming back and buying my vehicles from this store is the service. Both in sales, but especially in the service department. They always take care of any repairs really fast and provide a loaner if needed. All staff treat me with professional respect, honesty and courtesy. Definitely a top shelf dealer!
