I drove in the parking lot only intending to look. Salesman Clay approached my truck asking if he could help me. I explained i was just looking but would love to have a look at The Nissan Kicks i saw advertised. He hopped in my truck with no judgement of the huge mess i had. He showed me the Kicks which unfortunately was smaller then i anticipated. He told me he thought i might like a Rogue. At this point he took me into the showroom and had me look at the floor model (which i loved) and proceeded to pull it out of the showroom for me to test drive. After we returned he asked what I thought and asked what i was looking to do. He brought his boss Miles over introduced us and said we can get you into that car I promise you. He and Miles worked some serious magic and got me approved. My credit history is just into the good range as I have no revolving credit accounts and only 1 auto loan in the last 10 years. The payment on the vehicle was slightly higher then i needed it to be to remain on a comfortable budget so i had to turn it down. Clay then asked if i would be interested in a pre-owned. Of course i said yes. So he pulled me up a 2017 Rogue, low miles with all the bells and whistles i was looking for. We drove it. I loved it. We started paperwork. Never ever was Clay pushy or aggressive. He answered all my questions honestly. Miles again worked some wonderful magic and got me approved with a local lender. That was important to me. Im so very impressed with how i was treated at Pearson Nissan. Clay is a sweetheart and Miles is absolutely wonderful! Upon driving out of the lot i rolled my window down and it wouldnt roll up. I pulled back in, grabbed Clay and without hesitation he pulled it into the service department and they installed a new switch no questions asked. After about a week, my key fob showed low battery. I took it into parts and the young guy behind the counter was so friendly and didnt bat an eye. He took both fobs, checked them and changed both batteries without question. I would recommend Pearson Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I will definitely purchase from this dealership again.
Service department is top notch. Many blessings to them for solving the mystery issue on the rogue. Sales department... I would not recommend. We had set up appointments on 2 separate occasion and both times we wasted out time as sales people and manager were nowhere to be found. The worst part is that they never called to either cancel or reschedule both appointments that we made. Total waste of our time, gas, and effort.

Had service done and was not happy. The service advisor sent a 1300 bill to me via text message, but never called me to discuss the work. I had to call numerous times and leave a message for him to finally call back. When I went to pay for the bill, the full amount charged was at the bottom. The cashier and myself had to hunt to find the actual amount I had to pay as some was covered by warranty. Very disappointing

Unable to preform a basic warrenty issue fix. This is why i dont buy anything in ocala. Took it to orlando in and out in a hour and fixed properly. Buying or service i would recommend orlando or tampa.

They are great and have a great waiting room with free coffee, soda, and snacks. But they care about you two I live 310 miles away now but when I buy my new car it is them that I will be buying it from.

My experience at the service department of Pearson Nissan has been nothing short of exceptional and I would recommend it to any car owner, regardless of car make.We own two Nissans, one is a Murano and the other is a 370z and my observations regarding the service at this dealership is based on a two year long relationship. The period of time that weve owned these vehicles.Weve experienced nothing but consistent courtesy, professionalism and prompt and efficient service here.With both vehicles weve had unexpected and highly inconvenient situations beyond the standard service schedule that have caused us major anxiety.One brief example roughly six months ago, is a broken stud, precisely where a wheel lock was placed and not allowing for the removal of a tire.Nichole managed the volcano-type emotional state in which I was when I called the service department, promptly scheduled me in to see George and as a team with Cory my baby was back on the road as if nothing had happened.Again, its only an instance in two years worth of a consistent, excellent service weve received from this team, emergency or not.In short, I wouldnt take our cars for service to any other place and would recommend them to all my friends.

Had an issue with my Nissan. I was told by the service representative the reason for a replacement part was specifically caused by a certain event of which I had to purchase a $200.00 part. I asked for the damage part which they gave me. I then took it to a TRUSTED dealer Gainesville Nissan. They removed the item that caused the damage and advised that the part could have been repaired. It may have cost $40.00. I will only take my Nissan to a TRUSTED dealer. That was my experience.

Excellent. I was looking for a vehicle, I visited several sites and I do not know how they sell. I was a salesperson and I was surprised with the bad service. When I visited this place, I was not looking for Nissan, just stop by to see, and surprise I took a Roge. The salespeople were super behaved and the workshop service excellent. I come from gainesville to serve. And we recommend our son and buy his Nissan too. Next the Murano is beautiful !!
