Grateful for the service that Mr. C. gave me in the service area. They made an appointment by mistake for today and the person who was going to attend me was not there. While others recommended that I return on Monday, Mr. C. took the initiative, verified what was happening with my vehicle that did not start correctly and ordered that the battery be replaced.
