So I found things I wanted/needed but had some questions regarding usage of products together but with no real answers given. I had about 10 items. When I was checking out the young lady asked me if I wanted to purchase a tote, I responded no. After the transaction was complete I stood there waiting for her to bag my items but she wasn’t doing it. I asked her if she was going to bag my items and she said no, they no longer have bags. Wth is that all about? She tells me after my transaction was complete. I have no cash and there’s a minimum charge for card purchases. I said this is ridiculous and left carrying all my items in my arms. I think I’ll stop shopping there because they are too cheap to offer customers bags and my items weren’t cheap. At least let me know you no longer offer bags and that you want me to buy a .15 cent bag. Customer service is disappearing folks, this is a society where big business no longer appreciates their customers. I’ve been shopping with Sally’s for over 20 years. What a disappointment!

I have reviewed many businesses, and i have shopped at Sally Beauty for YEARS!!! But today my experience was different than ever before! I spent $53 and Sallys no longer puts your items in a bag. You either carry them out in your hands or you pay 15cents for one. Now it isnt about the 15 cents, but every business is wanting business and Sallys obviously doesnt need customers any longer. And along with the new we no longer give you a bag policy, they have managed to hire all new super rude staff. Way to go Sallys!!

Employees are always helpful and kind. Store is clean and well organized 😍💅💇🏼‍♀️

I have been dealing with Sallys for 40 years. Now, every time you need something or go there they dont have it. The shelves are pretty bare. All they tell you is that they dont know when they will get more.Now they would like for you to get their credit card shop with it and then turn around and charge you for a bag to carry your order out. Something is not right here.

Literally stood at the counter for 3 minutes while two people seen me standing there still putting away stock talking to each other. Two feet away from me. Now I’ll be with you in a second or anything. Then the lady came to ring me out didn’t say hi or anything I had to say HI HOW ARE YOU? I’ll go to the other Sally’s for now on. Please hire new staff or bring the other friendly ones back 🙄

I loved the people there. They showed me how to use the product I brought. Helpful and nice.

Had I not been in there to pick something up for someone else, I would have walked out. A customer and the girl on the register apparently found something offensive that another customer said about someone talking in the middle of the road holding up traffic but they were more than happy to stand there and say she probably voted for Trump and then proceeded to bash our president. I dont care who you voted for or what your political views are, 1 your employees should not be voicing theyre opinions about anything other then what you are selling and 2 you could very well lose customers because of their opinions. If you want to thats one thing. So wont be back to the one on 200.

I had a very good experience at this store. The girl was very helpful and the products I purchased were on sale.

I love this sallys so much, the other one in silver springs were completely rude to me when I was just trying to buy a product. So I was taking back products I didnt need to this one instead and the girls there were so nice to me and made sure everything was okay! This is my go to sallys because they always will point out buy one get one free offers and not talk down to me :)

The staff when ever I go in is more than helpful.

They never have anything on their shelves. The girl i dealt with today was pretty rude to customers. I will drive to either Clermont or Gainesville from now on.
