Nice store. Always clean, well stocked and brightly lit, with plenty of floor staff to help you. My only complaint is that every time I go in, the soap section seems to get smaller and smaller. But that may be a corporate decision.

Went in today and nice display but the 2 girls said hello and continue to chat among themselves,so another customer was telling me about these candles that when lite shine threw the Halloween decorations on the sides. How terrible a customer is telling me about candles then the workers. I just left the store frustrated. I was in there to purchase a few things.

Great service and products. I enjoy sampling the various fragrances available until I find what Im looking for. Never rushed or pushy sales people hounding and yet they are pleasantly helpful when needed. The candles and plug-ins are my favorite buys. However, I have purchased fragrant body sprays and lotions for my girlfriend when I come across one I like.

I gave this 5 stars, I really dont know if I can say anymore except for the reasons I love Bath & Bodyworks. I just love the scents, if I may, Id like to reccomend a scent for the candles. If youve done used it.... you know what I mean. PUMPKIN PECAN WAFFLES Oh my goodness the smell is a delight. Ive been hooked on that scent for about 7 years or so. Im so glad that I finally found a brand of candles that actually puts put the scent. I used to be a consultant with the company Home Interiors & gifts. Most of their candles was a delicious delight too. It just depended on the scent. But after the company closed out then I had such a hard time finding a candle that would scent up my home. Id be in store and the candles would smell so lovely but once I got it home and lit it, of course no smell. So my daughter took me to Bath & Bodyworks.... I fell in love! After buying one and taking it home to light it up.... oh hot diggity I fell in love even deeper. Heres a hint if youve not never shopped at bath & Bodyworks... if your looking for something to smell throughout your home, try a stronger scent but please make sure you like the scent because in smaller homes it may be a very loud smell. The pumpkin pecan waffles scent is a very nice fall scent and makes you feel like whos baking in the kitchen. Good luck and Have a Happy Fall yall !

I absolutely love shopping at this location! The supervisor Tom is the best! Between assistance with gift ideas and adding to my personal collection he really knows his stuff. This location also has many other great employees. I just love shopping here!

Got my wife a few things at this store. They have a nice selection of stuff here. plenty of parking. The store was clean. Staff was friendly.had things I was looking for and a few other things that were nice to get as well. The store is pretty similar to the other stores for bath & body works also. Would check out this location again if I was in the area.

Love this place. Just did one star less because I always like getting the small perfume bottles and they didnt have any in the new scents.

First time ever Ive been in the store and Im 54 years old I was given a gift card so I tried you out it was clean it was very nice couldnt find an employee for help but was able to figure it out on my own little expensive well see how well the sent stays to see if it outweighs the expensive

Store is a bit busy and is sold out of Snowflake and Cashmere. All associates working hard to restock, sanitize and help you find what youre looking for.

As I See It: Excellent lighting, but the store is very crowded with too many tables. I only found one product line that I liked at Bath and Bodyworks, and I bought large amounts of it in all it’s forms. When I went back today to buy more I learned that it has been discontinued. The young man worked hard to help me find a new scent.Brion knows his products. He worked hard when I described the kind of scent I prefer and I bought one tube of hand lotion and one shower gel, and although he is a phenomenal sales agent for them, I’m really unhappy with second best products. I got tired of the company constantly introducing new products and not hanging onto customer favorites so I won’t be going back again. I’m very disappointed in the company and the way they do business. Since I no longer have a scent that I love and receive many many compliments on, Called Sea Island cotton, I’m not going back ever again. I vote with my dollars and I’m not voting for this company anymore.

The way this company rings up there sale items is insane when I questioned this the sales clerk said that’s how the company does it in case of returns I told her that did not make sense but continued with my purchase she felt bad so she called her manager over who was rude and was of no help the managers name was Rebecca at least the sss as les clerk Kathleen was polite wil not shop here anymore

If I could live anywhere in the world. I would live inside of Bath and Body Works. I Love, love, love this place. My husband thinks I have already moved in there as much time as I spend in this store. I have candles, wallflowers, sprays, soaps, lotions, body creams, hand sanitizers, aromatherapy stuff. I wait until a sale and I have a coupon. (Which is often, because they always send them out). It really is a great deal. Especially if you catch the semi annual sales. My favorite place in ocala.

A fun store to browse in! They have a scent for everyone. The one and only issue I have is that they retire my favourite scents!!!! From the earthy smells to the floral and obnoxiously sweet scents. If you have any kind of sensitivity to smell I would be cautious.

The manager Brian was very patient explaining my return. He was so energetic throughout the store, encouraging special offers besides being a manager and handling purchase questions. He is quite an asset. When thanked for his kind service and an asset for the store, he was humble and he praised his employers. Sales in the store are great.
