Been a little disappointed lately out of alot of things

Only for those that carry a cosmetology license or in the beauty field.

Staff is nice, but they NEVER HAVE ANYTHING!!!! Not just bc of COVID, this has been going on for years. It’s the website, entire company. So incredibly, unbelievably unorganized compared to Salon Centric and Exclusive Beauty Supply. The shipments are wrong, 70% of the time. It’s always something, and it’s always CosmoProf. I hate that Paul Mitchell is there. Wish they would change distributors.

Walked in. Shelves bare. Employee complained shes waiting. Waiting on what? If I can buy it online, why is it not in the store? This company was my last straw, I will no longer support ANY big business, Including CosmoProf and Sallys.

Store is very under supplied with nail supplies. Amy is wonderful, and a total asset to the Ocala store. However, management is really disengaged to the fact that they need to hire more help.
