HORRIBLE experience! Lowes usually blows the pants off Home Depot. We are work Professionals with limited time to get jobs done. WASTE an hour here, so frustrated with HD. We had to wait in line almost 30 minutes since ONLY one register was open for ck out. I asked Iris at Pro desk to call for help. I dont believe she ever did. still had to wait. I had to go back in to get cement while husband loaded lumber. After my 4 bag a HD employee helped with 1 bag out of 6. Then a line was formed again about 4-5 ppl. We forgot something, so went back in for missed item. AGAIN with the LONG line. I had asked to speak with a mgr earlier but one was never called, lady at return desk helped me. I found out that a lot of ppl called in. But saw a lot of employees standing around in lumber area. We will NEVER go back to Home Depot. You cant do returns at Pro desk is ridiculous!!

Nothing to say bad customer svs with no solution in getting material etc
