Went in for quick trip and found everything we needed and was out the door in less than 10 minutes, and they had some good sales going on. As they say Always A Pleasure

Love the deli section here at Publix especially the sandwich counter always get sandwiches here because they are delicious and affordable and healthy plus Publix is always clean and the Staff are always is Pleasant in polite in the parking lot is well-lit and clean I cant say Ive ever had a bad experience with Publix at any of them in fact theyve all been good

Nice, well sanitized area. Next to various restaurants. The indoors always seem up to standards as far as cleanliness goes. Good product placement and for all the times Ive been there, the staff is willing to help and polite. Gave it a four star only because they didnt have giant unstuffed pasta shells.

Publix is a clean albeit expensive grocery store chain based in Florida. In my opinion, they are the creme-de-la-creme of grocery chains far superior to anything else in the southeastern US. But, as I said at the start, you are going to pay for that expectation as evidenced on your receipt. I only rate grocery stores, typically, from 2-4 stars as there is always at least one negative factor, and in this case, its price. This particular store is no exception...clean, well lit, plenty of employees to help out, and lots of selection on the shelves. If you dont see it, ask......in many cases, they will order it for you.

Always good. What can I say. When the line gets a few people in it they open another register, unlike Walmart where you can stand in line for ever. Publix cares about their customers. They are always friendly and courteous. I love me some Publix!

I love Publix but lately you cant get dog pads and the dog food selection is very slim. I went to 4 Publix in one day looking for the pads. Couldnt find them anywhere. Had to order another pad on line. Publix pads are the best.

The online pick up system was terrible. its advertised as a simple and fast way to get your food, but its really not. I put in my order at 12:15 and set pickup at 12:45. I get there and my sandwich isnt out, and the whole time I was there, there was only 1 in the pick up area. I had to wait 15 minutes until a worker asked if I was waiting for anything and informed me that another worker was finishing it now. it was 1 at this point. they had my order for like 30 minutes before the pick up time.

I prefer going to this publix with my fiance and our daughter. It is clean outside in the parking lot and the smell of food from different plazas flows towards you on a breezy day and makes it feel like a festival. (To me anyways) I have a peace of mind shopping and it isnt too crowded unless you go after everyone picks up their kids from school or their kids get home from school. Otherwise I am happy to shop here until I move back to Ormond it will be sad but I will keep coming back even after the big move.

Prepare to wait 15 minutes when slow and longer if busy at deli. Seems they are doing everything else but serving customers in the store

The employees are always very helpful. I lost my ring in the bathroom. Didnt realize it till I was 5 miles away. I called and spoke to Mr. Trout, the manager, told him what happened, he said he would look into it.. I have him my name & number.15 minutes later, I received a call. Mr. Trout, said my ring had been found.I went and picked it up. I asked for corporates phone number to say what excellent service I had received. Mr. Trout did not want credit for it. He gave me the names of the two employees who did find it. Unfortunately, I have forgotten their names. Mr. Trout is a man of integrity, for not wanting to take credit for the found ring.Thank you again for fast and excellent service to Me. Trout and the two employees who found the ring!

We decided to check out Publix by buying a bunch of both pre-made and packaged food. They had a huge variety! The pre-made food was excellent!!

Love publix bogos, always manned registers...publix got it right.

The store is always clean, all of the employees are extremely helpful and if an item that is on their buy 1 get 1 free sale they will go back and look in the storage area to see if there is any more of that particular item, unlike Wa---rt, that will tell you that if it isnt on the shelf, then we dont have it.

Grocery prices are high. Got to shop the ad to get a deal. Sub sandwiches are really good. But be sure to order online because they are always too busy and dont have enough people making sandwiches. Chicken tenders, rotisserie chickens, and fried chicken are always delicious!

I absolutely love Publix but this particular one is maybe the worst at customer service. I stood at the hot case for 15 minutes and the employees behind the counter looked like it was the end of the world. I left the deli with zero items and finished my shopping. When I was loading my car a cart collector came up and helped me and took my cart for me. Im really hoping he is making more money/hour then the deli employees because he deserves it!

They did not have bread for the subs. These has happened 3 times now. The box of fried i got instead did not have 8 piece in the box. Was not happy by that service. Cashier was helpful.

Went to get a sub from Sheila, and she did an absolute amazing job. Very friendly, made me feel welcome. And the sub. Tasted. Amazing.

The deli needs more help! I ran into Publix for 2 subs and I took almost 45 minutes before I finally checked out and left!

The sub line is way to slow. We waited in line for 30 minutes and ended up leaving because we were ignored. And they were very rude to us in the sub line.

I love instacart. Everything is easy to purchase, and when your done everything is totaled for you. Then they pick. your order then they are on their way to your home. Great service very friendly staff. I would recommend this instacart to everyone who needs it delivered or if you want to pick it up. Excellent shopping experience.

Beautiful store, really busy store. My only problem was I bought the coffee cake bogo, on getting it home and tasting it it was old with the expiration date on June 1st its not giving me much time as it was tasting old. Other then this it was great!

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy window.They lost my script.Told be to wait 15 to 20 minutes. I waited 25 minutes before coming back through the drive through. Greeted rudely with a....Did you get your text?No maam. But Ive waited more than 20 minutes.A big sigh..10 min later I received my script.Not the worst experience in the world... but hey..I didnt make the mistake. You guys did. So dont be rude. Thats all.

New store; hard to find items. We normally shop at Shops at Foxwood.

Publix ALWAYS has great customer service & strives for excellence. This location was very clean and looked brand new.

Too small and doesnt offer the same services were accustomed to at a publix. I was disappointed at two different locations.

I visited this location around 10pm (1 hour before closing time)and was shocked at the poor service that continued around me as I shopped. Ive been shopping at publix for over 20 years and have come to expect a certain of kind service. Employees usually are polite and helpful, but this location is a disappointment. In this instance, as soon as I walked in the door a group of cashiers yelled and cheered loudly about closing soon, saying, its the home stretch!. Then as I was in produce, a young man sweeping made me move out of the way to sweep where I was standing. Next I went to the deli and stood waiting to be acknowledged. Watching employees look up and make eye contact with me and continue to clean or walk by behind the counter. I never did get anyone to help me and had to go find a manager. As I explained what happened, she didnt seem like she was shocked to hear it. But she did go get someone there to assist me. The woman in the deli asked what I wanted but before I could even begin my order she rolled her eyes at me. I just said never mind and left. Ive been treated better at Walmart. This is not the first time this has happened either. My wife has commented about a similar experience at this same location in the bakery several months ago. The fact that every employee seems to have this attitude is really concerning. Im not sure if publix is leaving behind their roots of being the best, where shopping is a pleasure. It was absolutely no pleasure to visit this location. I hope this is handled.

Disappointed with a custom cake for my son’s birthday. Glad they were able to help accommodate an error on the order form somewhat. Just wished it was executed better. Loved the cake I got him last year. Last time ordering from here.

Customer service is great with always having an answer. Not so great with the answers that they have. Lack of inventory is still getting blamed on covid. Poor covid. All they do is use her as an excuse for what they lack. Its go on sale on Thursdays and theyre not even in stock.

They spelled my name wrong on my covid19 card and I did not see it until I got home. They have 3 pieces of ID and the dummy still cant spell. Thank you and I hope you get the same treatment from where you go. And she has the guts to tell me everyone makes mistakes that one heck of an apology

This store is ridiculous. Its a very expensive store to shop at for every day items. Theres nothing special about it but everything is three times the cost at any other store. $4.99 for a gallon of milk! Really! Overpriced and understocked, this is not a good place to shop for your family!

Great Service Every Time I go to this store its always in & out no problems....

I love my Publix in Jacksonville but this one was totally different. Almost none of the customers were wearing masks and employees werent enforcing the Marion County mandate at all. Some employees were wearing their masks on their chins. Didnt see any employees cleaning but I did see a lot stopped and chatting with each other. I did not feel safe at all to say the least, and I immediately came home and took a hot shower because I felt like I wasnt in an environment that was being properly taken care of during a pandemic. Definitely not gonna come back to this one. 2 stars because my cashier, Courtney, was incredibly friendly and was wearing her mask properly.

Clean and the employees are friendly. Like the Publix app to keep informed of savings, coupons, and of course... BOGOs. Staff wear masks and you can use the app to setup touchless pay. They also now have curbside pickup.

Always clean and curious. Always much more expensive than anywhere else. Always the highest prices. Sales are mostly buy one get one or 2 fors, making you buy more than you want.
