The employees are amazing and everything was easy to find! Unfortunately I removed 1 star because I was the only customer with a mask! Hopefully everyone there was vaccinated lol but I’m going to avoid going back for now since I have an infant. I definitely felt like my chance of catching covid there was high. Stay safe!

I was very impressed with the selection of prepared foods. Wonderful produce section. Aisles were wide and easy to navigate. Super clean store.

We were excited when they finally reopened. That didn’t last long. Horrible what they did to this place. It’s darker, smaller and you can barely fit two carts passing down an isle. Bakery? What bakery? It’s now an afterthought. No longer the great variety they once had. I thought it was me and I mentioned what a horrible thing they did to it to two coworkers. They said they too won’t be going back. Plenty of other Publix in town as well as other places to shop. No need to shop at this location again. Companies revamp and come back greater and better. Clearly someone at this location didn’t get the memo.

Well its the closest to my house now and I already went to another Publix... Was great and all first couple weeks now yikes... Outa everything...no standard to the subs, didnt make it the Publix way. The man was straight up rude! Sorry to bother Pearl Britain deli workers

Me and my girlfriend came here after she told me about it. It was amazing! I love the layout with the deli and the cafe area upstairs is adorable! The entire store was very clean. Im extremely impressed.

The store is smaller than before. The baby isle is half the size of what it was before. Theyre always out of half the options. And babies are next to greeting cards and alcohol. Not at all where it needs to be. Very disappointing layout.

Not the largest Publix around as expected, but by far the most well organized so offers a great variety in every area. Easy to navigate and fairly quick checkout despite its almost constant busyness. Glad they finally rebuilt and reopened.

Appears to be a new store. Staff were busy making sure everything was well stocked and were willing to ask if you needed assistance. Checking out the cashier was engaging and helpful.

Website STILL states item is in stock... Store shelves havent carried it since last Easter. My one favorite frozen meal, gone. Thanks for that.

Nice store but the high prices are too much to handle. You would think as many stores they have they would be cheaper that other stores, but they are not.

The Publix Super Market is TOTALLY being Rebuilt to a Bigger Store. The Pharmacy is Still in operation separately from the New Construction👍👍👍Word I heard is the Publix should be OPEN BY LATE SEPTEMBER 2021👌👍

At publix pharmacy for 2nd covid-19 vaccine shot. Pharmacy is well organized and well prepared for giving out the shots. The actual publix building is in the process of being remodeled and is closed.

I did not notice until I was home that the young cashier did not deduct the sale price from $17.99 on the grass fed rib eye steak to $11.49. I returned and decided to purchase another since I would be getting some money back. The manager refunded the total price of my first purchased steak, and gave me the next one FREE😊

The staff here is always friendly and courteous to its customers through every encounter. This Publix has been handling the situation of the pandemic very well from day 1 and is still performing well under the stress. There isnt much more to say about the down to earth people who are employed here, other than to keep smiling through these dark times even though we cannot see each others faces.

Why oh why is this needed. My neighborhood publix will be rebuilt. I can only assume it will be rebuilt to resemble 40 east or 27th. Those stores r ok but so big. When using an electric power cart with all the cold groceries behind glass doors it make it not as easy to shop but Im sure it cuts power Bills. New store is beautiful, glad I dont have to drive 30 min to shop. Good to see publix employees I have miss this past ye as r.. getting used to new store, have one complaint the fresh meat case is too small. Looks like it was an after thought

We went to publix today and was very impressed. We met an employee at door cleaning the carts and made sure we had a clean cart. Making us feel safe.

Not my usual Publix do I couldnt find stuff and one of my online coupons didnt come off. But the employees were really nice.

Brand new store and pharmacy

Publix is fantastic. They have everything and more abundantly. They have the highest quality food and products available. Dont forget to weigh on the scale before you leave. Get yourself a nice cup of coffee when you enter by the pharmacy and bask in the cold air, oh my goodness one doesnt have to worry about sweating inside Publix. The customer service is absolutely phenomenal. They greet you with a smile on every occasion and will escort you to the product you are looking for. A shopper at Publix doesnt have to worry if the generic Publix brand is good for they have no problems refunding anything you dont find satisfactory. Lets not forget the deli is one of the best of all other food markets. Everything is always fresh. By the way did you know they donate thousands of dollars of food to charity weekly. When other stores put value buys on their products Publix just donates than risk selling less than perfect products. They dont have a junky discount isle. My wife and I could spend an hour just enjoying the cooking utensils and plates and pots isles. They have a better international food isle better than an international food store. Wow what a store.

I want to give high respects to a manger Chris Wall and the bakery staff at this location. As a grandfather my job was to order the cake which l thought I did. Well in advance. Not checking. Until the day of. I failed to get confirmation number. And Chris really helped make my 2 yr old granddaughter birthday a hit. Thank you.

Ive been a Publix shopper since I arrived in Florida back in 1964. There are THREE Publix Supermarkets within 5 miles of my home! And each is polite, very friendly and very professional. Publix isnt just a market... its our neighbor!

Produce dept had a lot of out of dates on shelves. Meat dept was great same with dairy dept

I have only been in this store 1 time prior to this visit. Got in fast and found what I needed and got out fast.

Store is old, and they dont have scanners at the registers. The cashier had to hold my fountain drink to ring it up instead of just scanning it.

Favorite neighborhood grocery store. I have shopped at this location for 20 years or more. (however long theyve been opened) Their customer service and individual treatment is impeccable. The majority of the employees are long time employees, so everyone whos from our neighborhoods all all know the store clerks by first names as they will us to. This location is the ONLY Publix store that is a neighborhood store, completely surrounded by neighborhoods.. Rather than busy intersections, highways or even bypass main roadways. We are a rarity in todays day in time. I have also noticed this location has a higher rate of disabled persons being employed there. No matter their level disabilities they are given a job to be proud of and always treated with the upmost respect by everyone. You couldnt possibly compare this location to any other in Marion County.. No matter if the store is newer, bigger, brighter, or glamorous my loyalty will always be with the Pearl Britain Publix and all of the wonderful employees Ive grown to care about and know personally after all the years of shopping there.
