Its JC PENNYS it has everything you need in 1 place. The young lady at the customer service counter was awesome told me about the sales and helped me find an item I was buying at full on sale there. The store is very clean and in order. Great customer service. Will be returning.

The employees that work in the jewelry counters are not pleasant at all. They rush you off and seem miserable.

A family member placed an order for me to pick up and listed me as a pick up person the cashier told me that the family member has to pick it up or call to tell them I’m picking it up which makes NO SENSE if I’m on the order as a PICK UP PERSON

I was returning items from the catalog that didnt fit. The fact is the girl did not know what she was doing, it was an awful experience she was very rude this has happened to me several times going there. I dont think they train their people properly, that is no excuse for being rude though. Thank goodness a Lady by the name of Tammi came over and helped and got things straight out. I was there a long time. Just really hate Ordering things from the catalog if it doesnt fit you have to go through all that and then aggravation returning. Tammi should of had a #5

I mostly shop for apparel. This particular store is pretty well stocked. They always seem to have a nice selection of quality dress and casual menswear. I particularly prefer the J Ferrar line of clothing. They really fit nicely and have a modern cut and neat look.

I love Jcpenneys. I can always find shorts and pants that fit right. As many women know that is harder than you think. I purchased three pairs of shorts at a great price and have worn all three this week. They washed great and are keeping there form. I would highly recommend checking them out.

Honestly stopped in to use the restroom, which was clean. A nice selection of HomeGoods and clothing. Will stop back and do some shopping.

Lena was very cordial at register, her personality was very welcoming her smile was great her overall attitude was excellent. Would recommend her for anyplace in store.

I went to paddock mall today to check on an item I ordered online. My order summary said I could pick it up at this store. Sales clerk was very rude and confrontational. I ended up walking out I am not very happy. In the last week I have spent approximately $1700 online with JCPenney and I am now considering returning everything because of this woman. At the very least this is the last time I will shop at JCPenney.

The sales were okay. The most frustrating part about our visiting is we were waiting in line to check out for 10+ minutes when the checkout person told us we were in the wrong line. She pointed to a line that had 5+ people in it. We couldn’t wait that long and decided not to purchase our items. I wish she would have told us where the line was when she saw us there at the beginning. No signs to mark where the line starts. I feel like they have this problem often.

Was looking for backless tennis but didnt find them.

Great sales. High end stuff like Nikes, football Jerseys and their jewelry department is very nice. The staff was very happy to help us in any way to make sure we found what we needed.

My sister and I went to get our haircut and we thought the people were friendly. The prices were outrageous for a simple haircut. When my sister was getting ready to pay they messed up her debit card and it caused her account to be frozen for about a week. Her hair dresser was nice at first but she was rude during the time trying to get the card straightened out.We will not be back.

Love Pennys for towels and linens. Always had a good selection. I dont know if it was the holidays but my last visit was disappointing. Stock was low and the department was a mess. T hey have a nice selection of drapery rods but no tie backs. Looks like they are just letting stock run down. Most everything is reduced.

Waited for 30+ minutes to pick up a online order. The managers were very sympathetic as they were trying to help a couple in front that was holding up the line due to a mattress purchase that was out of control. Customer seemed to think they should be given it for free. After 75% discount. Have patience if you shop here.

Went to get replacement hardware for blinds that they made several years ago. Was told I had to buy new blinds. They do not sell the hardware.

Great experience today, took my nieces school shopping. I liked that everyone was wearing masks and hand sanitizer was available at the entrance/exit. Checkout was quick and I was able to go to JCPenney.com to get a 25% discount. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is we didnt have as many choices a we would have liked in the Jr. Dept.

Place went down hill. Dont have as much as they use to. Womens clothing mostly for the older generation. Not much name brands as there use to be. Selection is minimal.

I ordered a shirt for my husband in the Tampa store and had it shipped to Ocala location. Called customer service and first they had to speak with my husband that I was one ordered. Then told me I had to call the store to find out after being on phone for long timeCall local store and cant get anywhereI would not order from here only shop inside

Associates in this location are always top notch. Very helpful and very pleasant.

The employees are really helpful and respectful and the environment is clean and neat.

The store is only open until 7 which makes shopping difficult when you work. Then I get there and the store looked so much better that I was hoping things would be better. They have not changed. It was almost impossible to find someone to check me out. The only register I found open had a cashier who refused to wait on me! I was wearing a mask properly. Avoid this Penneys. It is the worst one I have ever been to. It used to be my favorite store. Looking for a new favorite store since moving to Ocala.

3 weeks ago my daughter had to have clothes exchanged. Unfortunately somehow the bag got set down and lost! Luckily it was found and the lovely employees took it the back to save. Picked up today and we are so happy!
