Gio at the computer desk was super friendly. He greeted me when I came in the door, and he was very patient with answering a somewhat obscure question. He even referred me to somewhere that might be able to better help. Office Depot always earns my repeat business. Thanks!

Trying to print with their printers. Printers need to be serviced if they even work at all. Absolutely zero customer service. Every time Ive been here its a poor experience. I will never return to the store it would not recommend it to anybody.

Was in there for 20 minutes trying to find what I was looking for. Not one employee approached and asked if I needed assistance. Didnt find what I was looking for. Had to go up to the cashier who was nice and friendly. Looks like they are understaffed. Office depot look into hiring more employees or giving them more hours. I ended up walking out and going to staples across the road.

Saturday 8.21.21. Arrived at store at 10:05 am.with people still waiting outside. Gates were down,no lights were on, and store hours posted 10 am. We all waited until 10.15 and then went to staples. This is not good business.

Did not have an item for sale, listed on the internet, but had more expensive models.

Large store with a great variety for our home office needs. They seem light on personnel, probably due to the business impact of covid-19.

I had a heck of an experience with an online order through the Office Depot website. Came to this location and Nia, a manager here, took care of my issue super fast. Cant thank the staff enough for their help. Keep up the good work guys. Definitely recommend this store.

I located the Epson eco tank printer on google for price and shows it’s instock at this ocala store for $399.99At Office Depot I screen shot yo make sure I would get that price.They would not honor the Office Depot google price. That’s not their website page.Then someone needs to fix the google listing.Sound like a scam leader to me.I drove 30 miles to get this printer with this price.Staff and customer service is lacking In people skills.Will not be back !

Sold us defective electric pencil sharper refused to exchange with reciept. Just bought it yesterday. I understand worried about covid but it no different then when you recieve stock or when customers come into the store and touch items. You cant disinfect ever single inch of the store and items you get from vendors. Not to mention the cashier wasnt even wearing gloves when she picked up the item to scan it. Walmart still takes returns so Ill purchase one there.

I was trying to get info on book binding prices and the first time I called it rang forever then someone picked up and hung up. Second time, someone finally answered and put me on hold(put the phone in their pocket) for 15+ minutes then hung up on me. Called staples instead and they answered promptly and gave me the info I needed in less than 5 minutes.

I go here regularly mostly because of location. It is a good place to get documents copied and such. I often copy my artwork because draw for family and friends. The only problems Ive had are the colors always seem to be a little bit off, and they forgot to give me back my original twice. I had to go back inside and​ ask for it!

Came here to pick up a Samsung laser printer that they were advertising. Facility was clean and organized. Found the printer. Cashier inquired if I was ready to check out. Fast and efficient.

I waited 2 hours for business cards... They kept messing up expected me to take ones with a white cut outline from the paper.... The presentation is blurry. Only gave two stars Because they eventually gave me what I needed but the quality was worse than if I were to do it from home and they gave me the bad ones (I had to ask and they were hesitatant.)I went out of my way to come here ...because I love the one closer to my house that I wasnt near I went here... Service not the same. Wont come here again

Telephone service sucked. I couldnt reach any one for the longest and when I did they claimed they were busy and would call me back. I waited almost 30 minutes and nothing, so I called them back only to be put on hold for an additional 7 minutes only to be told the same thing. I just wanted to know of they had a specific kind of Ram in store but none of the dummies could even look it up on their cpu and tell me. Best Buy here I come. I concur with Jason Bennetts statement 100%.

I only gave 1 star because you cant give 0. Store was dirty, bathrooms out of toilet paper and soap (I was at store for a couple hours trying to order), parking lot hazardous to get in and out of (I realize this isnt the stores fault, but part of the experience), no customer service.. 1 staff member wouldnt even acknowledge​ me, another in the print department Erica was rude, unprofessional, decided who she wanted to help, did not go in order but by her personal preference. I realize the print station is self serve but Im not familiar with the computer there & she took time to help some customers. Other staff that did seem helpful was not knowledgeable. Waste of time. Ended up walking out. Ill take my business and $ elsewhere.

Worst copy & printing department that I have ever been to. Nia the associate was very rude & confrontational. One customer walked out on her. The manager on duty came over but she was giving him attitude as well. I will never come hear again.

Everyone in the store is very helpful. I went in a couple weekends ago and the sales guys helped me pick out a really nice HP laptop that was a lot cheaper than Best Buy. My only complaint is this - why does the store sell chargers and cases for ipads but not ipads???

Got a new card laminated and also bought a new set of colored ink cartridges for my printer. It was nice there.

The store is fine but the shopping Centre parking lot is one of the most challenging on 200.
