Update 6/7 - all is good and I am happy. While I wish they were a bit more proactive in dealing with the issue, in the end all is good. I want to give them 4.5 stars just because they could of handled it better, but not an option. Giving them 5.Update 6/3 - took shower and all is good - going to 3 stars now and hopefully in a few days will give more stars.Update 6/2 - workers came and fixed crack and laid new floor on top. I spoke with owner and he was 100% confident this would work - his words. Will update after I use the shower in next day or 2 as I need to let it dry.Update 5/20 - The shower floor is now cracking in 2 spots. I am hoping that they are able to fix/replace so I can change the review and start using my shower again.Update 5/18 - They will be coming out in a few days to see the problem. I will update review then. I love the work and how it looks but the shower does not drain correctly.First post 5/14 - Unfortunately, there is an issue with my shower after installation. The owner promised he would send someone out to look at. It has now been three weeks, I have called multiple times and no call back. Stay away from this company.

Very professional work from initial contact through installation. Omar, his sons and Evie ensured customer satisfaction and provided a quality product and detailed installation. Have another project and highly recommend them.

Was a great job all around I got hooked up with Omar from my boss at work said he did a great job he even cam very early in the morning to measure the area he made some suggestions for the kitchen window and window sills 4 days later his crew was here to install the counter tops did an outstanding job

This company was great! They did countertops for our bathroom vanity. Prices were great and I was very happy with how they handled everything. Evie was great to work with. I will be using them again when we do our next project.

Unprofessional Conduct,Running a Business and Serving a community is a privilege that some just may not be mature enough to handle on there own, and if they are unable to police or control their employees, Exactly what kind of professional and workman ship could you possibly ever expect?It is a shame that a company cannot maintain a level of professionalism even around there own facility. It brings small businesses in the surrounding Ocala area a bad name that is underserved.. Be cause of places like this..

When installing our granite, the workers were careless when removing our old counters and damaged the walls above the counter. We called and they agreed to fix it. We had a painter here at the time and he said he would repair the walls. Central Florida agreed and said to send them the bill. That was in March, and after several calls, and several promises that the check would be mailed, We’ve yet to receive it. The amount was minimal ($50), but it demonstrates the integrity of this business.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Evie & Freddy and say THANK YOU. They were awesome to work with and I appreciate their efforts to get things right. I came by earlier with a piece of cheap countertop I needed a 45 degree cut on. I was attempting to repair/replace my 88 year old moms base cabinets/countertop that were deteriorating at a low cost but had ran into an issue in that I needed a 45 degree cut. When I inquired with Evie and asked if they could help me get the cut made. Home Depot/Lowes sells these cheap countertops with only 1 side having a 45 not both which is what I needed. We were operating on a very low budget. Evie said that they would make the cut for me. I was so relived. When we came back with the piece, she had Freddy take care of it for us. Unfortunately their machine could not do the cut due to the style of the countertop so Freddy and another gentleman hand made the cut and worked to make it very precise, clean and smooth. One could tell they knew what they were doing. I really appreciated their efforts to help and made me realize the quality of the people/business owners they were. Should I ever need my own kitchen redone in the future, I will certainly want to work with them!. Thank you again. FYI, the corner that had your cut turned out better than the manufactured one the counter top came with!

We found Omar when my husbands boss had new countertops installed, and we were at our wits end trying to find someone reasonably priced near lake City. Omar and his staff communicated clearly with us, returned our phone calls, came when he said he would, and the installation was top notch. I have to look extremely hard to find the seam in my counter top. We will definitely use him for future projects.

The crew for Central Florida did a very good job with the granite installation on 11/19/18. However, we have been very disappointed in the stainless steel sink they installed. The caulk adhesive has left two areas where it is not sealed and water gets in there. For the first one they came back to add caulk to seal it and the second one has recently shown up. However, we are finding that the sink scratches easily and we have not been putting any pots or pans in the sink because we saw scratches within 2 days of the installation. I am not sure if it is the quality of the sink they installed or what. I did call Omar to get recommendations on how to get scratches out and he has not called us back. If I had to do this again, I would be out buying my own sink to know exactly what quality I was getting. And since we look at the sink everyday, this is a source of disappointment in the total job.

After being floored by how many choices they have in granite, marble and quartz, Mirna spent a lot of time helping me to make the perfect decision for all of my counter tops. They are in now and absolutely beautiful! Omar and his team do an incredible job! You wont be disappointed.

Just had new quartz countertops put in to our remodeled kitchen by Central Florida Kitchen and Bath. The owner, Omar, fabricated the kitchen sink out of the same material as the countertops per our request and it turned out beautiful. The guys that installed the new countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms did a great job. Polite, knowledgeable, and good conversations with them to learn what and why they did what they did. This business does not care how their drivers operate their vehicle nor do they care about complaint I called and spoke to a young lady to tell her about how her driver cut me off and was cutting multiple other drivers off not using a blinker and also speeding I asked her if they had GPS monitoring systems on their vehicle she told me yes when I was telling her the problem she said she could not hear me and I believe she hung the phone up I have now tried to call them back 12 times and nobody will answer I even left a voicemail I have a dash cam with the driver the way he was driving not professional at all
