Outstanding I had a very small job, they went above beyond. After a nightmare screw up by Home Depot. The agreed to come out again and rectify the problem. Elaine, Vinnie, and Carol were compassionate and very understanding of my situation Will definitely use again here in the Villages..

Needed to replace my Refrigerator and new ones require a 36 inch width opening. I needed to have my Granite counter top moved 1 inch to the left. Camron from ABC Construction came in a moved it. He did a Fantastic job, no damage, looks great and except for some touch up painting to rightside wall, no one would ever know the cabinet was moved. Camron was very Professional and his workmanship (Quality) is out of this world. Highly Recommend and will use ABC again for my next project.

I can’t say enough positive things about this team of people! Everyone we’ve been in contact with has been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They provided great insight as we made decisions during the remodel of our kitchen. Their work is excellent. They’re so careful about what they’re doing, and the end result is beautiful! My husband and I purchased a front door on May 16, 2020 from Home Depot in Lady Lake, were required to pay the entire cost at that time, and were told that the ABC Construction & Remodeling of Florida would be the installers. We were told that the door and moulding was in stock, but after numerous phone calls to both companies from June 2 - 23, we still did not have an installation date. Finally, we were informed that there had been a death and then illness in another family member at the ABC Company to explain the lack of follow through. An installation date of July 7 was then set. That day, there were more issues in that the door at Home Depot had a cracked window, so a different door was provided. The door was installed but the finish details were unsatisfactory and the edge of the door had a gouge exposing unpainted wood. (The salesman at Home Depot had stated that the door had solid color throughout, and therefore no scrapes or dings would ever be visible.) More frustrating phone calls were made to Home Depot and this company, regarding touch-up paint and correcting installation flaws, respectively. July 30, ABC sent a worker to correct the installation issues. Finally, October 26th, we received the touch-up paint! Needless to say, we are VERY disappointed in both Home Depot and this company.

First I want to thank this team for being so patient with me. I had new tile floors put down in my kitchen and dining room! I was very nervous! Shannon met me and my husband at our house and took the measurements . She even took the time to make some suggestions for remodeling in the future. She helped choose the right color grout and prep for the big day. Tony laid the tile was wonderful. I look forward to working with them in the future.

ABC Construction came out two weeks prior to Hurricane Irma striking Ocala. My wife and I eagerly awaited an estimated for our Kitchen remodel. We never received one. I understand that they now may be backed up due to the Hurricane, but they wont even return our phone calls! If they cant give me an estimate in an appropriate amount of time, how can I expect them to finish a remodel in an appropriate amount of time?

ABC did a complete remodel on my kitchen. I found them to be very professional and timely. As with any large project, little hiccups happened along the way, but they took care of every concern that I had. I would definitely use them again.

Contracted through Home Depot communacation was horrible. Damage done to concrete and pool deck when material used on doors failed, doors damaged on install, doors not completed when installed, old parts used to install new door .The employees at ABC are very rude . l would not recommend this company

UPDATE:I am revising my rating because ABC has stood behind their installation and worked with us to provide satisfaction. This latest return corrected issues with cabinets pulling away from the ceiling and improper installation.Original Post:ABC was subcontracted by HD in Crystal River to install our new cabinets for our kitchen remodel job but we had no idea of the issues we would encounter ... we are now coming up on 4 months from the time the project started and we are still not complete ... granted the total time was not completely on ABC.The first problem was that the original installer did not level or shim the cabinets so that when Stoneworks brought the granite counter top in, they could not install it because the cabinets were so off level. At the time of the initial install, the installer also noted that one of the drawers did not have the requisite soft close drawer guides and that the toe kick trim for the cabinets had not been shipped so he was to create a punch list and get HD to reorder the correct items. Another issue with the initial install is that the installer failed to follow the install template such that the cabinets shifted with respect to the Microwave and Stove location since the cabinets were shimmed on the left rather than the right as the diagram called for. But by the time we discovered this discrepancy, the counter top measurements had been made and the counter top was being cut.A few weeks after the install, when I called ABC to see when I should expect the punch list items coming in and the install to be completed ... ABC was not aware of that there were any punch list items needed so I had to contact HD to get the items ordered.A week after the first attempt at a counter top install was aborted, an install supervisor came out and spent hours leveling and shimming the cabinets so that the counter top could be installed. At that time, he also adjusted the doors which should have been done at the time of the initial install.The latest deal is that after I picked up all the punch list items from HD, I called ABC to schedule the installation of the punch list items. It looks like that will be accomplished today ... 100 days after the project started!

Would never recommend this company, they keep changing the schedule and dont let u know till that day and u r stuck taking a day off work and they dont show. Then its days before they come back.

We recently had a storm door installed by ABC. Exceptional service and the employee was both polite and knowledgeable about this project and other future projects in our home. We will be using ABC Construction for any of our future home renovations!!

We contracted through Home Depot, I think because it wasnt direct communication with ABC, communication between contractor, store and customer was a bit tricky. Besides communication delay, job was done well and no complaints from the mother in law.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Do not waste your money. The cabinets they sell are overpriced garbage, I paid almost $7,000 for my cabinets and they are already chipping (less than 3 months installed). Will NEVER buy from here again.

I CONTRACTED THRU HOME DEPOT....THE CABINETS WERE INSTALLED UNEVEN AND WITH SEVERAL MAJOR MISTAKES...THE COUNTER TOP HAS 3 AREAS THAT ARE DAMAGED...THE OTHER PROBLEMS WERE WITH HOME DEPOT NOT ASSISTING IN THE INSTALL ...I THE CUSTOMER HAD TO DO THE LEG WORK AND FOLLOW UP...TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE...

This company does not complete its work on time. When you call to ask why the job is so far behind, you are told that someone will return your call, but they do not. Very unprofessional.
