I walked in to have my lighter engraved. The employee immediately came to see what I wanted. We went through my options and she told me she’d text when my order was ready. I was told it would take 10 minutes and it was more like 5. The engraving was bold and centered perfectly on the plate.The customer service was fast and positive. The engraving was done well and quickly. Great experience.

Placed a order online 3 hours before we tried to pick up on a non busy Sunday and they didnt even check to see it then the lady working just stood there talking. Better to go in and order better customer service

Bought a bracelet and case but had a minor miscommunication with the engraving since I did it online, but the staff member offered to redo it completely. Very friendly, everything was nicely done.

There was a miscommunication with what was ordered. My order was not ready so I had to come back. We were on a time limit when we arrived to pick up so I could not wait for another product. But the engraving was very badly done and not centered at all!!
