It seems like a decent selection. I was never acknowledged by any associate the entire time I was in there. One associate was on his phone almost the whole time.

They were out of stock on windows I needed but they had some within an inch that I was able to use. This store has what you need

Had just what I had been looking for. Home Depot, Lowes or Ace did not have the kitchen sink drain/strainer, but, you did. Thank you.! The guy working there was nice enough to help me find it quickly!

I would give them 0 stars! They have now stolen 2000 dollars from us for windows ordered in April. And now Roy wants to hang up on people while holding my money. Never agian. Worst service ever! Dont recommend. They lie to get your money and never give up your order. BBB here I come.

I was told an item I needed would be in in 5 weeks when I got there at the end of the 5 weeks it wasnt there now theyre telling me since its almost October 1st they that wont be there till December

Took a door back that was wrong size that my customer purchased 3 days before. They wanted to charge a cleaning fee on my customers bill of 5% of the original cost. Which is ridiculous seeing as how it only had road dust on it from traveling. Horrible customer care on the manager. Very greedy. I took videos of the door and it looked fine.

Purchased window a few weeks ago. Thought it would be helpful, to let everyone know, to ask if you dont see your measurement on display. Were there a couple if times before we purchased some items. The previous occasions when slot was empty, two different salesman (2 dif visits) told us we dont have any more if its empty. Third visit, we asked associate to double check for the items we wanted (the slot was empty again). He checked & all of our items were available! Lesson learned! Great place & will definitely will return!

We went to Mobile Home Depot in Ocala to purchase a front door. The sales staff answered all our questions. The new employee told us he was new to the job just 7 days in. He told us his name was Wesley, very polite. The door we wanted had to be ordered, so Wesley said he never ordered an item before. Wesley proceeded to ask his manager how to order the door. The manager was very nasty and rude to this poor guy. No way to treat your staff. We ended walking out of the store. The store just lost $400.00. Whoever this manager is, he needs to learn how to treat his staff.

Lots of help, friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of options in stock. We will be back.

Hate to even post this. But maybe someone will do something. Purchased a door about three weeks ago. No one sold me the door lock kit. The one we had didnt work. Called the Ocala location. An employee told me to bring the door back. Just the door. Hinged. Not welded. When I got there was told I was screwed since I didnt have the frame.Went home. Put back up. Has not worked well. Called the gm for the dms name and told me he didnt know who his dm was. Embarrassing. Called a different location and the dm called me promptly. Appreciative. Shame is I misplaced his number and when I called today to say I was returning it the gm told me Im out of luck. Not going to accept that. I hope the dm sees this and makes it right.I will Remove this once resolved.Dont like being treated like dirt when Ive been in retail for 32 years.RespectfullyEmail is [email protected] shocking two weeks later and zero response from anyone. Returning this door tomorrow. Hope theres no issues from the gm. Really would like a call today from the dm or owner.Dennis the dm handled half backDavid was a professional. My sister went in to shop for a new front door with glass exterior door. She was prepared with her measurements and told them that they would need to include the frame for the doors. What she got was a supposedly custom ordered door however, it appears that they didnt know how to use the measurements she provided them. The contractor they recommended actually tore her front door frame and inside walls around the interior apart. The door she received was much smaller than she originally had. The contractor had already torn the wall from the inside before my sister realized that the door didnt fit. The service dept. told her she had customed ordered the door, which is not true, she just selected the style, not that specific door. She is left with a huge repairs around the door frame. This complaint is for the Mobile Home Depot who didnt take the time needed to make sure this customer was getting what she actually needed and gave her no respect during this entire transaction. Will not ever do business with this company again nor will we give them a positive referral. Mable Mullen; customer.

Went in to look at a shower enclosure an employee was answering our questions and I guess the manager walked up told him he had to help unload the truck and instead of helping us he just walked away .This was our second visit and first one couldnt get anyone to even answer a single question.I guess yall dont need our business.

OK sales staff manager was mean and quite clueless. Seemed to be rather clueless as to some of her own prices and policies. Had to call some one name Brian several times to have store policy and prices explained to her. Had the worst experience ever here. In the future will gladly drive the extra distance to pats sales. Rather then put up with a bossy angry stuck up clueless manager.
