Great customer service. As we entered the store we were met by staff asking if they could help us locate what we needed. Our first time at this store location. Have always liked Ace Hardware stores and we found this stores inventory very well stocked. Found quite a few items we needed at this time.

An associate near paint went above and beyond to help me with locating Christmas lights. They were out of stock but he was very helpful and nice. The associate who checked me out has assisted me before and is always friendly and helpful. I was in a hurry and really appreciated both men’s help today!

There is a guy name KENNY that works at this location he is a very ignorant worker and I don’t see how you keep him around. My company an employees shop here. That just ended because of this one guy that was very disrespectful.

Moved here a year ago. Needed my Stihl trimmer serviced and they are a dealer. Dropped it off at 10am expecting it would take a week. The tech called me 3 hours later and said youre all set! The cost was very reasonable and it runs like new. Will definitely go back the service was excellent.

I love Ace Hardware; however, today none of the employees seemed to want to work. My friend even had to help an elderly woman to her car because the clerk called for assistance and none came. The store was empty except for my friend and I and the lady, and we saw at least 3 employees. This is unacceptable in an establishment.

Ace is the place to go to. Friendly employees. Clean store. I love their own brand of weed killer. Takes a couple of days to work,but by the third day no more weeds including those darn paper mulberry trees. Its the only brand of weed killer that kills them off. Once dead they dont grow back in that area if you can get them before they get to big.!!!

What an excellent store! I walked in, late on a Saturday afternoon, and 2 different employees went above and beyond to help me get the parts I needed to fix a hot water heater. Very pushy staff. I wanted to look around and there’s a guy over your shoulder asking if you need anything every 2min. I guess that’s good if you like that but I do not. I told him I’ll ask if I need help but he didn’t leave.

Friendly & helpful staff

Converting a cargo van to a personal vehicle with modular RV inserts. Todays project was lower seat based and seat swivels. One seat base was perfectly shaped, but the other was off by a bit. Ran to ACE, the place with the helpful hardware gal. Discussed the problem and drill bits, but the suggestion of a grinding bit for a Dremel came up from the hardware guy. I had a Dremel on site so it was a perfect solution. Returned hours later for nuts and bolts left out of seat base package and was assisted by another hardware gal. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Excellent!

Store nicely laid out, greeted at the door. Got what I came for thanks to the helpful ladies and they loaded it in my vehicle. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Will definitely bring my business to them.

Was looking for some nuts to fit my rear lower lateral arms on my RX8. The guy there went the extra mile and we finally found the right nuts and the lock washers to go with them. Was able to finally put my car back together after 2-3 weeks of her sitting. Was great to finally be able to drive my 8 again 🙂👍

Not a bad hardware store. They had plenty of staff but I guess they had some projects going on. I didnt find them knowledgeable or helpful which are two of the reasons you go to a hardware store instead of big box stores.

We found an all-metal 3-speed fan for our bedroom for $20. It puts out alot of air and is quiet!

This hardware store is new to the area. It will do very well with the helpfully folks that are working there. They were helpful, courteous, answered all our questions abt lawn care and re-seeding, and when to fertilize and re-seed..This store has a lot of products. Some new and so good oldies. Very pleasant atmosphere. I will visit it again.

I go here when I want items that only a real hardware would carry. It was a quick in and out. Easy to find sections guide me to what I was after.

New store. Very clean and great selection. The staff is very helpful. Great selection of not just hardware but also a huge section for all the grilling needs. When you swing by enjoy some popcorn and check out the patio furniture and newest Webber gear.In plumbing section they carry Liquid Fire which in my opinion is the best drain clearer on the market. Smells like rotting eggs but works fantastic.

This store always has what I need and clerks are very friendly and can Help you out. Give it a try, you will like it👍🏻

Good place to go if you dont want to walk around 5 miles or so. Wish they were open later, they used to be open until 7...now its 6 PM.

After being followed inside the store and getting constantly asked what are we looking for or why are we here, we decided to leave. proceed to get followed out of the store asking what we had taken and what was in our hands.Not cool

Sat in front of store for 30 minutes while they received a delivery only to be told Bob was to busy to cut a piece of glass for me. Really,only one person in the whole store can cut glass. Worst customer service Ive seen in a long time.
