I felt very comfortable when I walked into the office. After filling out the necessary insurance papers I was given a complete hearing test. I was fitted for hearing aides, which I knew I needed. Everything was explained to me for cleaning, adjusting strength and charging them. I left feeling very comfortable with how everything was done and the price I paid. I would highly recommend Danielle Smith and her office staff.

Danielle is super sweet, takes her time to work with you. Her office staff is equally sweet and friendly.

Daniele and the entire staff have been so very understanding and helpful, I just can’t say enough about them. I have had to do a lot of unplanned travel at the drop of a dime, and they have moved appointments around to accommodate me and my ridiculous needs.Thanks gals, you are the best.

Awesome service in helping my mother with getting hearing aids repaired, then giving hearing test and setting up the aids to the best levels. Every aspect of Dr Danielles handling of our issues was A+.Highly recommended.

Hearing test was nice and pleasant and hearing aids are nice and it only takes a week to get them. The people are all very pleasant.

I needed new hearing aides. So I called Hear USA and they told me to go here.. After a month I have hearing aides I cant use. I made an appt to go back for an adjustment but they arent fixed. I am paying for a product that does not work for me!After two months of several appointments and Danielles patience we finally went to a different hearing aides. The problem has been solved.Rebecca and Danielle are excellent to work with. I apologize for my impatience.

I would never, never go back there. Rude and unacceptable behavior and customer service. I called to get an appointment for my wife, no one ever answered and the message box was full. Could not leave a message. I went there in-person because I was at Publix, and the man said he was by himself, he was busy with a patient and he could not talk to make an appointment for 45 minutes.

Very nice people however no blood test xwas done odd
