The folks at this Beltone have gone above and beyond to help me with my hearing aids. Id like to say I did not purchase my units here, I just moved here and Tina and Doug took care of all my concerns. They clean and maintained my units. Great Experience from the moment I walked through the entrance. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and barely any wait time..Along with being seen by the Doctor. They really made my first experience great. I needed a readjustment appt. and was able to get fitted into a earlier appt. than what was open..I would recommend they were Great, knowledgeable, and very professional..

Both Beltone store was absolutely joy to go too. Each store is run by a husband and wife team. They were both a joy to talk too. They were very knowledgeable even though they did not know me. We would definitely recommend the Beltone store at 15015 SW 16th Ave in Ocala. This was the most thorough hearing test and explanation of hearing lost we have ever experienced. My husband and I are extremely happy with the hearing aids purchased and wish to thank Doug for the time he spent in programming the hearing aids. Dr. Douglas Ressler and Tina (front desk lady) were both very professional, helpful, courteous, and informative. They answered any questions I had and did a thorough evaluation. I highly recommend them! I ended up waking up about a week ago with very low/muffled hearing in my left ear and he did a free hearing test/screening on me and gave me a printed copy of the results. After evaluating me, he recommended I see an Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist to get it checked out. The trip to his office didnt cost me a dime and I honestly had a much better visit there than I did at the Ears, Nose, and Throat specialist I ended up going to afterwards.
