This is the second time I have used LL Flooring first for my home in NJ and now here in FL. The staff at Ocala location are amazing. From my experience with Juan my sales person to Art in the warehouse and then John for a return of extra material it was all a perfect experience. I highly recommend LL Flooring. I purchased vinyl planks that are so much better quality than most other flooring companies. Thanks again LL Flooring! Keep up the great customer service.

My husband and I purchased plank vinyl flooring from the Lumber Liquidators store on College Road and the personnel were so helpful and gracious. The whole situation could have been very trying for them because after making our initial deposit, our installer was backed up with other commitments which lasted a few months. Then we had a major plumbing issue which further delayed finalizing the purchase. In spite of all lag time between deposit and final purchase, David Monger and John Guevin were wonderful. Thank you.

I was very impressed with Lumber Liquidators and the installation team.Geritt found the floor was bad and did not want to install it. I appreciate his integrity .Geritt contacted Dave at the store.Dave found new flooring at another store so we did not have to wait 2 weeks.Arrangements were made for Sunday for installation.The installers came out of Orlando.They got to my home at 9:00am and worked till 9:00pm to complete the job.All in involved worked hard to resolve a problem.Thank you Dave and your staff.Thank you Geritt and your staff.Example of Integrity.

I truly dont know what to say about this store. I do not think they could care one way or another if anyone ever came in the store to purchase flooring.

I walked into LL yesterday and was told I have to leave, if I dont put a mask on. I was told by the employee per CDC guidelines. If they were up on the news with the CDC they would know that the CDC cant make up their minds. TO WEAR A MASK OR NOT WEAR A MASK.So I let them know I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The gentleman that assisted us was very knowledgeable and was a huge help in ultimately making our decision. They have a really good selection even though the store is small. He also directed us to their website which gives great visuals and even more floor options.

I have been dealing with this store since shortly after they opened. I have always dealt with Wendy, the assistant store manager. She is fantastic. She knows her stuff inside and out. Not only that, she seems to be a truly wonderful person. She has always gone above and beyond to help me in any way she could. I could say more but I guess I will just say, if she happens to be in the store when you are there, give her your business. She will do you right.

Mostly nice staff, but a bit off-setting in attitude. Selection wasnt bad - not huge, but nicely organized with samples available (though they have to get them for you). They offer all necessities and installation; and seem willing to take time with older customers. I got offered an education - if I felt I could understand it.... I chose to buy elsewhere.

Sales person was short with me on phone; he kept telling me just to come in even after I told him I had just a few questions I needed answered before driving 2 hrs RT to make a purchase. So LL just lost a $4k sale unless manager cares enough to respond regarding this kind of treatment of a customer.

Wendy was fantastic and knows her stuff. She was a tremendous help. Because of her we bought our floor from them.

Super salesperson, wendy, no pressure, no baloney. She showed me how to read the pros n cons on samples. Very good prices, trying to decide is biggest obstacle, probably about 75 cents to a dollar less per sq foot than home depot. Def going to buy from them. Wendy was just great, go see her!!!

We were totally ripped off for $ 15000.00 plus. The workmanship is awfully. And left in done. When we contacted the manager Dave he told us that the employeePete who wrote our contract was no longer there and that we were on our own. Do not!!!!! Deal with these scam artists.

Top notch peeps! I walked in with an idea of what I wanted. Haaa! The guy behind the counter greeted me like we were old friends...and proceeded to educate me! Pointed me to what I NEEDED, explained why and how to install. What a great experience! He sent me home with samples of the colors he thought would work. I will be back to complete my purchase this week. ***** Rating!

Horrible customer service went there today as a return customer to purchase some more of the same flooring I already have that I purchased from there the guy was rude from the very beginning didn’t come over to help until I made a comment about nobody helping and when he did finally come over was very rude and insisted that I didn’t get the flooring from lumber liquidators my assumption is that it was discontinued which he could have said I was even open to getting a different flooring than I originally came to purchase So he could’ve suggested a different flooring but instead he was very rude and in my opinion if someone is coming there to spend thousands of dollars you should have some type of customer service what makes it worse is I’m pretty sure he was the manager which makes me wonder how much longer they will be in business they where always nice when we purchased from them before but this guy was so rude I left the store and spent my money at Lowe’s I will never go back and advise anybody who wants any type of customer service at all not to as well you never know who your being rude to I do a lot of flooring and know a lot of flooring installers and a lot of people in general I will be advising them all not to go there I am a very respectful person and demand the same in return

Prices for flooring were good, but there was an add on for everything else insulation, moving heavy furniture baseboards.Salesman gave us some basic information and the just left to speak to another customer without so much as, Ill see later

Horrible do not shop here. They do not check the product you puchase to make sure its all the same and you will not get what you paid for and when its there mistake they will still make you pay for it. I do recommend them learn from my mistake. Stay away!

This is my second experience with LL Flooring, first in CA 5 years ago which was EXCELLENT and now in Florida, again superb customer care! The only concern is that the customer be happy and thats so unusual in todays environment. I went into Ocala Florida and met Dave, we connected immediately ... I knew what I wanted and just needed to finalize details. Dave was equally no nonsense .... just read his customer and worked with me. I got samples, came home and in a matter of hours had my order placed. We were new to the area and I had a contractor thru my realtor... which turned out to be excellent installation! Our floors are beautiful, the process was seamless and smooth.. any issues were resolved quickly and with no stress. What a wonderful experience in a very stressful time of 2021....
