Stone Rise Granite did an outstanding job on our kitchen counter tops! Dylan was extremely helpful and accommodating in seeing our project through.This was a positive experience from start to finish! I’m starting my review of Stonerise Granite and tile in The Villages. I’m hoping it will be five stars very soon.They installed black galaxy granite in my kitchen and did an absolutely beautiful job. Unfortunately, it seems it’s a bad slab and isn’t fixable, according to their own specialist. It has a gritty feel and the feel of sand doesn’t come off no matter how much you try to clean and polish it.I chose Stonerise Granite because of all the great reviews I read, especially how they make things right, even if it requires replacement.I’m waiting on their reply but was supposed to hear from them yesterday, after their expert came the day before. I didn’t hear from them so I called today at 10 am and was assured they would get back to me soon.It’s a shame this happened but I guess it does sometimes. I am hoping this ends up being another great review like the ones I read before choosing this company.I will update this review as the issue is resolved.UpdateThey are replacing the granite in July. I’m very pleased. I will update after the install.

Wonderful family owned company excellent customer service friendly courteous and knowledgeable staff!Prices and selection cannot be beat!!So happy with my beautiful granite countertops, fireplace (the owner, Dylan Ferguss idea) and porcelain tile floor!! We found a real gem with Stone Rise Granite and Stone. They are conscientious workers of fairly priced materials and labor...even when it is a small job, as we had (2 vanity tops) We definitely will be using them again when we redo our guest bath. You cant go wrong here.

Read other reviews and got other estimates prior to selecting Stone Rise. Each person that I dealt with was very personable and they were timely in responding from scheduling the estimate to installing the granite and addressing a few hiccups along the way. Often, the true reflection of good and genuine customer service, quality and business character, is how they handle and respond to issues that may arise. They were timely in responding and resolving and that meant a lot!!! Each person that I dealt with was attentive and they offered alternative selections/options. They are extremely busy and I now know why. All staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and followed up via email and phone call to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. Montanna, Jennifer, Dylan and James were great to work with and Matt and Rusty are very skilled in completing the final installation wrap up! You won’t go wrong in choosing this company!

They stand behind there product and installation and go above and beyond to make it prefect. Went to buy few pieces and ended getting extra pieces just to get the minimum order. The lady was super nice and take care me the complete process. I wanted a dark color like black and she show me the colors, I saw what I want and pick the color. I saw enough material for my little pieces I needed but after I left they called me that they didnt have enough, and gave me the second color I choose. I went to pickup the pieces they were completely dirty, I had to use gloves and have plastic on my truck, they apologized for the issue. I went back because one piece was a little short so they want me to pay $100 for an extra piece. I am a patience customer but this is ridiculous.

Went to Stone Rise to price granite for new kitchen counter tops that we wanted to replace. We were pleasantly greeted by Amanda and we explained what we were looking go do. She explained the process and was also very knowledge about the product and was very informative about the product. After looking over the slabs and not really finding any we liked she suggested we go to their wholesaler and check out the slabs they had, as they had a larger selection, she said to also make sure to tell them you wanted sister slabs so the swirl patterns would match. We found the slabs we liked, and when back and talked with Amanda, She she set up the appointment for them to come out and take measurements and make up the template. Within a month our tops were installed and look great. The gentlemen who came to install the tops were on time, polite, and very neat. If you are looking for granite tops this is the company to go with. Great job Amanda. We couldnt be happier.

Purchased my kitchen/bathroom granite through Ultimate Granite with Stone Rise affiliate doing the installation. Both Companies were excellent to work with & the entire job went smoothly with beautiful results. Also purchased some granite directly from Stone Rise to match & be cut to fit wrought iron pieces. On both jobs, James, the Operations Manager was so very helpful & all the folks who came out to measure, along with all the installers were very professional & personable!

Stone Rise installed granite in our kitchen and two bathrooms. Their work was absolutely professional, quick, and at a reasonable price. We had taken the time and effort to get three estimates from companies. Stratton, from Stone Rise gave us the most professional estimate and even called us back to work with us in changing the plan before we decided to go with Stone Rise. Louis and his crew did the installation in one day and we were very pleased with his work. We are very happy that we went with Stone Rise and would do it again.

Really decent folks! I had no previous relationship with this company, when I needed to bevel the edge of a small piece of marble. Other granite companies would not even give me the time of day or wanted to charged a rediculous price to do job. But when I spoke to James on the phone he immediatly said he would take care of it. I found a friendly family type atmosphere in their place of business. James took care of the problem in short order. When I asked him how much it would be he said it was on the house! Some really good people. They will be my place to get any granite work done. You should do the same.

Some people should be careful about making FALSE slanderous comments against honest companies trying their best to please you. Especially when that company has signed documents that you were completely satisfied upon completion of the job.

StoneRise just did my kitchen renovation. They tore out my laminate and replaced it with granite. They did a great job in the template layout and installation. I did find a natural flaw in the stone right in the middle of my work area. It was in a location that would make it hard to clean and maintain the granite. The only fix was to remove the entire run, including my sink, re cut a new slab and re install that new run of granite. I was afraid to even mention it to them, as there was no cheap fix for this.I was put in touch with James, who has the job of dealing with customer service after the fact. He was WONDERFUL! He made sure that I could get the last slab of this granite and had all the work done. He never tried to weasel out of doing the repair and was pleasant and friendly.I would have been devastated if I had to keep the original piece. But James made sure that my kitchen is exactly what I had dreamed it would be.Thanks to everyone at StoneRise and especially to James for providing excellent customer service and really caring that my kitchen was perfect!!
