Thieves! Ordered two pieces, only sent one, then they gamed me with ebays system. Zero communication

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Ordered 8 ea items, received only 6 ea. Contacted Customer Service and was promised a callback, which never came. Called twice more during the following week and only got to voicemail. My messages were never returned. Fly-By-Night little company! Purchase from them at your own risk.

Great quality, within tolerance, and works perfectly for what i need. Came 2 days before it was suppose to, and will be ordering from them again friday

They tried there best to get an acrylic order to me but it was pulled from Amazon so Amazon sent it back multiple times its not there fault so I gave them a high rating because they tried so hard to make sure I got the product .

This company is pathetic. They create fake shipping labels via ups, and never ship your product. Josh likes to give you the run around, and they end up ignoring your emails. I filed a complaint with the BBB just to give them someone else to answer too. Had to do a chargeback on my credit because the ignore your refund request..buyers, look elsewhere

Where to go for plastics! I needed a very small quantity of odd sized cast acrylic sheeting in a hurry. I was initially looking at Sibe Automations store on Amazon, and they had the best prices of anyone around. Conscious of the time constraints, as I moved the items to my cart, I checked from how far away the items were being shipped. Lucky me, they were located in Ocala, and I would be there the following morning for work. I emailed Sibe the morning of, and asked if I could just stop by and purchase directly. I wasnt even sure if theyd get back to me given the small size of my order—a lot of places probably wouldnt waste their time—but sure enough they emailed me back within the hour to let me know it would be ok to stop by. I got there and they immediately took the time to special cut my pieces. I know at least one of the folks that helped me was actually on her lunch break. Im a woodworker (hobby, not day job, unfortunately) but I make a lot of my own jigs and fixtures, so I occasionally need acrylic or uhmw (they sell that too) and will definitely look here first next time I need it. Great people and prices. Thanks!

Attempted to order though their ebay ad user name sbautomation678The auction they had set up charged the individual shipping price for every item ordered in the same auction ad. Wrote to them to get an accurate shipping costs the items requested and my full shipping address.Andrew responded in part If you choose to place the order we will refund any overture charged for shipping after the package is weighed and ready to be shipped.So they want customers to pay double, triple or more in shipping costs and they will later at their discretion refund you some unknown amount. Who does business that way?I have no doubt when your company places an order with your suppliers you expect, if not demand to know who much the supplier intends to invoice you for before you commit to the purchase. That would be a financially responsible good business decision and should be commended..Too bad you will not follow suite as a seller.
