Have been shopping here for a few years. A week or so ago I purchased a bra and wanted another one it. Store didnt have it, so I ordered it paid for it plus the shipping. They assured me it would be a week. Its been .ore than 2 weeks and not even a phone call. I called them. WITHING for a call back.

Im leaving this review on behalf of my mom. She has been a client of Ednas for a few years now, and wants to make sure everyone knows how pleasant and kind Ms. Turner is. Shes always had a great experience with her and will continue shopping with her.FYI there is another company with a VERY similar business name located by Dillards who contacted my mom about an appointment. She was very confused because that company is NOT Ms. Turners and she only wants to work with Ms. Turner. Be aware if you get a phone call from a separate company, make sure youre setting up your appointment with Ms. Turner by the imaging center in Ocala.

I Love this shop....I come home for Christmas and try my best to stop in at this shop. The service is exceptional. They fitted and measured me for two new bras this time. She asked me questions and was thoughtful and courteous when I had to remove my shirt or bra.I cant get this kind of service in Jersey or I cant find it here. Anyway this shop has it or they can order it for you.Thanks Ladies for all your help and my order arrived in Jersey as requested.Carol

Just went in today to get stockings for my Halloween costume. I bought two different kinds just to be safe. And specifically asked the lady will they fit me because I have thick thighs. She told me they were queen size. So when I got home to try them on there to small. Called up there manager said I couldn’t return them because I tried them on. I think staff should know more of what there talking about before they sell something. Will never visit again. Be CAREFUL LADIES!!!!

My wife has enjoyed shopping with Ms. Edna for years. They offer a large variety of unique lingerie, bras, panties, bathing suits, jewelry, specialty items for survivors of breast cancer, and more. Ms. Edna, Sandra, Teresa, and Queenie are a delight every time we stop in.

I called and left 2 messages on separate days. They could not even be bothered to call me back. They won’t get my business, now. I went to All About Women in the 6 Gun Plaza and got fantastic service!

Im writing a review for my Grandmother because she has been traumatized by her experience at this store and brings it up every other time I visit her. I believe she dealt with the owner of the store and was pressured into buying a bra that did not fit her. My Nana insisted on a smaller cup size that was not in stock and the owner insisted that she was the larger cup size that she happened to have in stock. My Nana paid $84 for this shapewear bra that she gets upset every time she puts it on because of the large gaps in the cups, but she wears it because it feels great everywhere else and would likely be perfect in the smaller cup size. From reviewing other posts, it seems that this is not the first person this has happened to. Buyer Beware!

Shopped at this store, manager was nice but unprofessional because she made several snide comments about the owner not knowing her products. I spent $300+ on bras. Went home decided I did not need one, called the store within 2 hours and was told I could not get my money back, but wld issue me a store credit. Now I’m forced to go back.These bras a very cheap after a couple of months underwire has come out and there is absolutely no support in two of the bras. I hand wash and never dry my bras. They were Overpriced for the quality. Also the store manager made a comment about my breasts, if I would have had a complex about my breast I would have been highly offended. manager needs to be a little more aware and sensitive.

I went to this place to find a couple very well fitting bras. Well, I had a horrible experience with this store!!! First off, she pressured me into buying these cheap ass bras because she didnt have the right band size in the cup I needed so she took them to the back and sewn the slack in the band. They were not the bras I was looking for. They had no support and were just aweful. Well a week had passed and one of the bras started tearing where she had sewn the slack up, so I called the store and she asked me if I had already worn and washed them, I said yes, and was informed because of that reason, she couldnt give me a refund! Needless to say, I never went back!!

I love this boutique, the staff are professional and respectful. Ive never felt pressured to purchase. I love my mastectomy bras and never felt uncomfortable with the staff, thank you.
