I ordered and paid for a $100 bra right before Covid started. Once things started opening back up, I called and emailed but never heard back from them. (I moved from the area so couldn’t go back in.) They never once tried to contact me.

They are not to be trusted. They give you the impression they are connected to Unique Lingerie Inc. and they are not. I drove 2 hours just to shop there but I thought it was Inc. not Services. Customer service is an epic 0. I was fitted for a bra and I consistently told Wendi that the bra did not fit properly. She said it was fine so I brought it for $140 and wore it out of the store. The underwire was hurting my armpits and thats a definite no no. 2 - 3 days later I look at the receipt and realized Wendi gave me the wrong size bra so I call her and she said bring it back for an exchange. I said Im 2 hours away. She said I want to refit you so whenever you come we will get you taken care of. I finally go in there and the male owner says he will give me 50% off of a new bra. No sir Im not paying $200 for a bra when the problem was not my fault. The have bra in their possession so Im waiting for my called my credit card company to deal with the refund that they werent willing to give me.

The prices were a bit on the high side, but the sales women was wonderful and very helpful.

I came in and they had a great selection. Had a very pleasant experience being sized, purchased several items, and the entire visit was fabulous. Love the new owners!

Everything about this store from the service to the quality is unique w/out a doubt. Sandra was so pleasant and easy going. I trusted her with my bra selections and took in all her advice, and walked out of that store feeling better and more comfortable than I have EVER walked out of my regular bra stores (Lane Bryant and Catherine’s). This is the ONLY place I will go for any of my feminine underwear garments from now on! (FYI: The selections are gorgeous, from the color to the stitching and all!) #mygotostore

Good selection of items. All ages shop inside the store.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mom. She is a client of Edna Turners and was very confused to receive a phone call from this company asking her to set up an appointment. Please be advised that this is not Ednas place of business which is Unique Lingerie Inc and is by the imaging center in Ocala. The company name is very similar so Im sure others might be confused as well.
