I absolutely love living in classic Oaks I have only been here a few months but I have found that it is filled with many kind loving caring residence and two or three old grouches LOL still all in all great place to live meaning of sometime

No Amenities . Mean people all the way around. and they up the lot rent every year for the elderly that live on social security its a shame they can barely make ends meet but they could car less . And they make you pay the property taxes every year even when you dont own the land because the owner will not pay them they are worthless. DO NOT MOVE HERE STAY AWAY.
