To all of you who bought from Nobility Homes, I too have the same problems. Spoke with LJ, since Taylor is gone. They do not take responsibility for their work. Kitchen cabinets separating from the walls, stained, scratched. You cant spackle paper board. Vinyl walls in bathroom have tears in the walls and battons. Cut in vinyl floors. Not one piece of baseboard, crown molding is good. My front door has a massive crack in the molding. I can go on and on. Have called Terry Davidson. Waste of time. Some time they will send someone to spackle everything. Probably even the floor. That wont help the vinyl wall in the bathroom separating from the crown molding. Like previous people have said, run away. Do not buy from these people. Contact the Better Business Bureau, HUD and get a good lawyer. Nobility Homes is responsible for the warranty for everything inside the house except the seaming of the 2 sides inside. Court time.

Sales was very friendly and cooperative. But things began looking questionable when it was clear that sales order spreadsheet would not correctly take option additions and deletions. And the correct date could not be entered on the spreadsheet. The worst part was in reading the fine print. The sales person had told us if we paid cash the balance would be due before shipment from the plant. OK, but the contract fine print said as soon as the balance was paid, the buyer would take title and be the one at risk of loss. In other words if the factory burnt down along with our house we were just out of luck. And no insurance company is going to insure your mobile home until its on your lot. She sent me an email saying dont worry. their insurance would cover loss. Well thats not what the contract said. Thats no way to do business. By the way, the contract we were to sign had lines missing from the fine print. The clincher was the contract for what we were going to buy clearly showed a bay window on the floorplan. They had no photos of this model so there was no way to verify it, but I asked the salesperson to verify the bay window and she said the factory quit putting in a bay years ago. That is either intentional fraud, or unintentional incompetence. Neither one is acceptable. After I then read so many customer reviews most saying that customer service after delivery was pretty much non-existent, and youll probably need customer service, then that was enough to send me packing. Too bad, cause I cant find a cheaper new mobile home anywhere. You get what you pay for?

We purchased a home from Prestige Homes in Auburndale, for my 70 year old, disabled Mother in law, sales staff was great! Getting the home set up and livable has been a nightmare!! Extremely poor customer service, the initial set up was by a vendor hired by Nobility. The crew that was doing the drywall and paint work was horrible and made a total of 5 trips to finally get it acceptable, the owner told me i would have to supervise his crew to get it done correctly! Taylor stated she would schedule a tech to make service repairs, took 4 weeks to get the tech there, large list of items, he was there for 3 1/2 hours, asked taylor in email when was there going to be a reschedule, no replies. I have emailed and called Terry Davidson repeatedly to no avail! Called and left message with President(Tom Trexler) he did return my call, said they are having problems getting help, blaming the way things are now alluding to covid, however looking at these reviews, this is an ongoing issue. Run from this company, wish we had read reviews prior to purchasing, shame on us.

*UPDATE* DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUILDER!!! THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO REQUESTS FOR REPAIRS OF DAMAGES. THEY WILL INITIALLY SEND SOMEONE OUT TO HELP GET THE REPAIRS DONE BUT HERE I AM ALMOST TWO YEARS LATER WITH CRACKS IN MY CEILINGS AND KITCHEN CABINETS STARTING TO FALL APART. (yes the all caps is yelling)!!!LJ will NOT respond to ANY emails, Taylor will respond occasionally but here hands seem to be tied so she cant really do anything productive to get matters moving and I had one call from a guy named Terry. I thought I was getting somewhere ... WRONG!Just want to point out that my original review of which I went into extreme details was removed. If I could give negative stars I would! Buying a home from Nobility in Ocala after Hurricane Michael in 2018 has been a nightmare and still to this day, there are many repairs that need doing. I thought that by purchasing a home from Prestige Mobile Homes in Panama City Florida that I was getting my dream home. Dreams do sometimes turn out to be nightmares. To quote another review of this place: I am having the EXACT same issues so that speaks volumes!**marie burke1 review2 years agoIf I could give ZERO STARS and be able to write a review I would they dont deserve any stars. I have almost 100 emails going back and forth about repairs that need to be done over the last 7 months. Purchase a brand new 85000.00 home from them only to have kitchen and bathroom cabinets peeling. Master shower doors that do not close. Buckled front door, cracked plaster walls and I can go on. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.**

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the homes and the customizing the company has to offer. The saleswoman at the front desk who showed me the different models was very friendly and personable. The only thing was I wish they had handicap accessible models at this location for my husband. We will have to visit the other location when we are ready to buy.

Before you buy, Check their BBB RATING D- .AND FOR GOOD REASON. They delivered a unfinished home with many issues. Sub-floor sags when walking across which runs full length of home. Carpet never stretched or kicked in properly, seams in doorways are clearly visible. Siding installed improperly entire home, all doors hung crooked and some the frame has been pulled apart to just name a few. doesnt return phone calls and if they tell you they will call you back.... dont hold your breath. Excuses after excuses seems like they are trying to run the one year warranty out. They have a systemic issue that they dont care about correcting. Sad the sales people know its a issue but will promise what great homes they are but in reality they might as well be used homes.Update; contacted the FLDMV and had inspection with Nobility Homes on site. The siding was found to be installed incorrectly ( installed to tight) causing siding to bow and wave around entire house. The front door is hung crooked and top of door bows out when shut. Sliding glass door frame is bowed up in the middle not allowing door to shut properly. Carpet is missing padding in area of living room and carpet (cut to short) not meeting tac strip at corner. Sagging floor was noted by State inspector and Nobility Homes answer was the joist are on 24 center and is to be expected.... What ? I was never given the option of a sagging floor or a sturdy floor, didnt think I had to ask !!! ( FYI, the state FLDMV can only address structural issues and cosmetic issues i.e. quality of work they can not force them to correct.) Nobility Homes sent their manufacturer technicians (under paid handyman) out, same ones who have come out 5 times before and either didnt fix nothing or made it worse. Needless to say, they didnt fix nothing and created more issues. I contacted the FLDMV and he spoke with Nobility Homes and will send a crew back out. This is a company to stay clear of or it will cost you.Update, 4/2 Nobility Homes purchase through Prestige Homes is the most costly mistake of my life. Instead of using OSB/Plywood behind siding in front and back of home they use cardboard to cut costs. But they use OSB/Plywood on the ends cause this doesnt get siding until home is delivered and set up. I questioned Mr. Anderson aka LJ and he said they only use OSB on the ends or else the home would fold in lol,We bought the extended warranty at time of purchase but we will not be calling a company who doesnt care about the quality of their products or service to customers and thinks their manufacturer service tech title miraculously means they are experienced techs. Hiring a company to install OSB behind siding in front and back and to brace subflooring, I will be looking to provide free advertising for Prestige Homes and Nobility Homes every chance I get.Buyer Beware, do your research on how your home is built and set on site.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SORRY COMPANY !This company is the worst of the worst. I have been trying to get some issues repaired on my home for over a year and I have been lied to and have spend money flying to Florida to the home and still nothing.I have called many times and sent email to everyone even the owner and I have gotten no where in the process. This company takes your money without any quality control or service department to handle the most basics of service. This company should be ashamed of its self in the way it treats its customers.I have waited over a year trusting and giving good will in what I have been told and hoping someone in management would get involved and nothing. This is a very unethical company and lying seems to come natural by everyone involved.

If this is the company used to build your manufactured, home dont walk run. The quality of construction was horrible, the QC process was nonexistent. Getting anyone to come out and make repairs prior to moving into the house was impossible after a great deal of complaining and whining, prestige homes finally sent a subcontractor out to do the repairs. Though appreciated it was much too late in the process. My elderly parents were forced to move in to a home that technically as far as Im concerned was unsafe. Sadly complaining to prestige homes and complaining to nobility homes got me nowhere. They do not care about quality control, they do not care about the safety of the occupants of the homes. It was an extremely disappointing process. I strongly suggest if youre looking to buy a manufactured home you look elsewhere.Extremely disappointed,Kerry

Do not but from this manufacturer! They dont want to fix their issues. They ignore you until you give up... But thats just it. We wont give up. There has been countless issues with our new house. Then people come to fix whatever may be the issue ( a couple weeks later) and they mess other things up in the process of trying to fix what the complaint was on... I may be wrong, but when you buy a new house, isnt it suppose to look like a brand new house?? Not something the has been lived in for years..

Stay away from this home manufacturer unless you want a cheaply built house with extremely poor quality workmanship and materials. Ive generated a punch list of 50 items which is taking months to complete, still not done. Their service manager has told me that some of my punch list items arent covered due to their sacrifice of time to push 25 units a week out their door so you get what you get. Their service techs are not qualified professionals but in my opinion are just a low paying Handyman. I may just need file a complaint with the BBB or take them to small claims court. Supposedly they are scheduled next week to complete my punch list, fingers crossed!

I Purchased a home in early December and was told by Jeff Saucier, the salesman 3 weeks to set up and deliver... at that time I Told them I was planning To put the mobile home on a concrete slab... I explained to them 5 different occasions they had to have someone on site for the pouring of the concrete to locate the electrical plumbing and tie down straps.. No one ever showed up... I have gone through several failed inspections by the county, electrical and plumbing, a refusal by their plumber to come back and fix items issues... i had to make correcttions myself ...absolutely unaccptable workmanship by the finishing crew... failed electrical Inspections... the electrician sends a man out here totally incompetent to do the work which all had to be redone... we are now 8 weeks out and still no hope of getting in the house... we have CO from the county, we have electric from the power company there has been no final walkthrough... no answers as to how or when repairs to damaged flooring will be done.. We cant have appliances delivered or have anything done inthe house....

I would never recommend nobility to anyone! They didn’t finish the house there are multiple things wrong with it and when u call into the service manager Kevin he is very rude and pretty much calls u a liar! I told him the house was never finished and he tried to blame the contractor doing the drywall! He said they should have finished it and I said well they didn’t he said well it’s 60/90 days out before we can get someone out there to do any warranty work and I said this is t warranty work this is work that was never finished from the build and his response was well if we didn’t put all the trim in the house they wouldn’t be able to finish it. So I said ur saying your factory didn’t put the materials in to finish the job? Sigh.... I said you took the money but never finished the house! He stated we didn’t take your money prestige homes did and they aren’t the same as us. Their owned by the same people but there a separate entity. These people are unreal and rude! The toilets leak, the front door leaks when it rains the doors inside were cut crooked! Looks like we will be headed to small claims court! Don’t walk run from this company! If I could have given them a minus five stars I would have!

If i could give less of a star, I would. Customer service was horrible!!!! Purchased a brand new home from them that was supposed to be covered bumper to bumper, that is what I was told. On the first day, the toilet started leaking, by the third day, there was a leak under my kitchen sink, by the end of the first week, the roof was leaking and shingles are lifting. ENTIRE home is IMPROPERLY installed. When I called for the bumper to bumper warranty on the roof, I was told I had to wait 6-8 weeks. After week four, I called again because this should be a priority due to potential health risks mold from all the rain, its rainy season and has rained almost every day Im told they know nothing about it and havent received anything, even though I have kept copies of service request forms that were emailed, and I have kept copies of the email. They than proceeded to tell me I would have to wait an additional 6-8 weeks. I tried calling corporate and filing a complaint....left messages with the owner of the company and the vice president. Let see if I get a response, its been several hours and I havent even been given a courtesy call to let me know that they are looking into the matter. The whole house is warping.....the floors, walls and even the outside is warping. shingles are lifted and coming up,siding is warping and house looks like its about to concave, floor is warped and all the trim and siding is coming up. Windows and sinks were never properly caulked. The home is only five months old, and I have only lived in not even a full month. I am afraid to continue to live in it due to possible health complications and the condition of the home itself. NOT A GOOD COMPANY.....RIP OFFS!! Next phone call and email is to the better business bureau and my lawyer

Contact both the FMHA and HUD for additional outlets to file complaints against this company if you are not getting your home serviced. This company has no concern for their customers. I urge each and every homeowner to file a complaint with HUD (Housing and Urban Development) and with the FMHA (Florida Manufactured Home Association). HUD is who governs and regulates the mobile home industry. And HUD needs to know how Terry Trexler treats their customers. Terry Trexler is the founder and President and he does not care about anything but his pocket book. He has engrained that in his employees. He drives his Mercedes and lives in his mansion and could give a rats rear end on taking care of his customers after the sale. Worst buying decision of my life. The stress they add by simply not returning calls and ignoring complaints that may be small to them but big to a customer. Nobility needs to be audited. They do not care about anyone but themselves and they dont deserve to be in business.Their service department is a joke and Mr. Anderson needs to learn to treat customers how he would like to be treated. Not unless he likes to be ignored. If he likes that then please expect to be ignored because that is what he does. He has NO respect for anyone but Mr. Trexler. And actually he is scared of him. Terry Trexler runs his company with fear.Stay far away from this company. Do not buy from them and especially from their company owned stores...PRESTIGE HOMES. Run far far away. You will regret it if you buy a Nobility Home.

Prestige Home Center in Auburndale is fine. I feel our sales rep and her manager have done all they could and can BUT the service center at corporate office is a joke. The service manager is rude and unprofessional and does not care about service after the sale. They did come out within a week to fix minor things like trim, caulking and blinds and they fiddled with the exterior doors but they arent fixed and the service manager feels its as good as it gets. He refused to send anyone back out but the Auburndale Center manager did come and explained the issue to the service manager and I was told they would contact me to schedule again but they didnt and when I asked about it I was blown off. I like my home and think I got a decent deal for the price but I am not happy with the repair service after the sale. If you buy from Nobility/Prestige good luck with service issues after the sale.7/8/16 UPDATE The service center manager has contacted me and is staying in contact/working on issues. We had the back door repaired by an outside vendor and Nobility has reimbursed us for that.

Terrible customer service..The rep, or he maybe the owner, from the Ocalla Florida office is doing nothing to fix all the problems in our new home since we moved in last April. We reported everything to him in April and he said that we come back from N.E. in October he will address all the issues. My husband has been on the phone with him weekly and he is nothing but rude and disrespectful. He has now told my husband to take him to court. The stove was delivered with a dent in the top, the refrig was damaged in the back, one of the counter top has a big chunk missing from the front and most of the mini blinds are hung wrong so when you close them, they are crooked. I will say that the sales owner of Prestige Homes in Port Charlotte has been trying to help us as much as possible and now his hands are tied because of this guy. Fair warning to future buyers..go somewhere else. My husband and I will be taking him to small claims court.

Worst decision ever buying from this place the entire process was a nightmare. Besides all the screw ups and mistakes along the way we finally got into our home 4 months later than what was promised but I tried to stay positive and think we are finally in it will be ok. Now after only living in the home for 3 months it is literally falling apart. Set aside the fact that none of the repairs from the walk through have even been started we now have a bath tub full of stress cracks because it wasn’t set right and has been leaking because the stress cracked were too small to see in the beginning but now they are huge. The floor in several places squeak and you can feel the floor boards move. None of the doors open or close properly including the front door. All of the trim throughout the house is falling off. I wish we could go back in time and buy from someone else I don’t see how we can be expected to pay on this house for 30 years when it won’t last 5

We were refered originaly from a friend who owned a Nobility brand mobile home. They were AMAZING! We toured the factory and we were impressed with the construction of the homes and how many different sizes floor plans and options they had available we were amazed to find they can build and deliver to our land in as little as 6 weeks. These homes are made right in Ocala and we liked that we could buy a home from a local company at such a reasonable price to add to our land.We stopped into a Prestige Home Center in south Ocala and seen some if the mobile homes they have and we liked what we seen and the way we were treated by the staff they really answered all of our questions and after comparing around we came back to them to learn more and we were able to go on a factory tour and see how they were built and we decided we would purchase there 3/2 Eli model home with some upgraded options we wanted. Trust e the new mobile homes are not like the older ones the homes are build better have more modern features and they look amazing we love our Nobility home!
