Great class! Jay was AMAZING!! Fantastic teacher, made sure everyone fully understood before moving on and made sure we were completely comfortable. As a future lady rider, I feel much more equipped to handle my bike and be more aware on the road. Would definitely recommend!

I did my motorcycle endorsement with Joes. Best decision ever! These guys are professionals and it shows. My instructor was Corey and this guy really makes the difference, he will spend more time with students who need it. I can recommend Joes for 100% do not make the mistake to go elsewhere 😉

Corey is the man! Patient, informative and consistent. I actually had a lot of fun with him instructing this class, our entire group did. I thought he did a great job attending to students when his help was needed. Thanks ride at Joes for help with the course and the top notch instructors.

Had my two training today and our instructor Jen was the best. She explains everything so you understand the first time. Very good at what she does. I highly recommend taking this course and if you do try to get Jen as your instructor.

Ill be writing my review based on my experience as a completely new motorcycle rider, foreign to handling and operating one.TL:DR Version: Hands down, excellent training!My only critique is at first communication was a little patchy over the phone, and the website could def use some technical adjustments for a new person finding their way around. Communication and maintaining phone contact with new class members in helping them find their way is my only critique thus far.(On the first day day of class I was running late by 10mins after dropping my wife off, and I called and notified them. However on arrival at Warhorse Harley, I could not locate the class, and it took a Harley associate to spend an additional 10 mins trying to contact one of them on the phone and get a location, making me 20 mins late to class, when in they where in a building next door across the parking lot).Communication was key there, but they soooooo made up for it!I got BQ as my instructor. He is a great teacher! Solid! He doesnt b.s. you, and he tells it straight. He also softens all that edge with some good humor and sarcasm that takes the anxiety of learning something completely new and potentially dangerous, right away. He builds confidence, teaches you when you need to learn, and congratulates you once youve learned it.I picked up one skill, after another, after another, after another, from the fundamentals to the technical, thanks to his instruction. The man is experienced, skilled and Im pretty sure over-fn qualified somewhere in there.BQ loves bikes, it shows, and hell get you to love bikes.The class was awesome, all my classmates where equally awesome. We ate lunch together, laughed and learned. We kicked butt, I kicked butt, and no offense, but were probably gonna be their best class theyll ever have.And Im sure youll feel the same once youve finished your training there too. Literally the best class ever! Jay was really funny and made the riding experience the absolute best! Went to DMV they said I wasn’t in the system and Joe stuck with me through the whole way and got me in the system in under 5 minutes and kept in touch until I had my endorsement officially on my license. Truly deserves 10 stars but they only let me put 5. Get your endorsement with Joe!

Obviously like everyone else has said JEN is a great teacher. She is positive and helpful. If you take this class it’s not an option to fail... she will do whatever It takes to make sure you learn and are prepared for riding safely whether your complete newbie or you have experience. Highly recommend this course and Jen as a coach. Just don’t ask about riding in the rain and you’ll be fine!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Mrs. Jen is a fantastic instructor! You dont even feel like youre in a training course. She is so much fun and makes it fun you. She points out areas that need improvement in a positive way, gives praise & is celebrating with you when you achieve your goal. I will recommend this class to everyone & tell them they need Mrs. Jen for an instructor!!!!! She is such a great instructor !!!!!

My wife and I took this class this past weekend at Warhorse Harley Davidson here in Ocala. The staff was fun, and a joy to be around. Jen handled this classroom session with great focus and had us laughing throughout the lesson. She made terminology, and skills easy to understand for the novice rider. Her personality is upbeat and down to earth, truly a great instructor. BQ and his team of rider coaches were patient with first time riders and thoroughly explained stages by showing students the layout of the course visually, mentally, and even had a demonstration to clear up confusion if necessary. He and the rider coaches were quick with jokes, refreshments, and important information to aid all riders in developing skills for the final test. You can not go wrong booking an MSF course from this crew! BTW, just a side note. If you call to book an appointment and no-one answers right away, leave a message on their voicemail. They are giving a class at the time you called, they are NOT ignoring you, they are focusing on their students in class at that moment. I only bring this up because the instructors wont say anything to you over the phone. One customer repeatedly called back and the instructor had to stop our lesson to answer the 4th consistent call from someone looking to book a class. Do yourself, and current students a favor here, just leave a message, they will call you back :)

The class and the instructor was awesome but I went to the dmv like I was told waited for 2 hours only to find out that I am not in the system!!! I am so upset I took off work and now I cant go back untill Monday. Had plans to ride with my husband for my birthday this weekend. I called Joes only to be told that all scores were imputed and maybe something was wrong with my licence. But the DMV said it was fine. So ones what???

Just completed my Basic Rider Course. It helped me so much, went from barely able to move the bike without it leaning and almost falling to zipping in and out of corners, and all in two days. Jen (instructor) definitely deserves the praise, as it was her that talked and showed me through my troubles and thanks to her Im now beginning my journey as a confident rider.

Very awesome instructor, thank you again Jen. Walked us through each exercise and explained thoroughly. Very good course, a must for first time riders. Learned a lot of things that I didnt know already. Again, very good course.

Like another reviewer the only critique I really have about Joes motorcycle training is the communication aspect. It was difficult to get somebody on the phone when I needed to reschedule and it was difficult to know what phone number to use. But they did get back with me and did the reschedule with no worries. The website needs an update. There are pages that you go to that seem to be older and might be outdated and no longer relevant.But that wasnt enough to drop their stars because once immersed in the course it was excellent. My husband and I had Jay (or Jace?-- he tells the really REALLY bad dad jokes 😆) as our instructor. He made that course! I had taken the training in Gainesville by another company who didnt really seem to care about you per se. Definitely not when it came to the test. But he really showed us and gave us the researched based practices that mfs uses. Whats even better is that he gives us his own learning experiences as illustrations as well as his past students. He was personable and we felt we could ask him questions about anything. He really seemed to care about our safety. He also taught us quite a few things about motor cycles themselves that most of us didnt know, such as the clutch not wearing down like a car or using the rear brake to control you in 1st gear (the other guys didnt tell us that).Anyways, use these guys! You wont be disappointed.

Jen is amazing! Super caring and informative. Leaves no man behind and gets the whole class moving quick! Had a blast taking the course and having Jen as our instructor. (Sorry for grabbing up your hoodie after we finished Jen lol mine is almost exactly the same.)

I just took my motorcycle endorsement class and I must say if it was not for my riding coach Jen I don’t think I would feel as safe and comfortable as I do now. I came in with worries and walkedOut feeling very good and very confident. Jen gets my 5 out of 5 stars seriously.

As someone who has never ridden motorcycles or been around a lot of Powersports, I passed the certification because this course couldn’t have been more helpful!Our instructor Jen was awesome! My classmates and I were at wildly different levels and different learning speeds but she was able to tailor the class around all of us.If you’re looking to get a motorcycle certification and you live around Ocala, or if you can make the trip from a little farther away I’d highly recommend Joe’s Motorcycle Training in Ocala!

Had BQ as an instructor, no one can touch him. Hes all about his students, taking his time to make sure you learn. He doesnt single anyone out, but if they are having difficulty, he will work with them until they get. I cannot say enough about BQ. I also enjoyed the course, an awesome way to learn basic skills. It was a very fun experience overall. Cannot wait until I am ready for the next course. Cannot thank you guys enough for everything.

The first time I had ever ridden a motorcycle was the day I started class with Joes. My instructor, Jace, was phenomenal. He was very personable and showed he cared about our safety. In two days, he showed my class the right way to ride and positively encouraged each member of the class to become the best rider they could be. Im looking forward to taking their experienced rider course in the future.

Good informative class, very easy! But I did have to wait on them to put my information in the system so it took many trips to the DMV to keep checking when they would input the information which was a waisted my time.

I never knew a squid could be so funny. BQ was an awesome teacher. Their were people in my class that had no clue how to ride and BQ was patient and got them ready for a neighborhood. I got a lot out of the training. Equipment was nice and everything was set up very smooth.

BQ the instructor was great, he was patient and gave me some really good pointers on how to be a better driver. This class is definitely worth attending.

BQ is an amazing instructor, hes very patient and keeps the class on que while maintaining high moral within the group. I was the only newby rider in class and he not only kept me up to speed by working with me and giving constructive criticism but he kept me on track and made the course very enjoyable! I do wish the driving range was larger but it is what it is and Ill be a much better rider because of all the tips, tricks, and drills! I highly recommend Joes training course and am very glad to have taken in under BQs leadership! Well done sir 👍 and thank you!

It took all week for the information to be sent to the DMV.The class, while enjoyable, took way longer than we were told. Be prepared to be there alllllll day. The instructor left a voicemail with my husband Sunday night that he had lost the bag with all of our information off the back of his bike. We sent a screenshot of our license and the safety class card. I was told several stories as to why my information was not in the system....my information was lost in cyberspace...my drivers license was entered wrong...my birthdate was entered wrong. Each time I called I was told “it’s in there”. I went to the DMV four times before it actually was “in there”.Once able to speak with Joe himself, everything went smoothly.Don’t expect to get anything but frustration and a snotty attitude from Debbie who answered the phone.

BQ was awesome! He made learning easy and fun! Great weekend, even in the rain.

Good school teach you all the basics reasonable price

Equipment was falling apart, really difficult for new riders to learn. Coach has an attitude and poor people skills. And told our class to reschedule bc he got mad.

Im really impressed with my experience here. needed my endorsement but im honestly reall glad i took it because i am much better off now. Jace Blackwell was my instructor and he was fantastic. the training was tuned to my level of abilities and he really respectful. its always nice to be treated like a human being, lots of wankers out there are smug and perceive inexperience as idiocy and something to mock but Jace was super professional, very clear, and was an excellent instructor. would recommend him to anyone interested in motorcycle skills / safety course.
