Typical H D dealership but had an event going on today for humane society. Inexperienced staff at sales desk make me wonder how rest of the day was as it was slow going and wasnt crowded yet. Just wanted some over priced T shirts from Ocala, FLORIDA and got what I needed from a limited selection.

I went to War Horse Harley today Nov,6,2021 specifically looking for a jacket I saw online. Vegas asked if I needed any help and she was abel to find the jacket online. After doing about 20 minutes of searching she determined the jacket was a 2018 model, but she could get it. She said it would probably not be here until January. She did some more searching, and said she found one and should have it in two weeks. I couldnt believe the effort she put in for a little $300. purchase. I havent done much shopping there because of a bad experience back when it was Ocala Harley and had different owners. Vegas you won me back I will be doing all my Harley shopping at War Horse. Bought a 2021 CVO Road Glide from these folks and with out a doubt the best experience I’ve had buying a Harley! Good experience getting bike serviced. I wanted to save money so contacted via their website another independent bike shop to schedule a service, still waiting for them to contact me. Contacted War Horse and they scheduled me in quickly, did the service quickly, and I was happy. Only think I will say is they quote $295 for the service, but you dont know til you get there that there are parts costs on top of that. But still, very happy with how I was treated by all.

This was my first time at this dealership and it was a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in and was greeted by a salesman. To walking through the clothing department and being helped by a wonderful woman that offered my buddy and I a cold bottle of water and entertained all of are questions about the clothing. The worst customer service. Called ahead to get a Appraisal for my bike. Spoke to Ian. Ian said sure come on in! Jumped on the bike, had someone follow me. Met up with Ian, he handed me off to his buddy (think his name was Josh). His buddy came out took down all the info, another guy comes and takes the bike to service to get it checked out. Then here comes the buddy guy again to tell us, We cant help you today, were to busy. Bring the bike back Wednesday.What! Are you kidding? I told buddy I called ahead. No help. He didnt have time to help, but he did have time to stand and discuss it with 2 other sales reps outside as he laughed. Yes, I heard you. Never again will I do business here. Id rather drive further and be treated with respect.

Contacted 3 H-D dealerships in regards to adding an Electra Glide Ultra Limited to my bike stable and settled on Warhorse due to a young man named “Ian”. Ian kept me updated via text for a couple days while the bike was prepped and then sat with me, chatted and gave me a tour of the place when I arrived. This guy knows customer service. Drove 3 hours to buy my bike there. When I arrived, everything was ready to go. Easiest purchase ever. The crew is very friendly and the atmosphere is great. My daughter took me and she waited in the lounge with the retail clerk named “Shirley”. Jason is the service manager and is super professional. Great place to do business.

Want to personally think Vegas, Shirly and Jeannie for there outstanding customer service and going the extra mile to help me get my wife a motorcycle helmet that was no longer being sold. My local Harley Davidson dealer in Titusville or Brevard county could not help me. Called War Horse Harley and These girls found the one my wife wanted in a store in Ohio, only 2 left in the US for sale.They arranged to have it shipped to their store, we purchased it. My wife used it one time and one of the screws that hold the visor fell out. Called my local Harley Dealership Again and was told they could not help me. Called Vegas back and she personally found some and sent them out, UPS delivered them and left in my garage to be never found. Called War Horse back and spoke to Jennie and Shirly. They determined they were delivered which I never found, They found several more screws and sent them out for my wife’s helmet. We finally received them and my wife is enjoying her new helmet. Overall, a really good experience. Griff, my sales guy was awesome! The financing department did a fantastic job working with my very unique financial situation. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 stars is the fact that the salesperson I was dealing with on the phone for almost a week gave me the feeling of him being a shady used car dealer. I have spent some cash at this dealership in the past month! This past Thursday my bike wouldn’t start so I called and had them pick up my bike on Friday morning at my residence! I asked for a phone call to let me know what was going on after they picked my bike up! The bike was picked up at 930am! I waited till almost 4pm and still no phone call! I finally called at 415! I was told that it must be my fuel pump! Why wasn’t I called?? We can’t even take a look at your bike until Tuesday morning! No phone call, no nothing!!Tuesday morning comes and goes and still no phone call! I called at 2pm! This is Scott Atwood can you please give me some kind of info about my bike!! Who is this?? Last name Atwood! Hold on! Your bike was just put up on the lift but the mechanic is at lunch so you got to wait till he gets back!! Still don’t know exactly what is wrong with my bike! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE PHONE CALL, I HAVE HAD TO CALL THEM ! It is now 315 in the afternoon and still no call!!I really never complain about anything! I’m a pretty relaxed chill kind of guy, but when I’m spending my hard earned money, I want a little respect!! This is day 5 that my bike is there ! I pray that it’s fixed!

We had a rocky start with this dealership however, they stepped up to make it right or so I thought they were. I received a call from Josh Card General Manager after leaving a bad review and he offered to assist. We worked out the financing and set a date a week later to pick up my 2015 Freewheeler. I spoke to the salesman twice after that to confirm the date. When we arrived my trike was still being serviced and they didnt have the part they needed to finish it. We were told the driver was on his way back with the part and it would be ready shortly. Two hours later we were asked to go get lunch and then it should be ready. We reluctantly went to get lunch and returned. We were then told the driver was on his way back with the part. So at this point he has been on his way back with the part for 2.5 hours. An hour wait later we were told they would make it up to us by delivering the trike to us in Chiefland, FL the same day. I called the service department two hours later where I was then told we werent even on the delivery schedule at all. My husband then took over dealing with them as I just couldnt anymore. I was so upset I was in tears. I finally received my trike way to late that day to even get to ride it and had plans the rest of the weekend. Couldnt ride until a week later. When I finally sat on it (as they never let me sit on it at the dealership) the bars are too far forward. Now we are dealing with them on receiving the tag as our temporary tag is about to expire. I will post an update after that is dealt with.Riders of the Southeast please do not even visit this dealership. It is not worth our time or hard earned money. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and they are a disgrace to the good name of Harley Davidson.

You know how you walk into a place just to look? I went into War Horse Harley-Davidson just to kill some time. I was greeted by a young man named Trevor and he took the time to give me a quick tour and answer a few of my questions. I left with a smile and a hand shake. Later that day I called Trevor to ask him about a Harley-Davidson that was on their internet special. It was a great bike and a wonderful deal but unfortunately it was sold. He told me about another Harley that was comparable. He texted me some pictures and details of the beautiful Harley-Davidson Touring Ultra Limited I now own. Trevor and the War Horse Harley-Davidson family treated me with courtesy and respect. They provided me with a great shopping experience. Back in April, my fiancé and I were on a ride to the Keys and found ourselves in bad weather without any rain gear. We were already a little wet and waiting under cover outside when everyone pulled in to work. The staff opened up early and let us in. Offered us coffee and donuts and allowed us to shop. We wanted to give a huge thank you to everyone especially Vegas for getting us set up with rain gear and putting our wet clothes in the dryer. Had dealt with WarHorse Harley previously, about 8 years ago and it was just as great to deal this time too. Showed up just as they were opening and moving motors around but, they didnt care, the stopped to help whatever I needed. I was from out of area and looking for a trailer (no, not a pu**y, but cant ride and drive at the same time). I got to mean a nice fella by the name of Gene who pointed me toward a sister dealership down the road. Figured as long as I was there, Id go spend some money inside. The young lady working inside was very helpful and kept me engaged in conversation as I browsed. I gave her an idea what I was looking for as far as dealer merchandise and she came and helped out, even saving me money in the process. THIS is why I ride a Harley. Yes, the info Gene gave was instrumental in my trailer purchase, kept me from driving over an hour away.

In fact she insisted I wear the helmet in store for a period of time to make sure the helmet would not create any pressure points that would result in being uncomfortable. Staff was very patient and allowed me not one but two test drives and time on the back lot to see if I could get the hang of it. The first ride was sketchy and it seemed like I never had ridden before. I was ready to let it go but after I went for a little more time on the lot and another test drive, I was confident I would get to enjoy it like two wheels so I went ahead. I had about a 3 hour ride home and by the time I got there I was glad I followed through. This is my 3rd HD from a dealer and the experience was great. I would highly recommend them. Nice dealer. Clean, had accessories and clothing. We stopped in to get some goodies. People were very nice. Not sure about sales, but they had some new bikes and some nice looking used Harleys. Would go back.

The host, Harley-Davidson was awesome the volume of people that showed up with cars were great

Great dealership, but dont give them your number. Theyll pester the hell out of you twice a week. Borderline a destination dealership. A place to stop for coffee and a game of pool. Salesmen are on the pushy side but again, a great dealership.

Can’t say enough about the great experience I had. To start with if you need a bike go see Ariel Rich she went above and beyond to find me my ride and kept in contact with me until I saw the right one and throughout the process of customization.Then Jeremy Lee in the Service Department, he worked with me on the customization( air ride, seat, bars, lights etc..). He took the time to understand what I wanted and my style, kept in contact with me with status and pictures while the customization was being done. He is one very knowledgeable person and someone who truly understands people and makes your experience at the dealership pleasurable.I can’t forget Mike Waters the mechanic who worked on the bike and took the time with myself and Jeremy on the parts and customization and did a great job on installing all the parts and walking though them with me and Jeremy when I picked it up today. They all made sure I was happy with the final look and work that was performed. Warhorse should be proud that they have these 3 people working for them. Super friendly staff and sales people. Wish they had a larger selection of womens shirts with the War Horse logo on the back. Didnt find any in my size. Bought some glasses and a shirt for the hubby.

Nice shop. Friendly staff. They had a nice selection of motorcycles and other HD merchandise.
