I cant say enough good things about this shop!! Over the past few months I have taken my Harley to them for a few various things. They are always very upfront and super knowledgeable about bikes, particularly Harleys of course. Ive always ended up paying exactly what I was quoted, and on more than one occasion they have really gone above and beyond. This shop consistently exceeds my expectations. Its got all you could want....knowledgeable, timely, friendly, honest, and at very fair prices. I wont have anyone else in Marion County touch my bike but them.

Cant give it a minus 5 stars because Google doesnt offer that choice. I was treated like I didnt matter. I called before I drop my bike and explained that it was my only mode of transportation, a week later I still havent heard from them. When I called they informed me that there were 50 bikes ahead of mine and I could pick up my bike if I wanted to. I really feel that I was treated that way because Im a woman

Read lots of reviews of problems at other M.C. shops. When I arrived at Brick City I was welcomed in the parking lot by Shawn the Service Manager. He got my bike right in for tire changes. The price they charged was exactly what Rob (owner) quoted me two days earlier. I was very satisfied with their service and the work done on my bike. I will definitely return next time my Suzuki Boulevard C90T needs service.

Rob and his team are great. Their work is outstanding I have had my Bike there for Harley Ext Warranty repairs a couple times. His main tech mark has done quality work and Rob makes dealing with the warranty company a breeze. Seriously next time you need service or upgrade check these guys out!

We brought our motorcycle in to get fixed and they charged us for 3 failed attempts to rebuild a part, plus the new part...very unfair business practice. We were told the only way to get our bike back was we had to pay for the entire balance to the tune of over $200 more than we should have been charged. Very unprofessional and we would not recommend this business

I was charged $350 for a radio that retails $275,$160 to install and $15 for shop supplies . Im surprised he didnt ask for lunch money.never go back !!!
