I’m so grateful I came to this piercing shop.I had gotten a cartilage piercing from a different place in New York and it had gotten inflamed, infected and was starting to get embedded (skin was growing over the gem….yeah not pretty).Dan saw me immediately and was able to remove the embedded piercing with surgical precision. It was a quick experience, and his professionalism and confidence made me feel so much better about the situation.It was extremely sanitary too. He used gloves and opened brand new tools to get the stud out.I definitely recommend this place if you’re dealing with something similar.
Amazing experience! Went to go get my nose pierced the other day— the dimensions location was being renovated so they sent me to the atomic anchor location further down the boardwalk. Super nice and helpful staff!!! Really professional and clean as well. I was quite nervous but they were super patient and eased my nerves :) I would definitely recommend!
This store and its piercer, Dan have been my exclusive piercer for years now! From super clean, to wonderful service they go above and beyond. Bridgette is a doll and made me custom industrial bars in colors I couldnt find any where else, and Abby was super sweet in answering any questions I had!And if youre a rad retro asthetic enthusiast this place is an absolute for you, from antiques, to fashion, to purses that look like Cadillacs, youll find something here thats high quality and fresh as heck! 20/10 definitely coming back when I need another piercing or fun conversation!
Piercing was done well and quickly. The shop was very clean and the employees working the front were very nice and helpful. However, the piercer was very rude and unprofessional. Took 2 phone calls while piercing me and my friend. Took a while to actually pierce us after we were in the room. Very cocky and made snide remarks the entire time. Insulted one of my friends previous piercings by another shop. Definitely knew what he was doing and pierced well. Would have gotten 5 stars if the piercer wasn’t unprofessional. Girls at the front were amazing.
This place is AMAZING! I stopped in yesterday for two piercings. Bridgette was patient and took her time, explaining all options. I had an idea of what I wanted when I went in, but after talking for a while I ended up with something I like much better! Bridgettes honesty, patience, and kindness are unmatched. Impromptu nose piercing idea on a trip to OCMD. This shop had great reviews on google and that was SO important. Some of the other piercing places in the boardwalk are sketchy, not this shop! This shop was clean and the staff were very friendly. Bridgette was AMAZING when she pierced my sister and my nose. She explained they are a year around LOCAL piercing and retail shop, unlike many of the other stores on the boardwalk. They care about you and how your piercing will hold up. She was kind, gentle and knowledgeable. Explained the whole process and went over what to expect during the healing process. The shop is super cute, clean and aesthetically pleasing. I would 100% recommend to locals and especially out of towners.
Got an eyebrow piercing so great!!! So super clean and sanitary, cleaner than most doctors offices tbh, piercing didnt didnt hurt at all and its been about 2 weeks still doing well on its journey to healing :)

Got my septum pierced here about a month ago. Very happy with the service and the price. One of my biggest fears about getting the piercing was it ending up incorrect since I have seen many people end up with incorrectly pierced septums from other locations. My fear was eased when assured by the piercer that if it did not turn out correct, he would repierce it.As of yet my piercing has not gotten infected, so the equipment was sterilized properly. Will be returning for more piercings next time I am in ocean city.

We stopped in just to check prices but I ended up getting my nose pierced. Very reasonable, extremely clean and incredibly professional!! Ive had my nose pierced before, but wanted it redone bc its been closed for quite some time. The girl at the front was very informative and super nice! The line got super long after we arrived and she handled it alone like a boss! 💪 I would definitely recommend this place, and theres not too many boardwalk shops Id say that about 😁👌👏
My favorite place to go to Im a local and this is the only place I recommend to either locals or people visiting I know choosing a piercing shop out of town is hard or scary especially seems sketchy when its a shop on the boardwalk but I honestly will never go anywhere else its locally owned by a couple and theyre opened year round which is amazing if you have any questions during the healing process Dan and his wife Bridgette are the only ones to ever pierce me and I will never let another person poke me with a needle who isnt them. Theyre also very sweet and kind and make it a very relaxing process especially if youre nervous about getting a piercing and everything is sanitary and sterilized and its high quality material. OH also they have really cute clothes and body jewelry and the store has a very retro vibe. Five stars from me
Dimensions is a fantastic place for body piercing. I’ve had several piercings from other places and this place was the best hands down. Heather at the front, took time to answer all of my (many) questions and helped get us set up. Bridgette pierced my 6 year old daughters ears and I got a daith. She was SO kind, and talked us through the whole thing. It was a very clean studio, and a quick procedure. We never felt rushed, everything was fully explained and we really felt cared for by the staff. Thank you so much for being a part of my little girls story, we made memories for her lifetime today and your kindness and professionalism were a huge part of our successful day.
My friend and I both got piercings there and it was a fantastic experience! Our piercer was very friendly and professional which made it welcoming and calm. She spent a good deal of time with us and was great to converse with and we were also pleased with the quality and placement of our piercings! The staff on the first floor were very helpful and sweet as well and were able to assist us with further questions and purchases. Definitely going back next time I’m in town!
My wife wanted her nose pierced, so we came here. The blond woman there at the time (Halloween Morning) was very helpful and informative, a lovely personality. The body piercing guy who does the piercing was also very chill, relaxed, and gave a calming feeling so my wife was not nervous at all and felt zero pain.
Excellent service at this shop! From the ladies that checked me in to Shane who did my piercing. Extremely professional, nice, patient and thorough. He was great at explaining how to clean the piercing area and made sure that it was exactly what I wanted. All of the staff working took the time to answer my (many) questions and even offered to help me with any questions after I got home. Will definitely be returning here when I’m back in town and will refer my friends!
We had an amazing experience. Our fourteen year old daughter wanted to get her ears pierced. We chose this place based on Google reviews and Im glad we did. The shop was clean and the piercer was patient and gentle. There was a bit of a wait... the shop didnt open on time and the piercer wasnt on the premises when we arrived, but it was worth it.

I am not usually one to drop a review however it would be a CRIME to not drop one for this place. I went with my friends, three of us got nose piercings, one got a daif, one got a cartilage. I was nervous but the shop is so clean and pretty and the ladies working there were SO sweet. I’d like to shout out our piercer (I’m so sorry I forgot her name but she is such an absolute gem and she did an AMAZING job) and Stephanie at the front. LOVELY ladies, so so sweet and made the whole process so easy and even fun. I could not recommend this place enough!!! If you wanna get pierced, I cannot stress enough, this is the place‼️‼️
Went in for a nose piercing with a friend. We took time and did our research, I would not recommend anywhere else! They were licensed, clean and professional. We felt very comfortable and Bridgette was wonderful! Thanks gals.*There was someone that came in while we were there to have their piercing fixed after a botched piercing the day before elsewhere on the boardwalk. They said they have to fix bad piercings all the time. 🙄
I’m not sure if it was just the piercer that did it wrong or what happened but I went to get my belly button pierced and he seemed like In a hurry and pierced my stomach rather than my skin for the belly button pierce. It was horribly done and I honestly do not recommend going there for a belly button piercing
Great place and wonderful workers. Got my nose pierced went well. Little annoyed because we went back to get my ear done and there was an hour wait not a big deal understandable :) but we where waiting and we where up to go and someone went instead and the piercer said nothing which I get you’re confused but maybe keep track? Overall nice staff and cute shop.Update the piercing I got according to a couple other piercers was in the wrong place this caused an infection.

Went to Dimension’s tonight and saw Bridgett. She and Dan are the only ones who I let do my piercings. They have done a total of 7 and I’m sure there will be more. They really take the time to make sure the piercing is perfect which I appreciate.
Year after year this place is consistently awesome. They know what they are doing and have excellent jewelry to choose from. It’s rare to find a legit place on the boardwalk but this is definitely a winner!

They did my nipple piercings while I was on vacation with my boyfriend and his family. Super friendly and cool staff!! They anodized the titanium for me and everything (I got blurple, because I thought it would match my hair and indeed it does! Of course, they have a wide selection of colors to choose from.). Very nice couple owns the place, with an adorable baby boy if you ever get to see him! Super cool aesthetic to the place as well! Will definitely be following up next year to get my jewelry changed if I have any new.
I went to OC for senior week in 2015 and finally got my lip pierced there. Clean, swift, painless, professional! It’s been almost 5 years and I’m still glad I got it done here. Gonna come back from Indiana this summer to get my septum done!
Had such a great experience at Dimensions. We went in for just a simple ear piercing for my daughter so I didn’t know what to expect since it was our first time there. (Have usually gone to one of those kiosks in a mall type places.) But from the time we walked in to the time we left, we were treated with great customer service. Bridgette and Dan were so nice and genuine. The place was bright and clean, they answered all of our questions and never I never felt rushed. I will highly recommend Dimensions to everyone!!! This is by far the only piercing place on the boardwalk that you can trust. All the other places look extremely shady. Dimensions is clean and professional. The staff super friendly and very patient. I have a hard time making decisions and can be super indecisive, but finally chose a fire opal for my naval piercing. I was never rushed and they were super patient with me. Bridgette was amazing! She really took her time and checked and double checked before piercing me. Especially being 8 months pregnant, I give her all the credit and really appreciate the time and dedication she took to do my piercing. She even had me sit and wait to make sure I was okay and so she could clean it. Super professional and just very awesome. I have very little pain and even within a little over 24 hours, it’s healing nicely. Will definitely be back! Thank you!!!
Staff was nice, and even chatted with me to keep my mind off the nipple pain (Lmao). 100 percent would go back for another piercing, was even told theyd charge me nothing if a downsize in jewelry would be needed.
Me and my group of friends went to get piercings and the guy that did them was extremely rude and had an attitude and when he pierced me I told him I needed a second because I felt very dizzy and he didn’t wait and did the other piercing anyway because he “had too many people waiting” I did end up passing out and I don’t think I would’ve passed out if he would’ve given me a few seconds to just chill. The reason I’m giving three stars is because the girls at the front desk were very nice and the guy that did the piercing was clean and he knew what he was doing, if he wasn’t rude they would’ve gotten all five stars.
I went here a couple weeks ago to have my dermal changed. Family owned, very nice couple. He offered to special order me a new dermal Stone if I would like one which I will be doing. Glad I found them! My experience was very good. Highly recommend.

Dimensions is the cleanest and most professional piercing shop in Ocean City. The staff is extremely attentive and super knowledgeable!! Dont be afraid to ask them questions or talk to them about any piercing youre considering--they are there to help. They all provide such a great experience while getting or even just considering a piercing!The owner/piercer Dan is great. Hes friendly, quick, precise and really cares about quality. He and the staff all stress the importance of quality jewelry and aftercare which really is so important!The pin up/skater vibe of the shop is unique. If you arent getting a piercing, you should still stop in! They have a HUGE jewelry selection including pretty much anything you can think of, and its all really nice stuff. The first floor of the studio has really cute clothes and accessories for girls and guys, skate stuff, and sometimes they have local artists pieces for sale which is always a nice touch. Plus, the staff are all super friendly and fun!
This is the best place ever to get pierced! I stumbled in during my Senior Week in 2005 and have only ever come back here for my other piercings. The staff is low key and chill, but also super informative and helpful. The entire place is clean and their tools are completely trustworthy. Ive never had any issues with any of my piercings. They heal quickly and nicely. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking to get pierced. Also! Ask for Dan! Hes phenomenal! Super fast, super low (if any!) pain, and he knows how to make it look good! :)
I was a walk in. On a vacation high, I decided to get my nose pierced. Bridget, my piercer and a mom to be, was amazingly kind and patient. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about getting my piercing. She talked me into it without pressuring me and efficiently gave me all the care instructions. She talked me through it and was very informative in the piercing process. She was honest with me and I liked the genuinity. She let my mom and sister come in my room with me when she was piercing me. She went above and beyond by cleaning it a few times even after she had pierced it just to ensure cleanliness. We loved her so much she ended up piercing my mom as well! 10/10 would recommend this place the pricing is standard and the jewelry is 100% safe especially for sensitive skin!
The staff is very knowledgeable about piercings. I suffer from migraines and they knew what piercing would help with them. Walk in with no appointment at all and they were able to take me back
Yesterday, I went to go get my piercing done. The only shop I found that provided the type of piercing I wanted. I’ve stayed in contact with them since March. As if I had any concerns Bridgette was there to answer them. When I came in the shop Bridgette was friendly and was eager to put me at ease as I signed the paperwork. She showed me the the selection of jewelry for the type of piercing I wanted. But nothing was definite as each woman’s body is different. Once I did my paperwork, I meet Dan. He was a gentleman the whole time. He discussed the piercing with me and my friend before we even proceeded. He said that he does 1 out 5 because everyone is different and not suitable for that type of piercing. He showed me respect as we got ready for it. We all joked the whole entire time. He didn’t have the titanium ring that he wanted to use, so we went with surgical steel instead. But he insured me that when it came time to me for me to get another MRI, I could come back and he would switch it out to the titanium ring. Overall the piercing only took a few seconds. I thought it was going to be painful but it didn’t hurt as much as my cartilage piercing. The shop was very clean and the staff was friendly and respectful to their clients. I enjoy my new piercing. Thank you Dan and Bridgette for being the only shop the provides this service and answering all questions I have had since I first contacted you! The only shop I would continue to go to for future piercings. Thank you again!!!
This place is awesome! Ive had 3 piercings in the same ear. Dan is a true artist! Off season the hours are flexible which is great. I come from Washington DC to have my piercings done here. Wouldnt set foot in any other establishment. Thank you Dan & Bridgette!
Got my daith pierced over the summer. Fantastic atmosphere and staff who were very respectful and kind. My daith was virtually painless, healed perfectly, and had no problems what so ever. Planning on taking another trip here (as i live out of town) solely for another great piercing experience.
Went in for a conch piercing and was attended fairly quickly. Not many options for my piercing but was fine with it. Paid 55 for a jeweled stud. The piercer pierced me without asking me if the location was ok, luckily I did like the spot, thats the reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5. Didnt expect me to tip and got surprised when I asked if I could tip by card. Also gave me a $5 off next piercing with no deadline to use it. Would recommend to others. Lovely cool chill spot. Will definitely go back! c:

I got my tragus pierced here on vacation and the women at the front desk was very nice and Bridgette was super sweet and friendly . I went in there to just check out jewelry to change out my helix and the price for the piece I wanted was really good. Then bridgette had put it in for me and she was extremely nice and helpful. I plan on visiting again when Im back visiting here.
Had an absolutely amazing experience!! My friends and I were on our senior trip and spontaneously decided to get our daith’s pierced (mine was for migraines). We called the shop and they were able to get us in right away. The employees were super nice and easy to talk to. The area where Dan pierced our ears was clean and sterilized. He did an amazing job and made us all feel comfortable and we all love our new piercings. My piercing bled a little more than I expected so I went back to the shop and Bridgett took me in right away, cleaned it and told me it was normal and would stop soon. It has now stopped and looks amazing ! I couldn’t be happier with my experience there!

I have been wanting to get a nose piercing for 16 years but, for various reasons, have not gone through with it. Several years ago, while visiting OCMD, i was told that Dimensions was THE only place to go for piercings. I came very close to getting it done then, but overthinking and fear stopped me. Now, although I’ve been “ready” for a while, I would not have considered getting it done anywhere else. Last night was the right time, Dimensions was the right place and Dan was the perfect piercer! He not only patiently answered my questions (and reassured me that I hadn’t waited too long and really wasn’t wasn’t too old LOL). The establishment was clean, the staff was friendly and highly professional and the piercing itself was painless.

This is the only place in Ocean Maryland you should go to get pierced, it is the cleanest and only shop with a professional well knowledgeable piercer and polite staff and you won’t be getting you body modifications next to a drunk guy buying a im with stupid t-shirt. Got my vertical nipple done today and was taken care of by the politest staff as well as a staff that cares to check on you to make sure your safe and feeling ok to walk back on the boardwalk. They sold me my first skateboard when I was 13 and all these years later at 29 they still impress.

The original body piercing studio in Ocean City. They also offer unique boutique clothes and gifts. The interior is super cool with its leopard print staircase and an antique jukebox. The piercing service is pro and everything is clean and sterile. This is the place if you want to get pierced in OC!
Went in on 7/13 to get an industrial piercing. Everyone was amazing, super nice and even though I was nervous, they made me feel reassured. The lady downstairs at the front (I forget her name) was very friendly and even gave me a discount which was awesome! When it came to the actual piercing, bridgette was hands down the best piercer Ive ever worked with ( I have 12 other piercings so Im pretty seasoned) and talked me through everything she was doing. Her tone and demeanor was very calming and she was an overall pleasure to work with. If I didnt live over 3 hours away I would absolutely be a regular !

My sister in law and I got our belly buttons pierced there last August (2016) and just went back again this week for her to get her nose pierced. Bridgette was at the front counter both times and is just an absolute sweet heart. She’s so knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel comfortable asking any questions we had about all types of piercing. She wasn’t pushy or trying to sell us on everything and when my sister in law told her she already had H2Ocean spray back home but wouldn’t have access to it for a few days she encouraged her to just get some saline spray to hold her over until she got home from the beach. Dan (the owner, and piercer) is so professional and his work space is very clean and tidy. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. It is not just a place for senior weekers and drunks to stumble in and make rash decions about holes they want in their body. Will definitely be visiting for any future piercings!

I had three piercings done here this week and all three times were an absolutely AMAZING experience. I got my vertical labret, bridge & medusa done. It’s a super chill environment & everyone i talked to there was friendly. Everything is sterile and Dan knows what he’s doing. Got my daith pierced here 2 yrs ago. 2 weeks later I was completely off my meds. I havent had a single migraine since! The night I got it done my sinuses drained and when I get a sinus headache its not a bad one. They are so friendly, and they just helped me custom order a new daith ring!!

This place is absolutely amazing!! The only place I will ever go around here for a piercing!! Clean, care for their customers, and extremely professional only starts to explain them! Dan and Bridget are the best peircing staff and every part of my experience was up to code. They also use REAL NEEDLE peircing, not the guns, which is safer and less damaging. They were extremely informative and I walked away feeling amazing about my experience. I had a previously bad experience at a totally different place and I’m glad I came aross Dimensions. This is a recommendation from locals and now from me as a tourist. Please go here before anywhere else, even to check it out.
Not a place to go to if you want to find quality. Quality in merchandise or employees of dimensions. The merchandise wasnt what the employees of dimensions said it was, they gave me a guarantee it was what I was looking for, which wasnt true. On top of that, it was very poor quality, even for the price I was paying. Dont waste your money here.
Great store and friendly people. Love their Fashions would highly recommend to everybody.
