This was the worse customer service, I have ever seen. This young dude with long brunette hair, tried to keep a bracelet to bought to them to have cleaned. He lied about the jeweler picking it up and not answering the phone. He sent us on a goose chase to Kim Jewelry and it wasnt there. So we returned to the pawn shop and behold he found the bracelet. Be careful when shopping here or leaving your jewelry to be fixed.

Customer service is always amazing. Best deal on firearms, whether its buying, ordering or transferring. Cant beat it.

First time pawner here and the owner Adam was the person that helped me today and he was amazing his customer service was phenomenal and he help me understand the process and walked me through prices and showed me everything so I did not feel cheeted at all .I would highly recommend Adam and1 stop pawn for any of youre wants or dont wants .
