The deals and products here are so good that I feel like I never want to leave. It’s the Hogwarts to my Harry Potter. It’s home, but I’m not aloud to stay there.

Not as much in the line if holiday items as in previous years. I guess this is because of COVID.

I am not into Art though my son is. The first time we went there he got a Shoeman Stick toy from a girls presentation in the store. We went today for the second time. He got me to buy few items. My son says it is his favorite store. I am little light on the bank account every time I am out of this store.

Ava was super helpful and so nice! The store was clean and organized and always has what I need in stock!

Lots of great things to create and complete projects. At times difficult to find an associate to assist - get locked items or help find a product.

The store is clean and well stocked. The employees are ok but they usually cant find items that are showing as available on the website. The wait to pay is long every time I go in. My pick up in store never gets fulfilled completely because their inventory is always wrong.

Store was clean and well stocked. I was looking for a frame to put up a piece of art and the staff were very helpful. I was able to use a coupon that was on my phone so that was a bonus. Staff were doing a good job sticking to covid standards and made my visit feel safe and welcoming.

Update: 7/23/21This visit really does feel they are improving! We came in for a whiteboard. They had it in stock. Luckily we had a coupon! Since Hobby Lobby no longer does it. Michaels captured our business. No line. Deja who was our cashier was super friendly! Waited for us to find the coupon. Please give her praise, because of her. I redact my initial review. This store not only gain our business but capture 5 star. Please give Deja kudos! Thank you for making our experience a whole lot better. Just by being nice and polite :)Despite the store being messy. The staff makes up for the pleasant visit.

Products everywhere. Employees standing ar ok and talking to each other not helping customers at all. No one greeted me or offered to help me find what I needed. Ended up walking around for 8 or 9 min before locating what I needed and then realized what i came for was of course out of stock (not their fault)Ended up leaving with nothing and in the total 20 min I was there (was looking for something to substitute what I wanted) not one.person said anything at all to me and there was a total of maybe 5 other customers in store.

I was able to find everything I needed and then some. The employees were very helpful. Overall my experience was a positive and fun time. Thank you guys at Michaels!

The worse Michaels Ive ever been in! Poor signage. Limited stock. Limited customer service. I was looking for a cross stitch, and I came home empty-handed.

Went to Michaels since their site guarantees in store price matching on any identical, in stock item from any brick-or-mortar retailer, or any online retailers listed. I tried to price match from GameStop and Best Buy of the exact same item and the cashier said they do not price match those stores. She was very argumentative. Each cashier I have received a different experience. Some did the price match, some said they don’t. I asked for the manager and he said they only price match competitors like joann’s or hobby lobby. I asked to see it in writing upon showing what they had on their website, he continued to moan and with his disgusted behavior towards a customer. This was an unpleasant experience. He couldn’t provide the thing he said in writing, made me wait for him after arguing me. I have nothing against Michael except it’s untrained employees in this location.

Good selection of holiday items, and theyre doing their best with the Covid-19 conditions with good spacing for lines and a clean and dirty cart section. Only downside is Michaels pricing is a bit silly compared to other craft stores such as Hobby Lobby, where you can find pricing HALF the price of Michaels. Overall fun to browse and maybe youll find something you like, just check the pricing compared to other stores.

It was ok. I was hoping to find the diamond dot kits but all they had were the paint by number kits.

We were surprised to encounter such a rude and unhelpful woman in the framing department today. We were planning to get something framed, but she was so rude that we had to walk out. I’ve only had good experiences at other Michael’s stores.

Selection always seems a little bit picked over, and the quality of customer service varies wildly from visit to visit. For example, one visit I had an awesome experience with a great employee who was passionate about knitting and yarn, and during another I was thrown out of the store while I was in the middle of washing my hands in the ladies room! I asked the manager what I did wrong I was told that they didnt have to tell me and I should already know what I did! This was literally 5 minutes after I walked in the door.

Staff is very friendly and very polite. Woman started yelling about not wanting to wear a mask and the staff handled it professionally!

Line was not too long. Got everything I needed

Store needs cleaning and definitely more help. I selected my items and walked up to the checkout counter to find 15 people waiting in line with only one person at the register. I put my items down and left! Never again!

Love the supply and employee quality. Only downside is theres a lot of empty stock space which makes it seem rundown sometimes.

Awsome they had exactlly what i was looking for. the bad part was that when i asked an employee for a price she said her gun wasnt working and the i had to wait for the cashier because she was in lala land doing god knows what. the shopping part on mh part was good though.

My first time back since things. I would have left in tears, because everything is so different now. But my cashier was so patient and kind. She redeemed the entire experience. Kudos to Michaels for hiring compassionate staff

People are always helpful, they keep majority of everything stocked up and they do a good job at keeping it all well organized.

Always has what Im looking for. UPDATE! Untill today! Bought polyester resin for the first time in my life but when I read the container it said it required catalyst. A few days later I went back to buy catalyst; they didnt have any. So, today I had to go to Hobby Lobby and buy the same brand of polyester resin and they had the catalyst attached to the container! WTF Michaels!

This past Saturday, a customer without a mask with her child were let into the store bc of “medical condition” ok that’s fine however, when you have to disturb ME by asking me to move over 6ft to accommodate that customer IS A PROBLEM! I was at the custom framing register when I was asked to move over which I STRONGLY declined! Even after the incident the employee didn’t disinfect the register used by that customer not wearing a mask. Now that’s a BIGGER RISK TO ME AND OTHER PPL complying with the mask mandate order. I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated at Michaels to accommodate someone else. I’m a paying customer too!!! That was my VERY LAST purchase there. I will take my business else where, where I’m treated better.

The store was very crowded, much more so than I thought was appropriate as social distancing could not be maintained. I would have given a 5—star rating otherwise.

I recommend getting enrolled on the email subscription if you buy several things or few expensive items. Theyve gotten so much better about accepting the coupons and the ones i get most often are 20 or 30 percent off full price items but they still come in handy for something i was prepared to pay full price for. My sister mentioned she had a hard time with a return once with scrutiny but it may not be often since its never happened to me. Its also very reliable with having regular things in stock despite changes in demand. I also would def check out the clearance sections. Some of the seasonal items are so much fun that i use them for home decor and so much more. My sister is the artist of the family and i usually just accompany her but i definitely think theres something for everyone. Not 5 star because some things are overpriced in my opinion.

I used to work at a Michaels. I realize what a pain in the rumpus it is to stock. They do pretty good at this store. Prices are Michaels prices. Hit or miss. Not disappointed at all though with this location. Cashier was nice. Thoughtful. Store is clean. Smells like the 3rd layer of hell during xmas just like I remember from my shifts. But my girl likes the smell.

I was in there yesterday and the old lady that cashed me out was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She was at the first register farthest away from the entrance. Please change the people you choose to schedule on the register. That ladies attitude was disgusting.

Nice Michael’s with good sales and the staff are very kind, the lady who checked us out was very talkative in a good way and the other staff were very helpful in showing us where things were. Other than that it has the usual Michael’s amenities and selections available. All sorts of craft supplies and holiday items.

Its typical Michaels..feels like items of the same nature are ALL around the store. So can feel like doing circles...would love if they implemented a 40% off coupon for one item like similar stores. Maybe they do and I just cant find it...

Not open, very disappointed because we are trying to make masks for everyone! Stood in line at Joanns for 1 and a half hours, twice and they STILL did not have elastic that I needed. Tried Michaels and was told they were only doing online only and pick up. Very frustrating! Probably wont be back.

Area is a very good location kind of busy and congested. It also does not have the initial quality and choices they once used to have at Michaels. Great for most craft projects but small one tou can find better price options.

Michaels has such a great selection of art supplies! Everything from paints and oil pastels to glitter stickers anything that you can think of! I always enjoy my visit here because I get so many ideas on projects

I had some returns to do. You go through the regular purchase line. The clerk was friendly and efficient. One of the returns was on a separate receipt and was only a few $ so I was given cash back rather than a credit to my card. Thats good in my book!

Keeping their customers happy is certainly not a policy. I’ve been a retail Store Manager so I know that nothing is black and white in regards to customer service. The manager in charge (I believe Erin?) was definitely more in a rush to get back to whatever she was called by the sales associate from doing than to ensure customer satisfaction. Rule of thumb: If you can’t give the customer what they want, at least offer a beneficial solution or compromise. I am extremely disappointed and will never be back to this location

Its always a great experience going to this store. There is always something on sale, and everyone is always nice and friendly. The clearance selection is not always as big as other stores, but its probably because its the store that most people frequent in the area so the good stuff goes fast.

My 6 year old who loves crafting found everything in this store! He kept saying the whole time that he was in heaven! What a great place to find tons of crafty cool books, building materials and lots of fun creative stuff... so much fun!
