Brought my Subaru in for a small quarter panel repair. What I expected to take no longer than a few weeks at max a month took 2+ months. Detail product all inbetween crevices of the repaired area, body panel dust scattered all through the interior of my car as well as the exterior, plastic trim was not taped off when they detailed and you can see the areas that product had contacted it. Should have been properly taped off prior to detailing. Rear interior seats not reinstalled properly causing a bunch of rattling and knocking noises in the rear end. Steering wheel is now peeling from multiple sides. Avoid this shop at all costs. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Their work is incredible. Top quality! They installed several body enhancement pieces onto my Corvette quickly and very reasonably priced!

This is by far the best body shop in Long Island. The paint quality is just unreal. I play the game with my friend of what panel was repainted and no one can tell. I am a car guy.. you cant foul me. These people are professionals to the extreme. TJ and Tom are people you can trust. If you get into an accident, just go there, they take care of all the BS and paperwork. Not to mention they detailed my wife car and left it like brand new!

We love this place! My 19 year old daughter had a fender bender and I took her around to get estimates and Tommy was the first guy we saw.He spoke directly to her. First he congratulated her on the purchase of her first car and then explained how he would go about the repairs. TC cut a piece of the bumper out so they could match the color while she still had use of her car. No rental involved that way. About a week and a half later he called her and said everything was ready and he just needed the car for a few hours to install the bumper. She dropped it at the shop after hours and picked it up the next afternoon.I took before and after pictures so you can see how well the paint came out.I have used him for repairs before and I highly recommend Island Auto Body. They are very reasonably priced and Tommy and TC are really down-to-earth people who care about you!

If I could give zero stars I would. They took forever to fix my car and were very obnoxious about it, especially the owner. Would never go back

Sent my car for a fix because they work with my insurance company. After I got back my car, I found out they drove 670 MILES during the time the car was being fixed at their shop. (When i sent my car, it was 8700 miles driven and when i got it back, it is now 9370 miles!!!!!) They said they will investigate but NEVER get back to me. The car was very dirty full of trash when it was returned to me. I was told initially the fix would be 2 weeks but it took them a month. THEY DROVE MY NEW CAR FOR TRIPS while they are supposed to be fixing it!!!!

I recently brought my Acura into Tommy for collision work to be done. I couldn’t be happier. My car looks amazing you’d never know it was hit. It was beautifully cleaned and smelled like a new car when I picked it up. I hope I never need their services again but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
