Andrew went above and beyond to make sure my tire was fixed properly. I went in to have a screw removed from a new Falken tire. After they patched it and I got home (I live close by) my tire went flat again. Apparently there was something else wrong with it, deeper cut we couldn’t see at first. Andrew literally drove to my place to pick it up and take it back to the shop and fix it. I was honestly blown away. Guy deserves a raise! Incredible service. I’ve only had great experiences here.

I would suggest Discount Tire. This location provided excellent customer service, the best price for my tire, and easy process.I would have left 5 stars, but they put the tire on inside out, and quickly corrected the issue before I left the location.This issue added an extra 20 minutes, but it’s not like they did this on purpose and the employee caught the issue before I left.Overall, I have no complaints and would definitely suggest this location.

If I could have rated 0 stars I would have, but one cant post with no stars checked.Their name discount tire is a total farce.For 2 continental tires for my Nissan Versa, they quoted almost $400.00After I refused that ridiculous offer they then offered 2 lower quality tires for a total cost of $217.00 which included a few ridiculous added fees.After I got my car back I noticed that my car was out of alignment (steering wheel was not centered when going straight, previous to their service it was fine.Calling yourself discount tire is a farce and a joke on their customers. This place was great. Shout out to Rafael for promising a great rate and sticking to his word. My specific tires were ordered, but unfortunately they were being shipped from AZ. I was elated that they were ordered and installed within 3 days from the time I ordered. The shops location is awesome. Theres plenty of things to do to kill time while you wait. Restaurants, numerous stores and shops and even a mall, all within walking distance.Theres lots of parking, handicap near the door with easy entrance as well. They have free bottled water for their customers, and a restroom within. A good assortment of tires and wheels, and a dedicated spot for customers who need a quick shot of air.I was really happy with my experience here. I wish I couldve kept my original appt, but still got out of there in a decent amount of time. The wait was a little longer than I wanted to stay, but Discount Tire, youve earned yourself a repeat customer.

Andrew took care of me!! I spent almost 4 hours at Costco the day before. Costco said my tire could not be fixed and that I would have to buy 2 tires since they couldnt get my exact rating of tire. They suggested I go to Discount Tires. I did the next day. They were busy but Andrew got to my car right away. Fixed it for no charge even though he had already ordered me a tire earlier that day after our phone call. Honest, helpful and friendly! Im a customer for life.

This was the closest tire place to us and Andrew really was so helpful, he immediately found the problem and got us on our way within 30 min, couldn’t believe it! And we still made it to sea world with 7 hours left to enjoy the park! I make that drive a lot so now I know if I’m ever in a situation I have a place to go!

You need tire repair? This is the spot! I went here for the first time today and the manager, Rafael, could not have been more pleasant throughout the whole experience. I waited only a short while, which was surprising because it is very clear how busy this place is. Louis answered the phone promptly and with courtesy and to top it all off the repair of my tire was free! I’m not sure exactly why, but it did make me feel very well taken care of at Discount Tire. It’s like having a neighborhood friend who can take care of my flats when they happen. Excellent service. I went in to have a tire fixed due to picking up a nail in my tire then purchased 4 new All-Weather tires (as I will be moving out of California in January 2021) and by using my AAA Auto Insurance card (requested by the store salesman) I received an additional discount. This turned out to be a great trip. The salesman Mr. Adrian Valle was very helpful and very informative about the different types of tires I would need to drive in the snow/sleet/rain in Idaho. Highly recommend.

They were so wonderful here. I went in for a flat tire and they went above and beyond my expectations helping fix it. I’m always nervous as someone who doesn’t really know much about cars going in to places like this, so I was so appreciative that they took their time and explained things and were so helpful!

These guys are awesome. I bought some wheels and tires from them...but then had major issues with wobbling when driving on the freeway. They balanced the tires a couple more times for me, but I was still having issues at speeds above 65. So, they ended up ordering me a different set of wheels and tires, which solved the problem. The truck rides perfect and looks great. Thanks to Joe and Patrick for all their help.

Popped my tires and needed some new ones. Wanted to get my original but they only had 2 so the guy helped me out and gave me the same price for the next level up. Great tires with a rebate and good warranty. Got all 4, which they try to sell you 4 but I needed 4, so it was a good deal. Took about 1 and a half hours to get it done. In and out, fast friendly service!

Absolutely AMAZING SERVICE from Junior and the team at Discount Tire!! I am so happy right now!! Went in for the free tire rotation service (one of the main reasons Ive been a loyal customer for years). Then they truly went above and beyond. I had a bad stain on my wheel well and rim, wondering how was I going to ever get this stain off? Well within minutes, Junior put in the elbow grease and magic cleaner to get the stain completely out. Then, they hooked me up with a special pair of wheel locks because mine got stripped. To top it all off they shined my tires, even my spare and I drove away sparkling!!With all the stress from life right now, I feel like a huge weight has been lifted now that Im safely back on the road. Thank you Junior and Discount Tire for taking care of my truck. Your genuine customer care really lifted my spirits!! :-D

The staff at this location are always friendly, honest, and helpful. I came in after being told I had to get my tires replaced, and their staff was honest and let me know I wouldnt need to swap them out for at least another 2 years! Was told it would take 1 hour to change 4 tires and they were done in 40 min. Evans down the street told me 1.5 hours and they didn’t even touch my car in that time. Great service people at Discount. Evan’s on the other hand has issues.

Discount Tire is a great company, and this store is an wonderful example. Came in for a free air check, they noticed a nail in my tire. They had it fixed for free in under 45 minutes from arriving for the unannounced air check. One of the techs even brought me out a bottle of water while I was waiting. Great guys wonderful store. Would always recommend.

My experience here was amazing. I had an appointment and as you might already know. If you purchase your tires through them they rotate and balance them for free!Well I was told it would take about an hour which is normal. But to my surprise I was in and out within about 35 minutes. It was great! They were very curtious and the place was very clean. Even their restroom.Would highly recommend this location.

Long story short....my tire pressure light lite on 2 weeks ago ...I filled it with air at a local gas station and then the light came back on days later....stopped by discount tire and Cortez helped me out . Checked my air for free and said that gas station air pressure gauges dont work...turns out my 2 right tires were over filled by 20 and the left 2 tires were under filled by 13 or so....stop by and see Cortez at Discount Tire he will happily help you out. By the way they have a spot where you just drive up and park as they check your air here.

I got new tires put on a week or so ago. Driving across country back home to Ohio. While on the road the tire blew off because they didn’t tighten the lug nuts enough.

They have always been so helpful and courteous. My only complaint is the parking lot and wait time. But its due to their popular service and not because of anything they are doing wrong.

Horrible service. I came in with a tire I was pretty sure could be repaired and was ready to buy two new tires. They werent in stock. They tried to upsell me and I asked them to order the tires I bought last time instead. The guy was great, no problems, and I paid for them when I ordered them. They said the tires should be in by Wednesday. On SATURDAY I called to follow up. The tires came in and no one called me. They were booked for the day, so I made an appointment for noon today. I pulled in and there was no place to park, so I blocked some people in, figuring they would take the keys right away and pull it into the bay or park it in the back, because thats what an appointment is: A TIME RESERVED FOR ME. After waiting in line for TWENTY MINUTES just to speak to someone, a guy approached me to try and make me move my car. So I explained that I had an appointment, handed him the keys and turned my attention to keeping my kid occupied in public during a pandemic while they put the tires on. Then someone called me to LECTURE ME about leaving the car in the middle of the lot. It took SEVENTY FIVE MINUTES and they never called me to say it was done, I had to ask for my keys. They wedged it in between two cars so I could hardly get out. If you want to pay some jerks $205 of your precious money to be treated like theyre doing you a huge favor, go right ahead. Not a single apology, either. They acted like I owed them an apology for doing business there. Never again.

These guys re-defined customer service. They werent able to mount my rare tires, so they took them (on their own dime) somewhere that could, and finished the job. I will definitely be back for all of my vehicles, they were super friendly and professional. I highly recommend coming here.

They were slammed but still got me in and out in an hour for extensive tire service that included dismounting tires from rims and road force balancing. Poor service, had a confirmed 1pm appointment was told car would be ready at 2:20pm. The service advisor then left for the day. He failed to enter our 1pm appointment in the computer & didnt tell anyone either. Cars coming in were worked on before our car. I complained to the manager, he was rude to me. They started working on our car at 2:30pm. None of the staff apologized, I had to ask the Manager if he was sorry. Dont go to that location.

As a European getting a tyre fixed for free is unheard-of. So very happy with the value!!It took time to get seen, but I went around midday and they fixed the wheel up super quick.

The mechanic I go to Nikos Auto Repair highly recommend to go to Discount Tire on El Camino Real, we replaced four tires today, the CSR/Sales that I dealt with Shawn very courteous, explained in great details about the different types of tires, the service was quick, with reasonably price on each of the tires, the warrant, & the labour.

We are regular customers, who always shop from discount tires for years. Today we were literally waiting well over an hour and they havent even took our car in. If they had been more thoughtful enough to inform us about the appointments they had scheduled then we would have easily rescheduled service on our tires for a more convenient day rather than wasting all our morning waiting in the lounge.All Im saying is that a little notice wouldve been appreciated.

I was here recently to get my tires rotated. I made an appointment easily on their website. I arrived a few minutes early. They had customers in line but made sure to acknowledge me. They said 45 minutes to 60 minutes and my car would be ready. An accident occurred at the main intersection of El Camino and Vista Way. Staff called for emergency assistance out to the accident. My car was completed in the estimated time I was given. Always happy to come to this location. I always come here to check my tire pressure. And they fill them with air if needed. Which I appreciate that they provide this as a free service!

I called in on Wednesday to get a set of tires and was able to get set up quickly by Daniel. I got my appointment for Saturday, came in was helped by Ernesto and service was great. Everyone was polite and very attentive. Ernesto explained everything that I purchased and explain the maintenance plan and warranty. My truck was immediately serviced, and yes they were super busy that day. Overall even with being that busy they took care of my truck in a timely fashion.

I have purchased Discount Tire tires twice previously and now a third time. Each purchase was a superlative experience.From no charge flat repairs for their tires and even one on an OEM tire, a single temp tire to get me on the road while waiting for an entire new set to arrive the following morning, and two new low cost replacements on an 18 Elantra Eco and now a first set on a 20 Prius Prime, I would not consider tire replacements from anywhere else.I have had to use both Big O and Just Tires for repairs on the road and they do not have a prayer to compete with Discount Tire on service, cost, and customer satisfaction.Thank you Discount Tire for all you do and continue to do for customers.Wayne Gerdes

This place is awesome! To be a chain tire company I was surprised by their excellent customer service. You dont just feel like a number. Shaun did a great job taking care of us. Took the time to explain everything to me and gave us options. Gave us a really great deal on new rims and tires and was patient the entire time. I couldnt be happier. My car looks so great and it only took an hour. Highly recommend!

Five Star Experience!I wish I remembered the name of the guy that helped me at the counter.When I walked in he greeted me and walked with me to my car to assess.He informed me that they would be able repair my tire with no charge.Yay! He gave me an estimated time of completion around 45 minutes. Perfect since I was on my lunch break I went next door to eat.Came back around 45 minutes and they were almost done. Waited another 15 minutes and all was good.Discount Tire has won me over as a customer. Come by if you need to check the air in your tires or to purchase new ones.

Super fast and efficient service!

Stopped by with a nail in my tire. The guy came out with a tool to remove it and was very thorough in checking for leaks with some soap/water spray. Thankfully I didnt need a new tire or even a plug because the nail was just in a groove that it didnt puncture the tire and no leaks! But I was thoroughly impressed in the time he took to check and send me on my way. There was no repair so there was no charge. Wish I had gotten his name to let his boss know that it was the best experience Ive ever had at a tire store. Hopefully they can track down who helped the mom with the gold Volvo around 5pm today and tell him how thankful I am!

I only come to Discount Tire. Always great service and prices. Get a flat and its only $8. An employee backed a truck into my car last November. The manager, Nathan, stayed very professional and courteous and didnt deny the employee was at fault. The company made good on the damage to my car without driving up my insurance. They deserve my continued business. I have been to several locations over 15 years and have never been disappointed.

Rafi the Manager, actually doing the work himself, went totally out of his way to take care of my problem. It’s not the first time that Discount Tire has far exceeded my expectations. We’ve been customers for many many years and will continue as long as we own an automobile.
