Although they have a misleading company name, I thought their service was great and had a positive experience overall. They mostly sell mini coopers which made me feel confident in their ability to tell me truthfully about the vehicles I was perusing. I did have a problem with the Mini I purchased from them and they quickly addressed the issue without charge.I would recommend this store to anyone interested in Minis.

I purchased a mini from here they told me if I had any problems I had to take it there no were else so when the car started having issues I did but they kept telling me I was wrong nothing was wrong with it it was just old oil that was causing the car to smoke up and washing the motor over and over again and when I finally went somewhere else they told me the car had 5 leaks and it needs a whole new motor that’s going to cost as much as I paid for the car. In general I felt cheated lied to and gas lit I wouldn’t recommend especially if your a single woman car shopping

My mom purchased a mini cooper from Mitch at Motorcycle Gallery a few weeks ago. Its our first experience with a mini, so far its doing great! Of course buying a used car you may see details that were overlooked that need fixing after you take it home.. Mitch was on it! We came back a few times for minor details and he gladly fixed them. I highly suggest his company due to exceptional customer service, great prices and high quality vehicles. Im coming back to get myself a new used car from his dealer :)The mechanics are very friendly as well and help answer any questions you may have.

I had a great experience with Motorcycle Gallery. The sales people showed me all the cars that I wanted to look at, answering all my questions. We drove the car, unassisted, and were able to test it. Mitch gave us a deal and took car of the taxes, registration and title for us. I love my new (used) car!

Mitch was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate his honesty and straight forward communication. Buying from across the country sight unseen carries a risk, however Mitch was very open and willing to do what ever I needed to put my mind at ease. Mitch followed through every step of the way to ensure the car was delivered on time and in the condition it was advertised. Would buy again. Thank you, Mitch!

I purchased a very nice looking 06 laser blue Mini Clubman S with about 65000 miles on it. On my way home from the dealership I lost compression in number three cylinder. The following day I towed it part way back to Oceanside unfortunately I had a distributor malfunction in my truck. Mitch did agree to come the rest of the way to pick up the car and he did give me a loaner. They took the car and rebuilt the head on it and got it back to me about two weeks later. It was raining when i picked the car up so I did not get to do as thorough of a check as I would have liked to and it was kind of dark. The following morning I checked the oil and found metal flake on the dip stick. I took the car to the auto hobby shop on base and dropped the oil and found an abundance of metal fragmentation in the bottom of the catch pan as well as about a quart worth of gasoline contamination. The reason I was confident that the engine will need a total tear down and rebuild very soon and I would never trust the car. I took it back to the dealership and returned the car the next day so I had the car in possession for about three days out of about a month of ownership. I explained the situation to Mitch and he reluctantly took the car back, said I wasnt being fair and that I should give it another chance I said no I dont need a round three to call a lemon a lemon. It cost me about 600 out of pocket to get out of the car deal since I didnt sign the return agreement. I am Not sure if he just thought I was strapped for cash or just plain lying, I dont really care. I got a newer lower mileage car from mini of San Diego which i should have done in the first place, it would of saved a month of stress and wasted time.Edit: the timing chain was replaced prior to purchase. The oil was not changed by your tech, I did. when I dropped the oil from the pan it had about a quarts worth of gasoline in the oil. When I dumped the oil it had 1/8 inch bearing debre in the bottom of the oil catch. I feel for who ever bought that car because its not if. its when that fragmentation will eat away at the cylinder walls and destroy the cams and everything else in its path. You sold me a lemon and had you just taken the car back my review would have been very different. As far as wanting out of the deal I actually liked the car but reliability and pending doom of the engine was not worth the cost. Either way this was my experience and I would simply not trust a car from your lot.

I love, love, love my Mini. Its the most fun to drive. The combination of German engineering and English whimsy makes for a wonderful car. The interior looks very German- so it makes sense that BMW is putting the Minis together. Also, the Mini gets great gas mileage. A little car with big muscle.I bought mine at Motorcycle Gallery from Mitch King. Hes very fair and low key.The next time I have some extra money Im getting another one. 😊😁🤗

When I first came from South Korea to San Diego, I was looking for a used car shop and happily found out Mitch shop and bought two cars for me and my wife.I was really surprised of his used car, I could feel the great pride of Mitchs car by looking at the maintenance and condition of car in his shop.I think I was really lucky to meet Mitch here. Best quality, best condition, reasonable price, best AS and the really nice and good Mitch. In the future, it will be hard to find a used car shop Similar to Mitch shop.

We just bought a car from Mitch, who was so great! My boyfriends 84 year old Dad took the train from Mission Viejo to Oceanside all by himself to check out the car. He put Mitch through the ringer, Im sure and then bought the car! He is super happy and said Mitch was a saint! Thank you so much Mitch for being so wonderful to our loved one. He is very happy with his purchase and with the way you took such great care of him. We highly recommend this place!

I normally dont take the time to write reviews, but I thought my experience yesterday required one. Motorcycle Gallery was more than helpful in providing me with the perfect car. The owner, Mitch, goes above and beyond for his customers. He was willing to stay after hours to let me check out the 05 Honda Accord that I was interested in. He didnt hide anything about the car and wasnt a pushy salesman. His interest was in making sure the car was the one I wanted and that it was the right fit for me. He gave me an excellent deal and was generous in the process. I would recommend this business to anyone facing the tough decision of buying a car. You will be sure to get a great car and a great deal. He also showed me some of the bikes he has for sale, and the detail he puts into them is something else. Excellent business.

BUYERS BEWARE. I bought a car there in December, and the car is already being junked after owning the car for just over one month. I payed 5k for the car and specifically asked if there were any issues I needed to know about. After about a few weeks I could tell there was a weird idling issue, but I had already started driving to work in another state. Fast forward to the engine seizing on me on the highway almost causing an accident, I am without a car and 5k in debt. The transmission and engine costs to fix are over 2k in costs. He seemed like a nice guy and I understand the car was used, but with only 76k on it when I bought the car, theres no reason for this to happen after just buying it. ( Considering I also took it to a car shop and got all the fluids checked and made sure no codes were popping up.) The warranty was only for 14 days and there is nothing I or him can do but please, do not buy from here. Due diligence on my vehicle was not performed and I was sold a CLUNKER. I repeat, BUYER BEWARE, CLUNKERS are sold here.

We live in Las Vegas. We were searching through carfax and we came across a 2006 BMW X3. He was in constant contact with us and was patient as well. My husband flew down to SD and was able to finalize and purchase the car with no hassle. We definitely recommend Mitch and his dealership. It was a pleasure in doing business with you!

I bought a 2000 Suzuki SV650 from here, and even though it was 10+ years old, with nearly 50,000 miles on it, the team here at Motorcycle Gallery did an impeccable job on it. It looked (and still does) brand new, mechanically it was great as well. Whenever I have buddies looking at bikes I always recommend this place. Staff is friendly, approachable, they do great work on their bikes as well, cannot stress it enough. Their prices are the best Ive seen here in So Cal as well, cant recommend these guys enough. Definitely coming back in the future for another bike.

July 2018, purchased a vehicle with full service history that supposedly had no issues. Received the car and immediately upon receipt discovered interior damage, and a mouse nest inside the engine bay. Stupidly, I did not make a big deal of this, and did not bring it up. But, upon driving the car, I noticed a clunk from the engine upon shutdown. Called the owner, and he denied knowing about the engine issue. I also noticed quite a bit of engine motion when revving and found out the motor mounts were shot. Received the service history for the car, and it was for a completely different vehicle, not my own. Called the owner about this, and he said that he does not have the service history.Fast forward to a couple of months later, the transmission control unit (mechatronic unit) fails. This is a common fault on these cars, and I had budgeted to repair. Had maybe 2,000 miles of smooth driving, and am again experiencing transmission issues, telling me there is an internal problem in the trans. My shop says that very likely it will require a full transmission replacement, at more than the cost of the car. The engine clunk from before? Failing flywheel. The owner seems to have been completely oblivious to these problems, but how you can miss shot motor mounts, an engine clunk, and a rodent nest during even a basic inspection is beyond me. I could give him the benefit of the doubt, in that he did not notice, and therefore did not purposely cover up the issues with the vehicle. But missing such obvious problems (and Im not including the less obvious transmission issue), would indicate a level of negligence and carelessness of someone who has no business selling vehicles. For reference, the car, a 2007 Audi A3 3.2, cost about $10k, not including shipping costs. I paid $3500 to replace the motor mounts and mechatronic unit. The estimate for the flywheel replacement, and a replacement of the transmission for a refurbished unit, is about $9000.

Took advantage of my family’s lack of knowledge on cars and sold us a defective car. Then when asking why they didn’t tell us or even bother to help us they cussed me out on the phone. I’m absolutely shocked at this behavior and I would never ever do business with them again. They’re absolutely criminals. I have come in contact with a few people seeking legal action against them for the same exact incident. It just hurts so much that these people steal money from working class people. Then have the audacity to handle a distressed customer with such a lack of empathy and absolutely unprofessional customer service. They treat you really well till you realize they screwed you over. Because of them I have lost thousands of dollars trying to repair a car they never warned us as being defective.

Worse motorcycle mechs out there. Gave my bike back with a quart low in oil. Broke the ignition light on my bike. Tried saying they werent going to fix it and that it was the kick stand. Threatened them to go to court. They fixed it within an hour. Just ended up being a fuse. Spent 700 there and they tried just ripping me off more and screwed up my bike. Would never recommend anyone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO STAY AWAY

Was searching for a car for a little while and finally found the one here. I liked the feel of this place more compared to the others as well. Like it wasnt just a job he was trained to do, Mitch actually enjoys motorcycles and cars. He made the process and paperwork easy, and after I bought it (i hadnt checked the AC upon purchase) I realized the AC didnt work and Mitch took care of it swiftly and sent me to his mechanic.

I bought a white 2006 Yamaha R1 from the motorcycle gallery. Everyone there all the way up to Mitch the owner are very knowledgeable about the bikes they sell. They also are very quick to fix any mechanical problems that may arise from a daily rider. I just had a problem this past week where my bike wasnt idling properly and would ultimately cut off after a few seconds. I called the guys there and they offered to pick my bike and I up the next day to check out the problem. I ended up getting it to run long enough to limp to their shop at around 6pm on fri (21st). Mike had my bike up and running like a beast the very next day around 12pm. Everything was 100% covered by their warranty. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to buy a motorcycle or needing an excellent mechanic to fix any problem you encounter. Thanks for everything you guys have done, I deeply appreciate it.
