Elizabeth was amazing, because of her I wouldn’t have gone through with replacing my windshield. She made sure I had every detail I needed and gave me a quick turnaround time to complete the job. I’m impressed by how efficient the entire team works, it’s incredible. I highly recommend Elizabeth and the team at First Call auto glass to anyone. I’ve used them 3 times now and it’s always quick and reliable.

Let me start out by stating the good things. The staff was all very friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. I would have given 2.5 stars but it was not an option.I am disappointed in the quality of the work that was performed. Here are some of the issues I experienced.-The gasket that fills the gap between the hood and engine compartment was not reinstalled. I found it under the hood (luckily before I drove off).-The drain hose was not reconnected under the hood.-The windshield itself is slightly off center.-There are a couple of small scratches in the paint near the top passenger corner of the windshield. I cannot think of any reason that they would have been there before the service.-The dash was absolutely filthy upon receiving the vehicle back. I would have expected it to get vacuumed. We had cleaned the dash a few days prior.-I was told that the pillar panels were not touched (clips were out) and then found that the trim at the top was not tucked back under the pillar. This leads me to believe otherwise.-There is a small amount of the Black adhesive on the windshield that I will need to get cleaned off.I am glad that they accepted my insurance but overall dissatisfied with the service itself.

I recently was driving on Highway 78 when a trucks tire launched a rock straight to my windshield. The windshield instantly cracked from the edge to nearly half way. I googled a repair shop near where I lived and found this one. It was my first windshield crack and didnt know what to expect in terms of pricing. When I called in, the representative was extremely helpful and quoted me a price for the replacement. The price was extremely reasonable. They even offered to send a crew to my place to have it repaired from the comfort of my home. When the crew arrived, They were extremely professional and had the entire windshield replaced within less than an hour. In addition, They went above and beyond to preserve my parking sticker and placed it on the new windshield. This stressful situation was completely flipped to a positive experience all thanks to the level of care and attention of this company and its employees. Thanks First Auto :)

I called first call auto glass on Tuesday because my car got broken into and front driver’s side window smashed in, they were able to get the mobile service to come out Wednesday morning around 9:30am and service was done super quick and well, they even vacuumed out the glass out of my car. Super great service and only charged around $240 when Safelite was going to charge $400 for the same service. Definitely recommend this company!

Best price and quality work combined. Ive serviced a few vehicles at this location and I will co tinue to with the services they offer. They are early to see on regular driving but Google maps drop you in front of the location. They are open 6 days a week and they have good hospitality while you are waiting.

Highly recommend. Betty was so helpful. She advised me and even called the insurance company with me and easily got my claim processed. Scott repaired my windshield, I had to get a whole new one cuz of the placement of the crack and the size. It took an hour and a half. I waited comfortably in their lounge area. I brought work to do, but they had a TV and lots of magazine and a comfy couch. This company is honest, straightforward, efficient and nice. Hopefully, I wont have anymore rocks flying at me, but if I do I would definitely go here again.

First call Auto Glass did an awesome job on our car. Called them about a broken windshield and they scheduled to come out the next business day, first thing in the morning. I googled windshield replacements in Oceanside and proceeded to call the top listings. I found 2 places that were cheaper than First Call Auto Glass, and when I spoke with Pat, the owner, he asked me what was important to me: time, money, or quality. He explained that they use the best (the detail was great and I cannot remember all he said) along with a lifetime warranty, he said that they dont cut corners, and seemed very friendly. At first I didnt like that this price was a little more expensive than the others, but I went online and reviewed and compared the companies. The cheaper places had review that when it rained peoples windshields leaked water, SCARY! Not with this place...all the reviews were very good! And I am pleased to now be able to write one. The service was great, the staff was so friendly, they were on time, and the windshield looks amazing. I would recommend to anyone! It is worth it!! Keep up the good work First Call Auto Glass!

Unfortunately, I was in a situation that I needed to use an auto glass repair shop for the 2nd time. But, FORTUNATELY, for me I knew exactly where to take my vehicle to. My vehicle was vandalized and all, ALL, windows were smashed! This was such a stressful situation to be in and First Call Auto Glass made this experience seamless once again. This shop really does deserve all the stars! It was super easy to get my vehicle towed there, they gave me a quote and completion date right away, they had parts in and my car was back to new in 2 days! I honestly thought this was going to be a 1-2week job. Betty is so awesome! She made sure everything with my insurance was dealt with. She is so nice and has the best personality. It was a pleasure to work with everyone here. I will refer you guys to everyone i know!

Pat, Betty and the rest of the team are always super friendly. I have had two windshields replaced here. They always provide great service and its done right the first time. Its almost heartbreaking when youre on the freeway and see or hear the rock hit your windshield! If you catch it early before the crack spreads they can most likely fix without replacing the entire windshield. Saving money$$$$. I really like that its family owned and operated. Pat and Betty are super nice people . If you ever need a new windshield I really recommend you give them a shot!!

Had my windshield replaced by them a few years ago. Ever since I have intermittent rattling noise and once had 2 or 3 gallons of rain water come through and completely soak the passenger side floor boards. I think the leak got fixed but noise persists after 3 attempts to correct. Nice people but either the products they use are inferior or they dont know what they are doing. I guess my next step is to have someone else replace. Just sad.

Overall the quality of work was excellent. I had my driver side window replaced on my 2010 Corolla. Once my car was in the service was completed in less than an hour. All the remaining glass was cleaned up nicely.My only complaint is that there was a mix up with my original appointment, my car information was incorrect and I had to come back two hours later than my original appointment which was very inconvenient. Not only did it affect my plans for the day, it started to rain!Another than the initial scheduling accuracy, everything was great. I would recommend their services.

I was looking for someone local to replace a giant windshield on my motorhome when I came across First Call Auto Glass. Betty who took my call was very pleasant to talk to and took care of everything from insurance to ordering the glass. The windshield was installed on schedule and it looks great.

Called North County GMC first, and was told that what I wanted (power rear window) was part of the Denali package for my Sierra, and that it was too expensive...then awkward silence....he never told me a price, so I laughed and hung up. I found First Call through a Google search (had high ratings on Google and Yelp), and when I called the lady was super friendly and kind, did some research, and found that they could help me with this install. They found me the GM part, installed it in on my appointment day, and I love it! Thanks First Call!

The entire process was easy from start to finish. I was referred to them by my insurance agent and who was able to arrange for the biling to be handled directly through them. They were friendly and helpful and the entire process took less than an hour.

2011 ram 1500. Windshield put in. But 2 large and long deep none fixable scars on top of the dashboard. I should have gone to the dealer to get it replaced.

Owner operated and run Professional Service they use Factory adhesive that prevents the windshield from popping out in the event of a rollover I highly recommend this place excellent service thank you Pat.

Came in at 3:30 and left at 4:20. Cant really compare with other places since this was the first time i went to get a windshield replaced, but they were friendly and they seemed to really like their job. No issues with the windshield at all.

Im very disappointed with this business. At first i noticed a bolt was missing after they installed the back glass. After I noticed they completely broke off a side panel on my door when they were trying to screw the the bolts in. Then they bent my interior roof panel down to get to the glass, so theres a crack line accross the interior roof panel. So they seriously broke all the panles surrounding the glass. When i confronted the owner he tells me that i have a work truck and it shouldnt bother me and if it dose i should go buy the panals at a junk yard to replace what they broke in the first place. If you want your windshield replaced without other damages do not take your car to First Call Autoglass. You will lose money in the long run!

A few months ago I had a defective windshield installed by a shady windshield company. Pat, the owner of first call autoglass went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. The windshield is so clear its almost like I dont have a windshield, a big improvement over the one I had installed by brothers autoglass. The price was only $30 more than the back ally glass shop I went to previously but the quality was above expectations. The seals are perfect, they didnt leave any of that tar like substance all over my car and whinshield, the windshield doesnt make cracking noises when I go over bumps. So if your considering going with the lowest quote consider the phrase you get what you pay for. Overall I have had a great experience with this company!

I never write reviews honestly because there is nothing compelling enough to wirte one, but here we go. I was a victim of a drive by BB into my windshield in my 04 Durango. I called First Call and talked to Pat to get an estimate which he immediately did and they were very competitive on price and he clearly explained the difference between the glass he uses vs. other replacement centers. We set up an appt. for 9:30 on a particular day and I got there on time and was greeted immediately and thanked for being on time. He said it would take about and hour and a half and they were done in an hour and 20 minutes and the price was exactly as quoted.Now not only did they take me right away per my appt time and finish on time they also went above and beyond to accommodate me. First, I did not have my usual morning coffee and figured I could get some close by...nope no place close. I asked what the nearest place to get coffee is and they told me a mile or so up Oceanside Blvd which I did not want to walk and would do without but Pat offered me his truck to use to go get coffee without hesitation. Secondly when I got back I had a conference call to get on and it was noisy in the waiting room. They had a private office adjoining their office and offered it to me to use for as long as I needed it.Bottom line here is the price and quality of the product is good but beyond that was the workmanship, on time finishing the installation, and personal touches all around. You do not get that in many businesss today but First Call has the formula. I would not hesitate recommending them to my friends and family and quite honestly 5 stars are not enough. I know with this glowing it review puts a lot of pressure on them to maintain this level of service but I have the feeling I was not treated any differently than others in the same situation. Good job guys.
