These stores are always beautiful. However, I did stay long enough to browse the rest of the store.

Pleasant place to shop. Shelves are always stocked, with lots of shopping needs, and a variety of many other things. You look forward to turning the corner and exploring the next aisle! Its a pleasure to shop here!

Love shopping at BB&B. Most items are reasonably priced . items are of high quality and one could always get a good bargain.

Went into the store for one thing, had a quick question regarding the product, I approached an employee and said quick question, wouldn’t even look at me and said my manager is calling me and walked away. I don’t know but if I were the manager I would want my employees to help a customer.

I needed 2 Seward trunks and the BB&B website stated they had 4 in stock. I called ahead and they placed them on hold for me. When I got to the store, I paid, and they offered help to load them in the car. The helper was extremely polite, patient, and went above and beyond (no pun intended) to load my vehicle.

I was able to purchase the items I needed. I was fortunate to get everything on sale.

MY FIRST TIME THERE BUT IT WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE W AS S EXCEPTIONAL I WAS IN THE MATTRESS SECTION TWO WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ANNA AND UNFORTUNATELY I CANT REMEMBER OTHER LADIES NAME BUT THEY ARE DEFINITELY AN ASSET TO THIS COMPANY I WOULD RECOMMEND TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS SATISFIED CUSTOMER

Safety procedures are in place. I had not visited this store in a few months, they rearranged the front of the store. Much easier for check out. More space not cluttered like before.

Great sélection. Nice store. Everyone very helpful. Checkout at counter was good and the staff member at counter made sure allvof our discounts were in place.

Missing simple things in the store such as microwaves

Mask mandates are Unconstitutional additionally extremely dangerous to people with health problems.I was threatened by amanager type person that she would call the police if I didnt leave. I didnt leave. They assisted me at another register.The experience was a reminder of how people are treating people today in addition to realizing that our freedoms are being stripped by people who have a new agenda. 2030....updated 1/19/21... I went back into the store Several days later to purchase more product. The same person saw me and say aaahh you again.... For some reason She had a completely different attitude. It seems that she knows the truth, And is just following an evil mandate. She helped me at a separate register I purchased my product and left. It appears she had an awakening.

Awesome service great food and quality food

Everytime I go to this location I observe the people working in the customer service area. However, last night when I visited, I was compelled to write this review. I was the 2nd person on line waiting to do a return and there were 4 people behind the customer service desk. 1 out of the 4 people had a customer. Meanwhile, the other 3 literally sat there watching the 1 customers transactions while another customer and myself stood there. Once the gentleman called the lady before me that is when one of ladies realized that she was at work. She was standing there resting her arm on the counter as we stood on the line for what felt like a minute too long even after she looked over at the line and saw 2 people waiting. I wondered to myself what could possibly be going on for 3 people to feel the need to just ignore the line but I was not surprised of this behavior. Since I moved closer to this location, I have realized a common behavior amongst the workers here. I get it, no one wants to work during a pandemic, however it is your job to give some form of customer service. Especially for a company whose doors are closing just about every where. If you do not like your job then give it to someone who would actually appreciate it. Again, this has happened to me about 3-4 times within the last 3 months. I feel that it is unacceptable to have to feel like Im not a valued customer.

My husband and I spend a lot of money at this store. We love the different items from this store. Most items are great quality. I love the 20% discount we get on each item. I suggest all frequent shoppers purchase through the app for 20% for each item. Its an annual fee (forgot price). No more clipping coupons. Customer service isnt always the greatest at the registers, thus the 4 star rating. I dont have any complaints about customer service from the associates walking around the store.

This is the only store in the shopping center that closes at 7:00. Staples, MIchaels, Kohls & Marshalls are all opened later. I feel Bed Bath & Beyond is making it very difficult to shop in their store.

Great store, got a new frying pan, however I had an issue with a return, apparently we have 180 days to make a return, I had the original receipt and there was no mention of the 180 day policy. Otherwise Id give them 5 stars. So Im a bit disappointed

The Bridal Registry rep was outstanding. She looked up the registry I needed, I told her what I picked and proceeded to each item. She made my experience super pleasant, as I was on a time restriction. You need more workers like her.

Typical bed bath and beyond. Items are arranged well and in obvious sections however I wish the rows were wider or they utilized rolling carts instead of push carts that block the whole aisle from other shoppers. This is a single level. Not sure if there is a restroom here but I am sure you could find out. If you have coupons you could always bring the receipt back for a price adjustment. The clearance sections were not as well maintained as other locations I have been to. Otherwise, not a bad location.

This was my first visit to this Bed Bath and Beyond. The store was stocked with more items than I have seen at other Bed Bath and Beyonds (which usually have an abundance of items for sale.) It was also quite busy. I was very impressed. If I lived in this area I would shop here often.

Had to order the blanket they didnt have it in stock. But the clerk was exceptional, she even gave me a seat to relax as we input the order. Then she helped me pick out a duvet cover. For the blanket. The lines were terrible but almost all the registers were open.

Just okay. Didnt have the gadget I was looking for.

I had some free time to use so I stopped in. I was blown away by the awesome presentation Daniel provided. He is a tremendous asset to the company.

Not distinguishable from other BB&B stores, but not as crowded as some.I love their coupons, especially the fact that they let you use them on Sodastream canister exchange. I am disappointed they stopped carrying the large canister.

Love this store! You can find anything for your home @ a good price and they accept coupons from other stores as well as their own expired coupons.

Went to refill Soda stream canisters and after waiting on a line for 30 minutes was told by the cashier they have been out for awhile. There were no signs indicating this and no one from the store mentioned it to those on line. While I was being told there were no canisters an individual heard and stepped out of line because he was there to replenish his Soda stream which for now is useless.

Theres not really much to say about Bed Bath & Beyond you all know whats there. I was there for Donut Shop K-Cups, 48 count. They usually have a really good sale price with the 20% off coupon you cant beat it.

There is a woman who helped me (with a previous purchase) at the customer service counter named, Nives. She was so kind, patient, and helpful. I had a positive experience at the store with the the help of Nives, the manager, and a helpful man whose name I didnt catch.

Prices were very high. They advertise for 29 a yr for coupons. The line was ll the way down an aisle and only 2 cashiers

The worse location to shop, I spent almost $200 in stuff only to be told we don’t have extra bags to double my bags, due to how heavy the stuff was, also when asked where’s my receipt, I was told it’s in my bag. So I reached for the receipt which tore in half, I was yelled at when asked if I could have another receipt and then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for copy of the receipt. Only to be handed my same receipt taped. This store is very limited with supplies and you have to pay for shipping even though they have the display in store. Customer service sucks, I don’t recommend this location at all, management is horrible and I would never go back to this location! If I could give them a zero I would!

The Oceanside store is my favorite store. Good people at this store always trying to do their best to keep all customers happy.

This place gets crowded during any holiday and every single weekend. The Isles are so small that its hard to fit your cart not alone pass somebody with their cart. The lines are usually long. And it is an expensive place, but they do offer coupons which do not expire and that is a wonderful thing!

Lines are long as they just reopened, so you should expect that at any store. Weve been cooped up too long
