I had the worst experience ever at this Home Depot today. I was looking at the foldable tables when i noticed a man standing behind me looking suspicious. I turned to look and this man clearly had an erection and was touching himself. I saw an employee walking nearby and told him what this man was doing and didn’t bother to do anything. He just said he didn’t see him doing anything. A few min later another employee walks by asking me if i need help. I proceed to tell him what was going on and he just laughs and doesn’t know what to do. He said he could maybe tell his manager but wouldn’t know if she can do anything about it. I felt completely violated and disgusted by what this man was doing and more that the employees did nothing at all. I will never be stepping foot inside another Home Depot again.

We got really good service at the check out in the garden department. Made me happy! The check out clerk in garden was so polite. I am sorry I did not get his name. It was just after 4pm I think. He could have been Paul Bunyan from north land. A very hardy soul and so nice!

I needed help at self checkout.3 employees looked at me, asked me if I needed help. I answered Yes.They left, after 10 min, none show up.Left without my shopping cart, angry for spending 1 hour inside for nothing.Bad customer service.I met 3 different employees, they all ignored me.

Excellent customer service! We had a heavy door delivered by a third party delivery company that was not placed directly on the front porch. We are in a senior community so this was an issue for us. One of the Home Depot managers came out within a couple of hours to bring the door to the desired location. He was friendly as well as helpful and had great communication!! I am truly impressed and grateful!

This home depot is nice. No wait in lines. Loved to see real people working at the registers. Sheiks were super stocked. Lots of selections even took me a minute to find what I wanted, cause there was so much to look at. I will be back

It was awesome! It was very busy as I would expect to be, but I was still able to ask an employee where I can go to get a set of keys made. End of aisle 13. Just being there reminded me when I was in retail over 25 years ago with a company called National Lumbers in Encinitas. I miss those guys!

I wanted to give this branch a 5 especially that I’ve been going there frequently and I appreciate the older staff who are mostly knowledgeable helpful and friendly.There were at least 3 good experiences with younger employees but overall it has been surprising how uninterested some of them are to either stop and help or take the time to understand before they respond and runaway. I even had an encounter with someone who looked unwell and had no clue about the differences of any products before leaving me he almost insulted me by saying something along the lines of you can do your research and choose based on your budget! As if that’s something I needed a kid to explain to me lol totally unprofessional and useless.

Great amusement park. Definitely targeted more towards children, as the rides are fairly short. Some of the rides, shops and water activities are still closed.

I just waited for a half hour at the online pickup counter while 5 people behind the counter helped absolutely no one in line. I’ve never seen a more inept group of individuals. It got bad enough where I had to ask the lackeys behind the counter if they were going to actually help anyone today. Fire these people.

I just enjoy going into the Home Depot, it therapeutic and leaves you short a few dollars, but hey that 4x8 sheet of plywood will fix the roof now. I have been a customer now since their inception. I get all my necessary parts and pieces there. When I need something they are the place that comes to mind. I was once an employee for a short 3 months and I was treated very nicely and I enjoyed my time at the store. The Vista store is always busy and the employees are sharp and engaging. Ask them a question and they know exactly where to find it, you gotta love it. The store is well stocked and carts are where you can get them. I like this Home Depot and i am a regular customer.

Curbside is a joke at this location. Be prepared to wait no less than 20 mins if you need the order brought out to you. Youre better off going inside.

In the middle of three surgeries I had some simple but critical home repairs come up.So for the sake of consistency, I rejected good advice and went to HD. After five minutes I was sweating and breathing heavy slow breaths from the pain. I was feeling a little confused and had some serious problems finding the products I needed. I passed several specialists. Some where occupied Some were talking to each other about whatever and decided I was fine to continue. After nearly an hour I exited the building for the last time.But hey, there is a great store in Oceanside called Ace Hardware...

I always go to this Home Depot for all my hardware and home care needs. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff always greet with a smile even under challenging circumstances. The last visit had me giggling as I walked out, great experience.

Home Depot is always fun! Except the part when you need assistance from store staff. They are never around few in between and hard to find. When you do find them they are already too busy and you have to wait 30 minutes for help. I find Lowes to be the same. These hardware stores used to be the pinnacle of onsite customer service. What happened?I had trouble with the Rustoleum spray paint cans 2 out of 4 failed. One lost pressure and stopped spraying paint the other leaked from the trigger.The staff at the paint department was good at advising on the project I was working on.The best part was the cashier a gorgeous gal named Angela who was kind, courteous, and helpful.After all said and done the project is complete!!!!👍💯🍺

Dont do curbside pick up unless you get out of your vehicle and check your order. Wife picked up my order, I get home from work, cut the bag open and Im missing a box of screws (12 bucks). I was notified by email that 1 box was cancelled, I had ordered 2. I was charged for the second box which I didnt receive. I contacted them and was told that I would need to dispute the charge with my bank. This is the 3rd time items were missing from my order. First time I drove back and brought order in and dude grabbed my missing stuff. Second time, I got out and checked my order, had to walk in and dude grabbed my missing stuff. This 3rd time wife picked up order because I was at work and the above mentioned is what happened. Inevitably youre going into the store anyways so I would recommend to not do curbside. Other than that if youre in store shopping, everyone is super nice and helpful. I spend stupid amounts of money here and they lost my business over 12 bucks.

I always enjoy my trips to Home Depot, my only complaint is the parking here is ridiculous. The spots are small and the lanes between the rows even worse, as the parking lots usually full I avoid this Home Depot.

I purchased an LG microwave yesterday from the Encinitas store, got it home, installed it only to discover that the grease filters for the unit are missing. I called the store, they said they did not have any of those filters or they would give them to me. I went over to the Oceanside Home Depot and found the grease filters inside a floor model, a little dusty but they would do the job. However, the store manager would not let me have those ( since “I actually purchased”a unit from Home Depot I figured they could and would oblige me), it seemed to me it would have been better customer service to take care of the customer first and then replace the filter in that floor model unit.She was a manager, she was nice enough but did not understand customer service, and the younger girl working with her was rude.They could both use a course in customer service.

I had a great experience at this location 2 days ago. I purchased a pretty annoying amount of cinderblocks, with a pretty particular size and style and on top of that, the wrong amount. (Typical me!) The items I wanted had to be restocked with the forklift too. My new friend Kyle was so patient with me. He was so helpful and kind through the entire purchase. I will always come back here for my supplies. Kyle works in the outdoor/garden department. Thanks Kyle for making Vista Home Depot a great place to shop.While I am here, I have a recommendation for Home Depot to implement a new system for Military Discount. I would rather register once on the computer like we do at Lowes, and then give our cell phone number instead of showing our military ID every time. I just was challenged by one of your employees for leaving my dog in my Tesla while I was shopping at your facility. Please note the attached, my car was in dogmode which climate controlled the car so there was no harm to him. California law does not across-the-board limited leaving a dog in a vehicle. Only if they are at risk. My dog was not at risk. Please educate your employees.

This Home Depot location needs to work on training it’s employees to be respectful, every time I went in there and asked a question the majority of the employees in the front would answer me very aggressively especially those older ladies at the cashier. Training is a must for this place, maybe the managers will finally get this sorted out so customers feel comfortable shopping here rather than feel like they have to beg for questions to be answered about tools at a home improvement store.

5 stars for Rob at the information desk. 1 star for the ladies at the front. I was looking for a bag to dispose of my Christmas tree. I’ve been all over looking for one and asked a young lady up front to help and she asked an older employee and she pointed to the old Christmas stuff and said if any where there but good luck. Sure there’s not one. I went looking and was staring at my phone googling an option and Rob called out if I needed help. Give him the description, made 3 calls and had a Girl search and found one in the back. Saved my day. Rob definitely appreciate you man. Give him a raise!

This location is really good. Plenty of staff but busy location. Curbside is great if you can.

I stopped into the flooring department to look at replacement flooring for my home. The young lady in that department, Halston, was very helpful in showing me the different varieties of click flooring available. I went home with samples and a feeling that I had received truly outstanding customer service! Thank you.

The way you let people in and out of the store actually creates congestion/crowds of people, instead of relieve it... Let people in and out of all doors instead of cramming people into a line. Lowes has no congestion at all... And utilizes all doors as entry-exit points. I feel safer at their store even though I usually like home depot better.

I get most of my hardware needs there. And when there a problem they usually fix it no questions asked. So C.S. with a plus. U cant go wrong shopping there. It does get BZ! So parking cud be an issue.
