Im glad this place still exists. Lots of good materials to choose from. Unlike most places that you cant wait to get out of, Barnes & Noble is a comfortable relaxing quiet place where you could easily spend hours.

I don’t go to this exact one I go to one in a different state but I know it would be good with manga look it is in the other state, going here soon though so I’ll make another rating, hopefully they have one punch man manga

I love books and they have an awesome selection. They also had a really cool summer reading program going on. All the employees are beyond helpful.

Come here every few days for manga. They have a immaculate selection but never have the first volume of series which sucks if you are starting one. Still love coming here and more people need to buy books rather than reading online.

Really nice atmosphere with friendly staff. They also have a nice outdoor sitting area with covered tables.

I absolutely love reading and I wish I could afford books off their shelves at affordable to me costs. But I value this store and recommend it for those who can afford the books because they provide so much by way of quantity and quality. I loved it when they sold the Nook reading tablet. I stop by just to see what I can find. One of them was an adjustable holder for my cell phone which I treasure; everyone comments on it. I keep going back but havent found another one yet again. People always ask me about it and I tell them where I got it so maybe, by chance, theyll find it or while theyre there buy a book that they can afford😁

This store is the absolute worst. Terrible, horrible, despicable customer service and rude, clueless employees. Managers who dont care. Overpriced, poor selection. Save yourself the trouble and just buy from Amazon!

Im a frequent customer of this chain and this location is a great representative of the brand. Parking can be a little tough, so be patient. Cafe has lots of seating too.

We love coming to Barnes and noble. They host many events for kids which we are able to take our daughter to and she absolutely loves them all! LEGO events, story times and coloring, Barnes and Noble has it all.

You already know I had to post the update. Plus two stars!So, I was kind of hesitant to go back. But the manager called me and made sure I got a gift card! They were so nice, I just had it in my heart to go back and give them a second chance. While the next try wasn’t perfect, it was definitely something to be spoken of!So the two attendants there weren’t very reactive when I explained my situation, which is definitely not the standard for food service quality since I like to take an emotional investment in my work and responses even if it isn’t major. But nonetheless, I feel as if they were ready and sympathetic of me. So I ordered their monthly coupon, the buy one get one half off.This is where the fun begins.Host 1: I think you’re thinking of Starbucks.Me: No, I mean this one.Host 1: Oh! Barnes and Noble Cafe?Host 2 to the rescue.Host 2: The cookies?Me: Yes, please!I mean, as a food service worker myself, it’s not hard to tell what’s improved. Host 2 was definitely on the ball, and the way she responded with respect to needs and service was phenomenal. The other host, however, was a little slow on the uptake. And in an ever-growing food service environment, you’ve got to be quick on your feet. Unless, of course, an understandable misinterpretation occurs.But I was at a B&N cafe, not Starbucks.3 stars. The genuine interactions I’ve had with these people, over the months following the election, have allowed me to decide my final score with a clear head. A nice place to find some great books, I recently got into reading more often and I get my books here. The staff is nice and its a relaxing place.

Very clean and friendly staff at this Barnes & Nobles. I usually take my wife there because she loves to buy and read multiple books at once. They also have a Starbucks inside the store just in case you want to grab a quick bit or coffee.

This place is filled with a large selection of books. Whether it came out yesterday or 300 years ago, they have heard of it. and they often have multiple cover options per book. I love this place!

It may be a big box retail book store, but a lot of the employees at the book store and cafe have been there forever and are great. Theyre so helpful and have great recommendations.

Great atmosphere and staff is very pleasant. They look up your stuff and very clean. Its a place to browse have some coffee and look up some great book selections.For the kids, there are multiple areas where they can buy toys, stuffed animals, and the childrens section is perfect for the kiddies to see all the books at eye level. Presentation is very well done.

A great place for books and board/card games. I like that they implemented a coffee shop. I also like the kids area, my kids enjoy it. One thing I do not like is that the toys are a little overpriced. However, customer service is always great.

I get lost, but not in the way that you think, lost in all the books that interest me, I walk by another section, isle, or table and its another book Im interested in. Some say books are boring, but I laugh like God laughs at the wicked for they are the ones missing out. Ever since I was a kid I asked, Hey mom can we go to Barnes & Noble?, Little did I know that store sparked my love for books, my homes bookshelf could never compare. To those who havent gone yet, you should. The physical book Industry is dying, please go before you miss out on the experience we take for granted of the hard covers, turning the page, that little anticipation and dopamine you get as you get a fresh page lined full of more to story. Please support our stores even if you dont want to go in person you can buy online to keep Barnes & Noble alive for as long as possible. Going back to my first remark in this review, I know youll feel the same once you walk past those doors. Staff and Environment extremely friendly, plus the events they have for kids is amazing.

What can you say, most Barnes and Nobles are the same. When we were in here it was nice and quite, and very relaxing. Tje selection of books is the same as any other location as far as I can tell.

One of my favorite places! Great staff, pleasant environment and a lot of great deals if you look around a bit. It also has a Starbucks and clean bathrooms too. There is nothing like a real brick and mortar book store.

The selection is fantastic - but what merits the 5 stars is the helpful, knowledgeable staff. Tell them an authors name, a genre or a favorite recently read favorite of yours - and in a zip, they will hand you several great follow ups that you (might) never even had heard of - or considered. Go - your horizons will broaden.

Barnes & Noble is a wonderful place to go, and Ive been going there for years. They have books, all magazines, a wonderful cafe serving the best sweets & healthy snacks, and Starbucks coffee, and smoothies. Customer service is wonderful, and seating in the cafe & out. Good place to meet people of like minds. Quiet, peaceful, comforting, and enjoyable. Good place to spend a few hours.

Had basic election of books, I dont need to go there for politics. We are overwhel.ed by it everywhere else thank you!, ...cashier was unpleasant young man. It would do well by Barnes if they allowed continuance of dated membership cards due to long time closure which was nither customer nor staffs/business fault. The location was empty, such action as well as more beneficial pricing would encourage fuller customer presence/participation.

It is very big with lots of different books to buy. The staff are all very helpful with helping people find what they are looking for. The cafe is a great environment to just get work done amd relax. Its a really great place to be at. I highly recommend this place if you want a good a relaxing atmosphere. All around, its just really great.

Considering whats going on with Covid and the time of the day I went in, it was fairly quiet.

I absolutely love going to Barnes & Noble, its a great place to just sit around and read a good book. They have fun little novelties, I personally love the brain teaser puzzles they sell, they make for fun gifts. The starbucks inside has great drinks and sweet treats.

I got a beautiful planner here. The doors were open and hand sanatizer available when you walk in. Thats appreciated.Very very nice employees!!

Had been doing some curbside pickup during the big shutdown, once they reopened I went in and realized how much good stuff to browse plus get a coffee.

This is a beautifully well-kept Barnes and Noble that is a little low on space but high on knowledgeable staff and great gift items. The lady working in the childrens section really knows her stuff and will go out of her way to help you find what youre looking for. If she cant find it in store or its out of print, shell give you advice on how to find it.Lots of folks hang out in the cafe here, it is a very comfortable environment for studying or working.

This location is always very clean and nice n cool during the summer. The employees are also very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend! Its a great place to just chill out, drink some Starbucks and read a book!

Great place to relax and read and review books.Best to belong to their discount program to save money.If you like to read then become a patron or Amazon will be your only alternative and the brick and mortar experience will all but disappear.Its worth paying a little more for the experience.

Being inside Barnes & Noble, in my opinion, you get this sense of comfort being around so much knowledge waiting to be thrown at you. And I have to admit, it is pretty overwhelming at the same time, because there is just so much too choose from. I really enjoy reading and in this digital age, I hope the day doesnt come when Barnes & Noble has to shut its doors due to technology becoming even more advanced. Having a book in one hand and a coffee in another, is a great combination.
