Sign said on 30min break and we waited over 45min...watched 5 people try to walk in and leave. Understand that everyone needs a break but was much longer than 30 and not going back!!!

Upon walking in, the employee asked for my I.D. He checked my I.D. Cool.When he asked me,Need help finding anything?I responded with,Do you carry something called poppers?He then responds to me and says that he cannot sell it to me even though I see it behind him now. He corrected me and called them Cleaners.So by me using the term poppers, I was informed by him that he cannot sell them to me.I was so confused at why I couldnt purchase the item. I even drove from San Diego to Oceanside as well during traffic hour. Wouldnt recommend location.

If I could give this store negative I would. Its always been hit or miss shopping at this store. But this experience takes the cake. Which is why I tend to go to DE JA VU off the 78. I Arrived at the store with my fiancé at 11:47 am and saw a sign be back in 30 min... Not a big deal considering myself and my fiancé were on lunch as well. Well we finished lunch and waited another 30 min up until 12:50 where we had to go back to work. We have kids and dont get a lot of time to sneak away and do adult things. So this lunch trip was perfect cause kids were at school. This store worker wasted a hour of our time.They easily could have made a sign stating be back in a hour and we would have left and not wasted our time. Funny thing is its 1:32 and Ive been calling to speak to anyone with a heart beat and still nothing..

What is wrong with this place??? Sitting in my car after driving 20 mins to get here...and even called ahead! Supposed to be open until 3am...then why is the door locked and no one answering the phone??? Terrible customer service!!! Waste of time and gas to get here!!!

Youd be th3 bees Tits if you stayed open 24/7-365. Just sayin.

Great selection

Im sitting outside the store right now. We called to be sure they were open. Drove 20 minutes to find a locked door at 2:22am. Not very happy.
