We really appreciate this company and how they give back to the kids. Big 5 has a kids fishing contest in western outdoors news. It really makes the kids happy and then we get to shop at our favorite store. They always have what we need and at a great price.

This place could definitely improve on its customer service in the sporting department. The only person who is available will normally take about 8-13min to help you out if someone else is ahead of you. The selection is good and I often come In to get camping gear etc. Its starting to be an inconvenience and a waste of my time having to wait around when trying to get stuff from sportings.

Love the sales on items. Name brand stuff always on sale. Different days offer different deals. I recommend signing up for Big 5 emails. Better deals that way. Shoes always on sale. Swimsuits, tang tops, shorts, propane, socks etc

Racks were very close together, almost no room to move through them. A little remodeling was going on near the entrance perhaps the spacing was temporary.

Love this place.. really hope they hang in there and dont disappear. Place has all your sports and hunting and camping needs.

Well I went into Big 5 to check out some darts and they have quite a selection they also have all kinds of other sporting Good items theyre also centrally located near Krispy Kreme right off of 78 freeway many many shops so I like the location cuz theyre Burlington factory just a lot of things you can do

Some younger staff needs training in efficiency. Nice people, they just need a more timely system for checkout procedures. Smaller store. Overall good prices, especially with the daily deals and coupons!

Awe Big 5 saved me today..I needed a winter coat and couldnt find a nice reasonably priced coat.I scored a nice colombia jacket and I saved 50 bucks. Plus they offer a military discount. WinWe were greeted politely upon entry. Hand sanitizing stations are available at the entrance.Masks are required, there is plexiglass to separate you from the cashier and they are practicing social distancing. .

Great place for arrow hunters or just that sports accessory you need.

Everything I purchased was on sale. Some items were even discounted more at the register. I was able to find all the items I was looking for as well as a couple extra things that I could not turn down.

Ive been getting adverts for this place for quite some time and wanted to see for myself what the shoe department was like. Wow! It was better than i ever dreamed. It was clean and organized much to my surprise. All the shoes i tried were all available in my size. The selection was tremendous and I ended up getting 6 pairs of shoes, including a pair of workboots, all for $100.00. I will absolutely go back again when i need more.

I have been shopping at the Big 5 for many years. Whatever town I am living in, this is where I shop for my sons tennis and work shoes, as well as mine. You cannot bet their prices. I always check their Sunday sale Ads. While I am there I always find something else on sale that the family can use.

I really enjoy going to Big 5. I feel like it is my neighborhood sporting good store.

Pretty average big 5. Pretty good customer service. I looked at 10-18 kershaw knives because they were on sale so i saved 40$ but the lady was getting irritated i could see. But im spending 40+$ so i think i deserve the time to look at all of them.
