Shout out to Manny the technician for doing an excellent job for finding what was causing my electrical issues, wiring my sub properly to my amplifier did the trick. The reason I chose to give this place a five star review is because these people did not install the system they only sold me the equipment. So for them to take the time and be so generous as to see what could possibly be going on this was much appreciated & would recommend them to anybody. Thanks

I got my system done here back in 2016 and they have been nothing but great! They really do a good job and do the job in an adequate amount of time. Theyre a little expensive but well worth it!

Called for a quote to install front and back dash cam with me providing all parts. The man on the phone gave a quote of $100 but when I drove 30 min to the store he changed his quote to $200 saying he gave the quote for only one camera.

Horrible Place to go do business they shouldn’t be in business in first place I walked in to the shop first no one was there after few minutes guy shows up with attitude I was trying to get some info about the stuff on display the guy was confused he didn’t have knowledge about the merchandise he is sellingIf you respect your hard working money do noooot go to this place hope there was option of negative star one star is way too much for this place

Got a new head unit and backup camera installed. Took a little while longer for work to be done than expected since there was some difficulties finding placement for the camera, but it all has worked great since.

About a year ago I purchased an after market rear view camera for my Explorer. Pro Auto Sound did the install. And a few months later it stopped working. Just a few days ago I called now Auto Sound and the owner Ben told me the business was under new ownership, but to bring it in. Ben and his team looked at the setup. They replaced the warped wires and corrected the installation. Turns out it was installed incorrectly in the first place. The fix took all but 20 minutes and he didnt charge me anything.Business owners like Ben, who take the time to correct a negative experience earn my respect and loyalty. Its nice to be serviced by a team that cares and has passion for customer service! Stay tuned for my next install with Ben and his team. Im having my base radio swapped out with a new dashboard kit and digital touch-screen Bluetooth stereo. Cant wait!

I went in there randomly to have my sub fixed and they were amazing. They didnt try to take advantage of me because I am a female and did a really good job on my system. I love the new sub they put in for me and really appreciated the fact that they kept in the loop on everything they were to my car before they did it. This is the third vehicle I have had four of my stereo installed at this location for 20 years. They are incredibly reasonable and do an awesome job.

Installation quality is not very good:Had a power pack for my stereo Installed here and everything was fine until I started driving around. I’d hit a bump and the rear speakers would either cut out or get extremely quiet. I took out the head unit and found that the RCA adapters were very low quality and were way too loose to keep a good connection. The tech had wrapped them all in electrical tape/zipties to try and keep it just tight enough but it didn’t last more than an hour. Instead of having them go back in and use the same low quality adapters I just bought better ones from Best Buy and did it myself and the problem is solved.

It has been a little over one year after my purchase. I was over charged for my sub system I purchased (my fault for not doing more research).The real issue is they did all my wiring and one sub blew only four months later. All good it was covered under manufacturer warranty. But, they replaced my kicker sub with a different model but same brand.. which was a weaker sub. They assured me it was fine.8 months later the second has blown. I tried to warranty it out but the owner was NEVER in and they would not give me a business number or email for the owner. I tried to catch him for two weeks.My warranty has now expired I’ve had to email kicker directly, and they told me that I should not have those two different models together.also it seems they have closed for business altogether. If you value your money and time DO NOT do business here.

Customers BEWARE!I came here a couple years back with a friend to have a Viper alarm installed. I was happy to have the job done and never considered checking under my steering wheel to inspect the alarm. However, I knew something was fishy because they did not replace the old horn with the new one. After one of my brake light switches broke, I looked under the wheel only to find that they had not installed the alarm I bought. Instead they installed a generic Honda alarm system into my vehicle. This store will rip you off if given the chance. They have no respect for those who serve.

Very knowlageble guys working here. Had no issues with my sound system after they installed it, but when I took my truck there the guy said it would be ready in 2 hours but when I came back he was at the desk and said yea give me another hour and it ended up taking 3 and a half hours

Had to bring my vehicle back 3 times to get the Window tint redone and then finally had them just remove it and give me a refund. Also everyday I brought it in right when they were supposed to open and always had to wait around for atleast 10 minutes for anyone to open at a minimum. VERY UNHAPPY will be taking my business somewhere else from now on, do not go here for window tinting

Waited a year for this review in the hopes that things would get done, gave multiple chances to fix and it hasn’t happened.Spent $4500 on an Alpine Restyle head unit, reverse camera and a JL Stealthbox with JL subwoofer amp for a GMC 2500. I have since been in the shop EIGHT TIMES, the left channel keeps going out when I drive over bumps, but the staff says there “nothing wrong, the connections look good” after having my truck for the entire day. I proceed to slap on the side of the radio and listen as the left channel goes off, still think it’s fixed? NOPE.The reverse camera shorted out because of a bad install. The connections weren’t taped securely under the truck bed and naturally became full of road grime and corroded the the wires causing it to short out and stop working. It has been THREE MONTHS and I am still waiting for my backup camera. “We ordered it, Alpine hasn’t sent it, I don’t know where it is”. So you never followed up with Alpine? Or are you saying that Alpines customer service is so bad that they take months to send you an order?If you’re looking for Fernando, he’s not here. He’s never here. And he will never call you.

Great local stereo shop with excellent service. They can install stereos, alarms, window tinting and other customized items...

I brought my 1971 Chevy C10 to them and they installed 3 kicker speakers on both sides, I also had them out in a power acoustic radio with a digitial screen. They were very reasonable with the prices and even fixed the radio after I accidnetly burned up my power wire. They treat you right and reasonable. Also very military friendly.
