Couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service and experience at this particular location. I walked through the store with my aunt, who speaks mostly Spanish searching for kitchen appliances and I was relieved when a salesperson, Jay, noticed me translating and took it upon himself to help my aunt find the exact models that she wanted. You could tell he was genuinely trying to help and not dish us out 5/5

Horrible Service!I don’t know what happened to this company. They used to be great but now not so much. After spending over $10,000 on kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer I have had nothing but problems. The range hood I purchased months in advance was sold out underneath me leaving me in a situation where I had to pay even more for a mismatched hood. More recently I had an issue that required me to put in a service call on my extended warranty that I paid hundreds of dollars extra for. When the technician came he rang the bell once and left immediately without calling me to make sure I was home. Since then no one at PC has reached out to reschedule the service call. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! You will be misled and their service department has apparently given up on servicing what they sell. Try Home Appliance on Long Beach Road.

I came the store to buy an OLED TV and have P.C. Richard&Son mount it on the wall. I didn’t know the difference between different brands at the store. Jonathan approached me and asked if I need any assistance. I was amazed by the extensive knowledge Jonathan has about the OLED TVs. He explained the differences between them, even asked me questions to make sure I am getting the right TV. His genuine effort, professionalism and knowledge about the TVs helped me decide to get the 55” LG. I am grateful to the time he spent with me. I command P.C. Richard&Son for having someone like Jonathan work for them. I will definitely come back to him. Amazing experience.

When buying an appliance with an extended warranty from PC Richard & Son you should consider the following: once your appliance needs repair, you are sent off to deal with an 800 # (prob in India). As I currently am dealing with this situation, it takes approx. 3 weeks to have a technician come and assess the issue. The technician does not bring any tools to try and remediate the problem while on site, instead they put in ANOTHER work order for a follow up appt. This requires another call to the 800# waiting on a long hold and then another 3 week wait for a free technician to perform the repair once parts are received. This is like a 7-8 week process. Who wants to wait that long when an appliance breaks?MY recco: go buy your appliances at Costco. If it breaks you bring it back and you get a full refund or a brand new device, for large appliances, they even come pick it up for you. Theres no waiting, no headaches with india customer support. Customer service always wins in the end and PC Richard customer support is absolute Garbage.

The whole sales approach is antiquated and ineffective.. the inventory system is ancient (cant filter an appliance by color and certain feature!) and sales personal mansplaining is not very appealing (just had to put up with it in the 90s, but now its just easier to avoid the whole experience).

Very loyal customer. I bought a TV from Rich V. and I would use him for everything I buy.

Although the on-the-floor service was great, I experienced horrible phone customer service. I purchased 3 appliances and needed to make an update to the order. I called the store, and I was passed over to 5+ different sales associates. I was on hold for 43 minutes and had to dial back 4 times. The salesman, Keith became irate and refused to speak with me because he was with customers at the store. Also be weary of their guarantees. I was guaranteed a deliver date but all of a sudden there was a problem with an order.

Steve is the best. I’ve been shopping from PC Richards for years and have gone through many salespeople. They were all good but there’s something about Steve that makes shopping there so much easier. I refer PC Richards to everyone. You are far and above better than everyone else out there.
