Seems everytime i come here the store is open but closed?!! Open sign on door locked...door posted store hours!!! The store is obviously understaffed.

I live locally and it is the best one out of the few around here. The staff is nice but lines can take long, sometimes lol.

Gamestop always has very helpful and friendly staff who are very knowledgeable about the products they offer. It is impressive as they have so many games and accessories and seem to know the pros and cons of all thier products and are very honest. Been buying games at this Gamestop location for a while and every time I am there all thier staff, and Managers, have been super attentive and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!!

Best Store in Long Island. The Store Manager Mark is an amazing person. Not only he has best knowledge to figure out all customers needs but he goes beyond his abilities to help and solve each clients needs. Thank you. My son is amazed for his Xbox. I personally appreciate it.

Employee - TylerFrom immediately walking into this Gamestop, Tyler showed me a great experience. He answered all my questions and even answered repeat questions. He was extremely friendly the entire time and that helps a video gamer like me. Because of experiences like this, I will continue to do business with Gamestop. Tyler absolutely demonstrated that he will naturally go above and beyond for my wife and I. Looking forward to buying my next video game with Tylers assistance.

Great Staff and the Manager is Extremely Helpful.

I arrived after work to pick up Metro Exodus and Battlefront II. The store was closing and normally my experience at Gamestops is that the staff rush you out when closing and demand you buy something or come back another day. Dino and Louisa both were very polite and didnt rush me at all. Louisa got the games I wanted ready while Dino and I discussed other games I wanted more information about. Its probably the only time Ive had Gamestop employees who were helpful after store hours and it definitely makes a good impression for the store. Both Dino and Louisa came across as very friendly people.

Great experience and the staff was super friendly. Took the time to help me find some lesser know games that I could play with my gf. Even had a few laughs while I was checking out.

While Im not really a fan of gamestop (the company), the staff here are awesome, which makes all the difference in my opinion.Its a decent size and has a good enough selection of previous gen games to make it worth checking out. Like most other gamestops, theyve started selling lots of collectibles and game merch as well.

This is my story I got a super slim online used that was damage hdmi port busted ok exchange I guess they dont test it in warehouse ok so go it exchange in Bellmore but that was also damage will stop during loading of a game so again exchange but decide to try my luck in a different location as being resident Of freeport both are little far so went to Oceanside anthony help me easy and perfect but again damage was making loud jet noise so this was my thirds used one sooo I after looking YouTube videos and read online I learn that the super slim is build cheaper was like the cheapest model build so people recommend to exchange for regular slim So I went to store and they exchange to me but no the same Gb I had gb500 in the super slim the slim was 360gb so I decided Anthonio tested and it work fine so Now in my way home to finally play it with a car wheel control that I bought online all this to play Initial D game and Grand turismo 6 and Wangan midnight in the future
