There was a problem with my recent order, the wrong item was sent. One phone call, and a very pleasant person apologized, and sent the correct item immediately. Could not ask for better customer service, will definitely be shopping with them again.

I have ordered six or eight times in the past few years. This has included big ticket items. Orders were sent promptly and prices are good. I am an advanced stamp collector and have ordered from many dealers over the past 55 years.

I have purchased multiple stamps, mounts and pages from the Oceanside location and online and the service was great. The stamps and products are top quality, at good prices, with reasonable fast shipping. No problems.

I have been purchasing from them for 4 years now. Only had 1 or 2 problems and they always corrected them. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable man. Always willing to take time to speak with me and accommodate my collecting needs. I highly recommend them.

Emailed about missing pages from a stamp book took a second email to get them to respond and asking what pages I was missing and that they must of missed my first email sent list of pages I was missing and about a month later emailed them again and they said they never got the specific pages and conveniently didnt reply to the original email that states the missing pages but started a new email. They lie and rip you off will be contacting the bbb

Very poor service; avoid this company! Theyll substitute inferior products for what you actually ordered. Then theyll make you pay the return shipping costs, for their mistakes. Offer products they dont even have! I payed extra for USPS shipping, they shipped FEDEX. FedEx dumped my package on door step & drove off. Ill never buy from this company again & suggest you dont either!!

I have ordered from them two or three times and never had a problem. The last time I ordered 3 items. Whoever picked the ticket sent me a wrong item. I figured no problem and sent an email to customer service on 4/21 detailing the problem and asking to get the item I paid for. Now, 3 months later, I still have not been contacted about their error. Its not that it was a picayune order either; it was about $150. I am giving them 3 stars because up to now, Ive never had a problem, every order until now has gone without a hitch, they have a good selection and they have some of the most competitive prices on stamp supplies. They could just use a little more attention to their customer service.

Oceanside sells fake autographed sports memoribilia. Won’t rectify the situation. Do not purchase anything from them!! Waste of money!!!

This review is based on doing business with IHobb over a few years, not on one event. That would be silly. Over the years, IHobb has given me consistently excellent service on multiple orders. It provides top quality stamp products at fair prices. The IHobb website makes it (mostly) easy to locate things without the disorganization of some other dealer websites. Shipping is prompt. Other shippers typically take longer. All my email inquiries have received prompt replies. For an immediate answer, Id phone. Whats not to like?

Nice people and I had no problem returning an item I had ordered by mistake. I dont know about the prices as I had not shopped around but I am happy with the service they provided even though it was my mistake that caused the problem.
