I am a long term patient and customer for many years and never was discriminated against until todayBy the recently hired Pharmacist ChristineShe first tried to fill a prescription that wasn’t due until July and refused to fill a different prescription because she will only fill the prescription even with MRI that proves my disabilityHaving to go back to a special list in order to fill the same medicine that the previous pharmacists filled for yearsThis new pharmacist named Ashley demanded me to show her my MRI results which would be violating HIPPA LAWSI REFUSED TO SHOW HER so she decided to fill the medicine and that was a month agoOn Friday, rite aide pharmacists refused to fill all of my medicine, that’s treats Depression, Diabetes, Aniexty and Back pain medicine and stomach meds for acid reflux.There excuse was Rite-aides policy changedLeft me with nothing and didn’t let me know a head of time.It is devastating because I can not afford to start seeing all of these specialists $$50 a copay and theyWant money for a co-pay!I was so upset and scared because I didn’t deserve to be treated this way!They try to not do business with African Americans and they are Anti - Semitic.I RECOMMEND NOT TO DO BUSINESS THERE BECAUSE THEY MAY TREAT YOJ THE SAME WAY!!They are very nasty to certain customers and they violate laws all the timeThey put me into an embarrassing positionAnd hurtful because all this medicine keeps me alive and functioning 😩😭😢

Good sized basic rite-aid. Parking lot is usually on the full side due to the other shops in the plaza. Ive had a couple times where theres a clear understaffing of the registers but the pharmacy is always quick which balances things. Pretty good size for a drug store so isles have plenty of room.

The store manager was very helpful and respectful and was willing to take time to help me with my elderly grandmother

Ridiculous to get a print out of medication. Not only the pharmacist but the cashier or clerk should know how to do it . Ive been waiting for 20 minutes for a freaking print out . This is insane.
