I had my custom engagement ring built from scratch there and it turned out amazing. We also bought and had our wedding bands engraved there as well, and we couldnt be happier!

Went in to fix a what I thought was my necklace clasp, and it was the “jump ring” that needed repair instead, fixed in 2 mins and no charge! Highly recommend, was such a blessing!

We just got another ring for my wife recently after finding her wedding ring at this little local gem jeweler. The first one was a vintage white gold diamond ring for a fabulous price. This one is a contemporary custom piece with a simple white gold wedding band and diamonds spaced out evenly around it, while embedded within the ring contours outlines. This makes it comfortable to wear without it catching any objects. We are very happy with the art they create and the friendly service they render to us. It is also convenient, as the Cigar Grotto is right next door and we frequent it quite often. Go check out both great local businesses.

Just got my engagement ring from Oceanside Jewelers and am so glad that I did! Chad was great an helped me during every step of the process. I had the ring custom made and he really took the time to work with me to find exactly what I was looking for. He also took the time to educate me on the diamond grading scales and brought in about a dozen different diamonds so I could compare and find exactly what I was looking for.He was also great with working in my schedule and kept me fully up-to-date on progress. The fiance and I are already working with him to get our wedding bands put together. The shop is a great operation and once you go in there, you really understand why theyve been in business for so long. Thank you!

Chad Elliot is an outstanding jewelry designer and expert in gems and precious metals. My wife had lost her custom made wedding which was a one of a kind design. I provided Chad with several old photos and some estimated dimensions for the re-make hoping for the best. When I gave it to my wife on our anniversary of 26 years she thought I had somehow found her long lost ring. Nice work Chad!

This is a great local business that is very knowledgeable and affordable. They had my watch battery replaced in 10 minutes at a great price. Ill certainly use them more often.

Went in for a setting on engagement diamond switch, guys were nice took maybe 10min to get through the process. had to wait a few extra days to get it back but no big deal. would recommend to anyone .

Chad Elliot made a beautiful custom jewelry necklace for me onsite in his Oceanside store. He does design and manufacturing in the store, and he was kind enough to show me his workbench and laser (a lot of technology goes into jewelry nowadays!). The necklace was much more affordable than it wouldve been at the mall. I like supporting independent affordable jewelry stores locally! Chad is a talented Oceanside jeweler. We are lucky to have him.

Brought my wedding ring in for resizing. It was complicated by the fact that my engagement ring was welded to the band. Chad and his team walked me through the procedure (needed to separate the bands, resize each ring, then re-weld together). I felt totally comfortable that I understood the full extend of the work. The team noticed the prongs on my engagement stone needed reinforcing as well. I was thrilled with my ring when I picked it up. They were careful with the inscription inside the band, and even re-scored the band, which had grown smooth after 28 years of wear. Totally happy with the quality of work, exceptional customer care and reasonable pricing.

I took a special chain in to be repaired that I have worn daily for over ten years. When I picked it up I put my cross on it and put it on immediately. As soon as I walked out of the store I went to my chest to touch my cross as I have done repeatedly for over ten years and knew instantly that this was not where my cross had always hit my chest. I felt the chain and it felt thinner and lighter. It was about 3 inches longer. I returned with in 20 seconds and told the clerk that this was not my chain. He suggested I leave the chain and said he would have the owner call. me. Chad did call me and told me there was no mix up with my chain. He said he had not even taken it out of the bag when he repaired it. Chad also said it was very stiff and felt it would break again soon. Im not sure how he could determine that when it was not taken out of the bag? He explained the reason it was longer was because it had been pulled when it was broken..... I thought possibly my 14 kt. thicker and heavier box chain had switched because the only thing that looks familiar, on inspection, is the clasp. I feel so reassured to know that I was mistaken. I had no idea a chain could be pulled and thinned out so perfectly and evenly. I dont know why I had any doubts. ... but just to ease my silly little mind, I will measure and weigh my jewelry before dropping it off anywhere for repair...but I know this, it will never be at Oceanside Jewelers.
