I was going to SVS with my daughter’s boyfriend with a handful of diamonds in hopes that they would be able to help create an engagement ring for my daughter. Donna was our salesperson. They took care of all my needs, explained the whole process and had the ring like brand new in the same day. Excellent service from start to finish! My fiance was very indecisive on the engagement ring that she wanted. It literally took her six months to try to design an engagement ring that fit her liking. While any other place would have given us the cold shoulder because she was so picky and demanding to make sure it was a perfect ring, the staff was very patient informative and helpful through every step of the way. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate and applaud the staff at SVS. Jordan and the owner, Sammy, were so attentive and caring from the beginning of my process to the very end. They are more than worth the trip from eastern Suffolk county to them. I went in to design a necklace for my son for Christmas and I must have asked Jordan to pull out every single book of jewelry that she had for me to look through and not once did she show any sign of being annoyed or bothered, even though I’m sure she must have been. She answered every single question for me and whatever question she didn’t have the answer for, she looked into until she did. My piece arrived earlier than I expected and Sammy even came over to speak to me about the finishing touches on it and did me the courtesy of setting up an appointment in the future to get it cleaned and touched up. My wifes necklace, the gold plating had more or less come off and she was told it could not be dipped so I went here to look for another chain. Since they are an honest jewelry store, they told me it could be dipped and rather than spend $800 I spent $60. Beautiful store, very friendly staff, honest people.
