This Smart and Final is clean, well stocked and organized. They had everything I wanted.They had the right amount amount of clerks for the number of people in the store. The clerks were nice helpful and efficient.Masks are required, sanitizer is available, and they have plexiglass barriers in place.Good day at Smart & Final.

Its about as good as anywhere else I suppose. I like it better than Walmart

Great place to shop. Jose is everywhere doing everything. The red haired manager is excellent at customer service (wish I remembered her name) Only once did I have a problem, a cashier told me to calm down, when charged $16 for a dozen eggs. 20 minutes later, she finally rang it up correctly.

The I inside of the store appears clean. There is no dedicated person to sanitize carts. The customer service is average and the groceries sold there are good value.

Very expensive during these difficult times. Over priced items too many to list. Smart & Final has been slowly raising prices on most of there items over the last year, While keeping First Street items prices sort of reasonable. Pretty much forcing consumers buy Smart & Final First Street products or pay crazy prices for name brand items.

Smart & Final has been my choice for shopping since day one of me moving to Oceanside. Their ability to sell in bulk and singles is wonderful. Living near the beach brings family and friends visiting so I take advantage of those options. Their prices and deals keep bringing me back. I also just LOVE the new remodel and the new, beautiful, easy to push carts. I love the new carts. ☺😊😀😃😄

If you have 4 or more in your family and you like to shop in bulk, this is a great place with weekly specials. Similar to Costco but no membership fee. This week one of the items on special is chicken legs $0.29 a pound.

Easy to get to from interstate 5. Smart & Final has large quantity items groceries and non grocery- great for parties and restaurant needs. Oh yeah! a good selection of beers and wine reasonably priced.

The store is great with selection & prices, but this Oside location continually has customers in the express line who have no understanding of the concept of express. The cashiers just go along with it while four people are in line waiting. Sometimes customers service involves customer diversion to the appropriate line. The same goes for the customers who have a cart with twenty-five items in a ten item line. I will be avoiding this location in the future.

I go to this store every day. Sometimes good sometimes not.Today was embarrassing for your employees. 15-17 minutes in line, no pickles, no dog food, shelves not stocked, and rude. Ill still go back because its convienent. If there were another store nearby, id never go back.

Best smart and final I have been to.Never thought of smart and final for regular grocery shopping. But this smart and final has a full grocery store in addition to their regular smart and final goods.

Horrible customer service, Sale prices on shelf do not ring up at cash register at correct sale price. Then if you catch it there is no apology just a blame it on last weeks sale price and someone forgot to take down the sale promotion. I will never shop there again. Very dishonest store.

This smart and final meat selection is horrible, it was so expensive for mediocre meat. Go to Frazier farms and get better quality. Fruit selection is okay. They have sales and deals. Doesn’t seem like it’s a popular place to go since there weren’t many people here.

After purchasing about $21 groceries and $10 cash back, I realized the cashier didnt give me the cash back or a receipt. When I went back to the store 10 minutes later, I pulled up my account via the Chase app and could see that I was charged $109!! The manager said that the cashier didnt close out my card and that I had paid for the next customers groceries and that customer was given my cash. Although refunded, the manager barely offered an apology, completely insincere. I wrote corporate office an email and received a scripted form letter type response. Very disappointed, seemingly fraudulent, at the least careless and uncaring service.

This is a great location, its clean and the aisle are clear and free of any debris or trash. The problem for me was the fact that they were stocking during late afternoon on a Saturday. Not sure if its usually slow but this day it wasnt and they really were in the way with carts and product. I know this isnt a 24 hr location but maybe try stocking early then filling holes throughout the day.

I have shopped at this store since it opened and during the last 9 months to a year it has gone from bad to worse! They dont bag your groceries, the cart area is almost always empty and the help has become rude and not very helpful. If I could give it a half star I would have.

I like their prices, booze, diary and food but yesterday late afternoon, people rushed to this store then two long lines to two cashiers only, no back up extra cashiers ever. This caused me and shoppers waiting for about 30 to 45 minutes! Thats unaccepted. Next time, I will go to State Bros.
