Our neighborhood Vons is clean and usually well stocked. Everyone I’ve talk to has been nice. Could find my raw tortillas today snd no one new where they moved them too. Otherwise, good selections of everything else. They sell Dots pretzels now…yummy stuff when you can find them. We enjoy the original.

I have shopped in this Vons Grocery Store twice and I learned a lot of grocery items in their store are (over priced). I was looking for a loaf of Thomas Swirl Cinnamon Raisin Bread so I went tothis Vons location since it’s close by my home.I asked this Vons employee does she have thisThomas Swirl Cinnamon Raisin Bread in stock?She said yes we do and she escorted me over to the Bread Department, this older woman employee was very helpful and had a pleasant personality tome the customer.I looked at the different brands of cinnamon raisin bread. Vons had Sun Maid, Pepperidge Farm, andThomas Swirl Raisin Bread. All of these Raisin Bread Brands we’re almost $5.00 for just (one loaf of Raisin Bread).When I compared these prices to my local WalmartSupercenter Store the same brand of Thomas Swirl Cinnamon Raisin Bread is the regular price for only $2.87. If Vons this grocery Store lowers their food prices I would consider doing my grocery shoppingthere sometimes. I gave Vons a 3 star review because that woman employee was very helpful and friendly to me. I do like the way this Vons Store is organized and this store is very clean. The cashiers are really nice also.

I really like this market not just because of the selection and quality but because everyone who works here is so outgoing and friendly. I really like all of the checkers, theyre always so nice.

This place has changed so over the years. Its super open floor plan and lots of great new items. Very swanky place for Oceanside. Love it

Love their bakery. They have a great meat department. I find their sales are great, but regular staples are expensive compared to other stores.

I love my Vons. The Cashiers here are the coolest and nicest cashiers around. It’s always clean and stocked well. It’s my favorite between all of the surrounding grocery stores which is funny bc my husbands is the Ralph’s and yes we compete 😆.

So nice because not crowded, big aisles, nice people. + easy parking & can get in & out quick - or take your time & browse the aisles. So much more relaxing than Wal-mart zoo.

Store did not stock many of the specifically advertised items. AND: Cashier was arguing that obvious product stains on conveyor belt were water! Belt really dirty and stained with dried liquid everywhere. Cashier made a big drama out of wiping it down, when I asked her nicely. She argued all the way about it, until I mentioned that pesky pandemic!🥴

They usually have great fruit there BUT this time i bought cherries cause they were on sale so i bought 2 bags and BOTH bags were aweful cherries (now i know why they put them on sale) but other than that they have good meat if you can get it on sale if not they are way to expensive. Customer service is always good.

Always shop here, if not Trader Joes. Good people. Good selection of products. Love to go to the clearance section near the pharmacy and diary. Sometimes lots of good discounted Bakery and other items.

Very clean establishment with great customer service. You have the Wells Fargo branch in their with multiple atms plus a few slot machines if you get bored. Great cocktails at the bar with free concerts while social distancing

Convenient atm spot.

A quick trip to the DMV Kiosk to renew my vehicle registration. Quick, easy & only a 2.1% service fee. Received renewal document & 2021 sticker (which has plate # right on the sticker, brilliant). From start to finish it maybe took 3 minutes. A total pleasure!

I have to mention Juanitas corn chips. These are THE best chips ever and so far Vons is the only store that sells them. Please never stop selling these!!!

Its not a farmers market but its ok. Do not engage with the homeless people they live by the creek and they have on multiple occasions have attacked children riding bikes. Look into it.

Overall clean place very friendly staff and quick service. High variety of products for the takibg.

Great place to shop, there is a wide variety of produce and butchers block. Good location but it shares the plaza with a Walmart, a couple restaurant and banks.

This store was terrible. Terrible cashier, Glendora, she was throwing my food all over and didn’t care about it at all. Didn’t talk to us, and when I tried to give her our number for the rewards she wouldn’t type it in and just scanned a card instead of listening to us and putting it in because I had accidentally clicked the button on the pin pad already or I would have just done it myself. Overall, not a happy customer.

The Old Mexican lady with the wrinkles chachi who work in the bakery had a attitude when I asked her to cut my French bread into slices but she cut the customer bread before me with no problems but she smushed my bread in the machine because she didn’t want to do it and said that it comes out like that. I felt like she was being prejudice because the customer bread before was just fine, if I wasn’t black I don’t think I would’ve had this problem not saying everybody there is like that but she definitely feels sometime of way about black people and I shop here frequently but this time she made my shopping experience unpleasant

Very good about Covid safety, temperature taking, except for a couple of early morning stockers who consistently do not cover their noses with the mask. What is the point of allowing at risk persons to visit the store early when the stockers are not following safety guidelines?

A lil pricey but 5 dollar fridays legit

Mask of the beast :8/11 @ 9:00pm. I go to get a tub of ice cream. On my way in, my last mask falls on the ground in some road water. Initially I thought I’d have to go home, then realized I had freshly washed shirt in the trunk. I grab the shirt and walk up to the market. The cart lady at the front stops me to say that my shirt is not a mask and I can’t go in. Rather than stoop to the level of the angry cart cleaning woman, I said that’s fine, I’ll shop elsewhere. I turn around to walk to the car and she yells “good, makes no difference to me”. Is this still about masks for safety? Or is it so people can judge and shame others. Don’t judge by color/ race, only judge for your initial reaction about masks.I went to Ralph’s down the road and they ended up having what I wanted on sale. (Vons doesn’t do sales as well, last time they didn’t even have stock of what they advertised) Pumped on Ralph’s for letting me in with my shirt mask

Went there to get the covid19 shot. They were efficient and very courteous.

Nice as always, little expensive for my taste, but id recommend.

I like the choice of ordering out items online and can pick the up or have them delivered.

Our most convenient local grocery chain.You must belong to their Vons Club or some prices are very high.If you get your flu shots or other vaccinations there each time, each time they give you a 10% off coupon very worthwhile for a big shop.

Vons remains my go to for hard to find popular items that I prefer. Their in store soups and sandwiches are very good and the quality of the fruits, vegetables, dairy and meats keep me co.ing back.

Everyone was masked and polite. Shelves were fairly well stocked. Cashiers and baggers were very personable. Help was available if needed.

While I have never had a bad experience at this Vons; cant say that Ive had a memorable one either. Until today, the cashier we had today was extra awesome, quick,witty,friendly, genuine and attentive to my young niece....left laughing and will definitely make it a point to be in his line just for the great service!! As soon as I find my receipt I will edit to give him the kudos he deserves!

When the governor of California declared that people needed to stay home beginning this evening, Thursday March 19th 2020, a lot of people rushed the stores.The customers of Vons were nevertheless polite, and were just getting what they needed to hold them over. The staff handled it very well. it was a joy to be at Vons doing emergency last minute shopping. In a bad situation this was a good place to be.

They had groceries. I wanted groceries. I bought groceries. The lines were short. The products were as advertised. They even had a wine tasting station! It was a pleasant day! Even my son had fun. Would recommend.

Only reviewing the deli. By far the best sandwiches but the slowest and poorest customer service I have ever received. It has been 15 minutes and I’m still waiting on my FIRST sandwich and writing this review while in line. And this is not my first time waiting at this Vons on being helped at the deli..

I get all my prescriptions filled at the Vons Pharmacy. Then I will buy something I need from the grocery section. Their deli and fresh hot soups are great. You can also buy their signature soups cold, to be heated up in the plastic container in the microwave oven. Or you can pour it into a pot and heat it on the stove.

Vons has great sales, which you really dont get in the competitions store... And by competition I mean the big store in the same shopping center! Better quality meats and better produce. Also, a Starbucks with a pokestops! I can spin the stop while Im shopping!

I actually enjoy shopping here and the staff is really nice. Lines are not long and products are fresh. Sometimes I see letters of apologies because they misplaced some products which is nice to know about.
