Here USA was absolutely fabulous. John really took good care of me and I have my new hearing aids in and it is fantastic. I cannot believe how much more I can hear. I had other hearing aids and they did not do what these do. John was absolutely wonderful and he answered any questions and he showed me how to use them and Im just really really happy with everything and I encourage people to go to hear USA because they will really do the job for you!

My first experience with hearing aides for myself,so wasnt sure what to expect. Hearing exam proved what I already suspected. The exam was fast but thorough and a week or so later, John had me come in and fitted for the hearing aids. Instantly I heard sounds I hadnt heard in years. They are comfortable, easy to adjust both manually and on my phone, and practically invisible. I highly recommendTruHearing and only wish I had done this sooner

I have experienced mild to moderate hearing loss, which was validated after thorough testing at Kaiser Audiology. I was then referred to HearUSA, where I met with Mr. John Kelly and he went over my hearing aid options. John fitted me for a Receiver in Canal (RIC) hearing aid, which was rechargeable and also paired with my iPhone for automatic phone calls to my new hearing aids. Amazing, and so simple!John, and the staff at Hear USA were so efficient and friendly, you just felt right at home, and they went over everything and even arranged extremely easy financing. Furthermore, I have had three follow-up fittings to fine tune these new Signia Hearing Aids to my ear resonance and my best fit needs. I was simply awe struck that I was now hearing the higher frequencies once again and everything was so crystal clear and bright sounding! I havent heard those sounds for over 20 years and now theyre back to enjoy! I felt blessed.Dont be on the fence about getting Hearing Aids when you can enjoy so much more of life again. Do look into the new rechargeable ones also, I can listen to Audible Books from Amazon now right through my Hearing Aids while I drive, or while sitting in waiting rooms, or just anywhere. That feature alone is amazing. Whats also amazing is that you have an App on your phone where you can adjust the volume, focus your sound tuning for automatic 360 surround or just for directly in front of you while having lunch with a friend. There are so many options and variables with the newer, advanced Hearing Aids, as well as easy financing, youll wonder why you waited so long. So please. . . go and see John Kelly at the Oceanside Hear USA Office and have him show you all the hearing options that can give you your hearing life back. I promise you, you too will be utterly amazed at what youve been missing. They are so small and literally invisible, even with my short haircut, my office staff didnt even know I was wearing them after two weeks. Good hearing is critical to living a good life. Over the years, I have used various hearing aids which basically fell far short in normalizing my hearing. Hearing was simply a thing of the past and the state of the art hearing aids were more or less better than nothing.However, this year I went to John Kelly, audiologist in the Oceanside office who tested my hearing and recommended the Signia rechargeable aids as a better way to go. I took his advice and found they provided greater clarity in the various modes of hearing. He then enabled my iPhone to link with these wireless hearing aids through a special Signia app. Now. the World of clear speech over the phone has returned much to my delight. And, no more batteries!

I purchased my hearing aids (both ears) on May 1, 2019. I was probably the last person to realize that I needed them, even though I had three different hearing test that had indicated I would benefit from having them.I had a lot of perceived fears. How would they look, how would they feel, and most of all would I notice a difference. Well, I can tell you this most of the time I even forget that I have them on. My grandkids did not notice them until I pointed them out. They are very comfortable and I put them on the recharge station every night just prior to cleaning.Oceanside HearUSA has a very friendly staff, easy to find (right next to Stater Bros market) and John Kelly the Head man is very knowledgeable and very helpful and able to answer any questions or concerns. My programmable hearing aides are wonderful. I can now adjust them myself through my phone to hear TV and to adjust noise levels at meetings, parties, or movie theaters or wherever sounds need managing. The cost is well worth the results of hearing better. I also have the. Ability of controlling white sound to block out my tenitius which is very annoying without them.Thanks HearX.
